Cashier was rude as hell. Asked if I needed a bag, in which I replied with “yes please.” Threw everything in the bag and slid it across the counter. No, “Thank you, have a good night.” Not even a “Thank you.” Then it was onto the next customer. Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I would also like to add that this particular location wasn’t stocked well or even looked presentable. A bunch of items were just laying on the floor, every aisle I passed. Just a trashy store. I will not be coming back.

Dollar Tree on Stevenson Blvd..Well.... I do My best to give the "benefit of the doubt" to a RUDE person (just having a bad day etc. ) But , before I was able to pass the front entrance..A lady YELLED "YOU ONLY HAVE 8 mn to shop ! . (It was 0938hrs...I looked at My phone) as I looked ..she yelled again "now..it's 7 mn ! )I purchased one item in two minutes flat ! ( didn't want to get yelled at again ) as I checked out ..the Gentleman (cashier. looked very uncomfortable. )I asked the persons name that was yelling at the customers..but he couldn't remember how to pronounce Her name...I took a few outside photos as she turned away at least two customers at 0948hrs...I LOVE DOLLAR TREE....but is this worth one employee ?????LOCATION : 4949 Stevenson Blvd.

I always goes to this dollar tree in the early morning and find everything is so organized and new items. This is my favorite store for my art and crafts supplies.

11 people in line with only one person working the register(she was very polite and nice) There's also ceiling tiles with black spots and water damage right above the candy aisle, im sure it's perfectly safe😄 Edit:Just saw a post about the ceiling tiles from 6 months ago with the same tiles damaged im glade this company cares 🙃

This Fremont DollarTree is particularly well-stocked and impressively clean. It's also incredibly busy - which is understandable. It's a definite stop when in the area for a cool drink and a snack!

What do I say about this store!! Store has good collections but why one star!! It’s for the big waiting line. I don’t understand why they always have one counter open every-time. You just stand in line for a long time just to get two items checked out.It doesn’t help when you have nice collection and make people wait In long line for the checkout!! Either open multiple counters or make self checkout!!!

I am seething as I write this review. First of all, every time I am in here, the check out line is astronomically long. That wouldn't be such a problem if the check out wasn't SOOOO SLOOOWWW. Today I waited in line with my family for THIRTY MINUTES even though we were maybe the tenth people in line when we got there. After 30 minutes, one of my kids started screaming since they had accidentally shut their fingers in one of the drink refrigerators. Keep in mind, for thirty minutes I have been preoccupying my children by playing I Spy and alphabet games so they're not running around the store or being obnoxious. Once my 3-year-old got hurt, he was screaming loudly and I immediately took him out of the store to take care of him (leaving my 5-year-old with my husband in line). Once my husband FINALLY got to the register, the cashier starts talking to the customers in front of him about what bad parents we were and how she was counting how many time my son had "banged his head on the concrete." That literally never happened.I will *NEVER* be setting foot in a Dollar Tree again. No one deserves to wait in line that long only to be falsely bad mouthed by employees. Perhaps my standards are set too high for a messy dollar store, but I thought I could at least expect some professionalism. Any decent person would have checked to see if an injured child is okay, but I suppose that's hard to come by in this dump.

The tall "manager" (im assuming she's female) with the beanie (usually green) and glasses needs to help out their employees. I've been coming to this location for years and I am quite used to the long lines and messy store, but I can't get over how the managers do little to help their employees. This person I am speaking of walked outside their little office, sees how busy the front end is with one check stand open and instead of helping, they hide back in their cubicle.They truly show how much they don't care about their workers and customers when they do that.Hey manager with a green beanie: HELP YOUR WORKERS!

today I went to this store and the truth is that I needed to go to the bathroom and the cashier told me that she was sorry but that there was no bathroom they were out of service that I should go to the gracery outlet and I followed her but I am buying here not in the Grocery, I asked her why they don't have a sign the bathrooms that don't serve and she said no because they didn't have employees for opening the doors to all customers it's ugly that there is no good service in those stores I don’t recommend this places no more

They will say restroom is not available!9/24 6:30pm restroom not available..10/1 6:50pm restroom not available..We always come to this store with our kids. Everything is good except their restroom is always not available.They wont let you use restroom even if your a regular customer with young kids with you that regularly buy toys.

