Came here twice. The lady at the front was cold with me as I brought in my dog both times. Once she saw my dog, she was all happy to see him, which I guess was good for my dog. But hello? I was the one paying here. No need to be antisocial to humans.As for the grooming, they never asked what I would want for his grooming and they practically did a basic haircut. With an average service and basic groom, I did not return.

Great place to take your pet for Grooming. I have been taking my dog for more than 3 years now. Monica and Kim are great people and very good with pets.

They are good people. You just have to tell them what you want and how you want to style your puppy they will work around your needs. Kim is very helpful for booking up appointments fast as per availability. And Monica and Joan is my ho to ladies but they all are good. Thanks for taking good care for my dog coco.

Took my cocker spaniel in with specific instructions and Jean handled her well, and the groom was gorgeous! Fantastic, I'll be going back again.

This place is wonderful. The staff really cares about their work and the pups. I have been bringing my dog Zeus here to them for the last 6 months or so since I moved into the area and they have always been great. My dog also has hip issues and they take care to remember that and adjust so that they do not cause him any additional pain. Last time they gave him a cute tie when they were done with his last grooming and I must say that was so great to see. You cannot go wrong with taking your animal here for a grooming and neither will your pup.

This is the worst place to take your dog. First, they charge $120, for grooming, then they called me and ask for more money because the dog had a lot hair. I told them it was fine but finally her work was terrible, my dog was traumatized and the only thing the woman did was complain about so much dog hair. It will be better for these people to dedicate themselves to do other job! terrible place.

Hi, I loved to take my dog for grooming in this place until he got an eye injury and corneal damage about weeks ago. Recently after full grooming, I picked up my dog with a red and swollen right eye. The groomer didn't mention anything to me until I noticed that and called the place. I am still dealing with his eye damage, consulting his vet and eye specialist. not sure he will get his vision back. I am concerned about the irresponsibility of the people here and the safety of any animals coming to Fluffy Puppy, Fremont. I do not want to give even 1 star because of the damage this person caused to my 2 years old happy dog. I am not a person who usually takes time to write reviews but I cannot leave it alone for the safety reasons of our pets.

Our first time there: it was a perfect experience . The lady’s there took great car of our dog. He has been a difficult dog in the past . We are very happy to find a place for Bentley and would recommend this place to everyone.

My boy, Bruno, was good boy for them. They were very gentle and were able to use a nail grinder on him. I would recommend this place to anyone in the area. It's a little difficult to find, though. It's in the back of a plain, gray building.

We take our female Chihuahua and our male Jack Russell there to get there nails. Everyone is super friendly and amazing. Highly recommended. Keep up the good work. Got a customer for life.

Great place. Been going here for quite awhile. It was recommend to me by my vet, she takes her dogs here too. You can tell they care about your animal. Also, the few times that anything was off with my dog they let me know. Like dry skin or a small sore I didn't see. Really appreciate them.

Timing is an issue- Called me 2.5 hrs late and still was not done.The hair cut was completely out of proportion by the groomer . My dog had his ear infection here , the lady who bathes does not care.Unfriendly staffs - They are not pet friendly, should not employ such staffs .

I used to go to Bogies where Kim and her team were at until they left and built Fluffy Puppy Pet Grooming. I bring Nala here and they always do a wonderful job with her! Love to pick her up and see what bandana or bow tie she's rocking!

They did a fantastic job on my 4 month old Goldendoodle. My puppy came back happy and beautiful and finally no hair around his eyes. Nails filed, hair trimmed and everything else cleaned.

I took my Scottie in today for hair cut and grooming.She came out looking like a West Highland😒 So disappointed they even charged me extra. I don't mind paying extra if the cut is correct. She no longer has a beard and her shirt is gone....

Be prepared to be asked for all paperwork for your dog including up to date shots. That it means that they do all efforts in hygiene!