Obo: everything is dollar. Been there twice . First time had a 'not so great experience' becaise of the staff. I wanted to take tri fold poster boards, the representative told clearly that they dont have any.After searching for a while i found them. Either they are lazy to help or new to dollar tree or they dont know what they have in store. (May not be all of them , but one for sure) . For customer service thumbs down.Garden stuff and decor stuff is the cheapest you get it here.I would definitely go there again but i will help my self.And yeah enough parking. But Restroom out of service

Avoid it at all costs!!! The line is super long, only one register open, and the person at the register is super slow. Literally they don’t care, an employee left even though there were over 15 customers in line. Super bad!

The Manager should fix the schedule for cashiers coverage especially during lunchtime. There was only one lady working when customers piled up about 20 . It took forever to ring us up people were getting upset. I feel bad for the lady that works as she tried her best to hurry and serve everyone.

Gotten better have more help but could use more especially at checkout. Unfortunately this store on Stevenson has now less stock and not nearly enough help. Also needs to straighten up the shelves, floor and frozen food, what there was. I think they're just overwhelmed 😕

This is the worst dollar tree store I have ever been to. Staff and cashiers are clueless on their own policies. We purchased few seasonal items and asked about return policy just in case before buying. Cashier is like you can exchange it within 30 days. About an hour after we thought we bought way too many and went back to the store to exchange some of them. Different cashier again confirmed that we can exchange. We spent good amount of time selecting items and standing in line only to find that manager came and told cashier we can not exchange. What a waste of time and energy. I later called to escalate the issue. Lady on the phone was implied that it's our fault. No sorry at all. Very bad customer service and store is a mass. Please stay away from this store and do not even think about returning. There are other good places then this in the area.

I really like that this store has a variety of all kinds of things from current holiday decor and supplies, to dishes, to storage containers, health and beauty, food items (at least 2 aisles of junk food), children's, teen's, and adult books, magazines, coloring books, toys, office supplies, and so on. And I like that everything only costs a dollar. Though the store has never been too crowded when I've been there, the line(s) are usually backed up.

I am a long time shopper of this chain. In October I heard in the news that they were going to increase their prices in the coming months. Now it's official. Over a week ago they made the transition of charging $1.25 for most items at my Bay Area NorCal location. Still a good deal.

I just needed to pick-up some first aid supplies at the store, which was rather reasonable. I saw some tools, which I could have used, and decided to buy them,also. For a dollar, I did not expect much but they have held-up reasonably well. I did buy a solar garden light for my window sill — nice to see at night!

This is a medium size, average store. Their craft section has some things but not all that I’ve seen advertised. In November they had a moderate selection of Christmas things but again not everything that I was looking for. Generally clean. Not very well organized today.

Horrible the manager Cher is rude. My family and I went to the dollar tree one of Us did not have a mask on. But because the mask mandate was lifted we thought it would be ok. Cher said “where is your mask at! You can put your mask on or I will suspend the whole transaction it’s up to you” she was extremely rude. All she has to do was ask for him to put his mask on and let us know that although the mandate was lifted it does not apply to their store. I can’t believe she treats people this way. A classic example of entitlement. Then I call the store to talk to a different manager and Cher hung up in my face without allowing me toSay anything. I will be reporting her to coorate as well.

I only needed some wrapping paper, which I found quickly, however with only 9 days until Christmas, there were only 2 registers open and each register had a line all the way to the back of the store.The store is very busy with shoppers everywhere.Um... this is Dollar Tree....it is probably one of the busiest stores during Christmas, and only 2 open registers?Definitely understaffed!

Clean and friendly. Everything was a dollar. Check out was slow. Prices made it worth the wait. They have frozen/refrigerated food,party supplies,craft, pet,hygeine,candy,household cleaning and storage,drinks,electronics,gift wrap/bags,and a lot more. I'll go again for sure.

This store is large and very organized. The isles are wide so you feel safe in this pandemic to shop there. The staff at this location is very friendly, knowledgeable, and super helpful. Thanks for a great shopping experience each time.

Always seems to be super busy and never seen more than 2 cashiers at a time. Customers rummage a lot so it's not the most visually appealing but tends to stay pretty stocked. Just bought a whole bunch of bday decorations for my mom's surprise party and was completely happy with it. The decorations were even durable enough for us to put away for the next bday party 😊
