New to Fremont and had to go to the vet twice in a very short amount of time (tummy problems, then an small injury), Aborn Pet Hospital was a great experience!I was a little nervous at first with the mixed reviews, but will definitely be coming back. Dr. Man Jr was great. All the vet techs were great as well.

I had such a good experience here for my cat! It was our first time for a wellness check up and I found that the vet assistants and doctor were thorough but quick. All the workers were very friendly.They were also upfront about the charges, showing me an itemized list and giving me the option to decline any services. I will be coming back for other routine services and to bring my other cat :)

I'm always able to get an appointment within a reasonable amount of time which is great.And once I'm there, the staff is all super nice, place is clean, and the doctors always take the time to explain things to me. Love this place. Especially since they're so patient with my crazy anxiety ridden pup.

They are super attentive, and gentle, and the staff always seems happy and smiling. They have a patient account with all lab results, and history about my cat. I have always been able to get an appointment within a day or two, sometimes the same day.

I recently neededa follow up visit to have my dog's due claw injury checked. I was given an appointment that same morning. The staffs are wonderful, and Dr. Gil was great. Most importantly, my dog was well taken cared of.

Avoid this place if possible due to excessive double charges. Despite being regular customers before the pandemic, we've found the prices reasonable except for the unfriendly Dr. Mann. Recently, I brought in my sick bunny for a check-up, and the costs escalated significantly. The consultation alone was $75+, and the total bill, including radiograph digital, medicine (metoclopramide, injection, fluid injection, antibiotic metronidazole), surpassed $1200. Fortunately, I discovered Tri City Vet Hospital, which offers better service at half the price. Dr. Mann's service was subpar - he spent less than 3-4 minutes with us and lacked friendliness. Waiting times for appointments were also frustrating, totaling 20 minutes. Overall, not recommended.

Facility needs major renovation. Staff was friendly. You will get seen. Doctors are salesman. The VET just making you pay more, up selling unnecessary products, medication is 5X expensive than online, ie. Chewy. If you don't mind paying, and keep feeding medicine, and products to your pet, that's a 5 star review. Do your own research, pay what you need, VET 50% right from my pet visits experience, use home remedies, love and take care your pet daily, feed them real/healthy food, buy online ie. Chewy, Amazon, VET service online. God Dog bless.

The staff was great, vet was not as helpful and didn’t feel like he did a through out exam of the bengal cat we found. Felt like the exam was literally 2 minutes long. We asked how much we should feel the cat and he said to just read the bag. The answers to other questions weren’t clear either, we never had a bangle cat before, he was a rescue. Everything felt rushed. When we took our bangle cat back for his second set of shots, we wanted to ask the vet one question and we were told we would have to pay walk in price just to ask one question. We asked my friend’s vet that’s is located in San Mateo and she answered it for free we will be going to her from now on it’s worth the drive.

Scammy, upselling nightmare. I asked for a thyroid test, the vet upsold me on a test to check for thyroid and kidney disease. Fair enough, I went for it. Then, when that test came back "inconclusive" the vet said that I had to buy yet another test, this one to check specifically for thyroid. At no point did he mention that the first test he offered was less accurate or had a possibility of coming back inconclusive. Advertisements for pet insurance, dental CT scans, etc. plaster the walls. The staff is very friendly, the front desk and vet techs are all very nice, I just wish the vet himself had better customer service practice.

Aborn pet hospital are so amazing there so sweet and kind to our pets I had no issue at all doctor gill is the doctor I always want to ask for he so nice and funny. If you need to take your animals to the doctors that same day they will make a way for you to bring your dog in everytime never tells me no I feel comfort taking my dog there all the time.

Took my German Sheppard to Aborn Pet Hospital because she was not eating and had been panting all day. We got an appointment within two hours of my call. The staff was friendly, The place was clean. The Vet Techs and Dr Gil examined my girl without hesitation. After an exam, Blood work and through explanation we left with meds to help her eat again. Thank you Aborn Pet Hospital

First visit here bringing Hanisi our dog, she was abandoned and we fell in love with her and decided she was perfect addition to our family. The staff at Aborn were warm and friendly and answered all the questions we had, during our visit, Hanisi received her shots and treatment for eye infection.We highly recommend Aborn to pet owners who love and want to keep their pets healthy. Aborn is not my regular vet however, my dog had an redrash/inflammation on her nose area. I contacted my regular vet and they could not see her for a week! Outside of going to emergency vet, I contacted Aborn and they had me come in later that afternoon. The Vet who saw her was knowledgeable and easy to speak with. I was so thankful to get her seen. I will think about taking her and my cats to Aborn on a regular basis. I had a great experience.

A good pet vet place for my Toy Poodle. Gabriella the receptionist is very helpful and informative. She is patient and answers all my queries very knowledgeably. Overall happy, but seems to be slightly expensive rates for all procedures, exams….

Honestly I do not recommend going here I made an appointment for 10am for my 5 day old puppies worried about them being out to long and away from their mom I stayed close by my house it was pricey but I just wanted to stay close so I didn’t have to keep them out well they had us sitting in the room for over an hour for I don’t know why before they even took the dogs back I’m so mad because I know that we’re on a time limit with the feeding and the being out but this place don’t really care about that

Do NOT go here for a travel certificate for your animal. They will LIE about the price to get you to come in, and then stick you with an over $600 bill. VERY SHADY PRACTICES so please be careful before you come. I drove all the way from Oakland because they promised a different price, and then once they performed the EASY travel certificate assessment they shoved a bill in my face for $644. I told Dr. Mann that I was told a different price and could not afford that price. He offered to take off $4. Please be careful, Dr. Mann intentionally does NOT post his travel certificate prices online...which allows this clinic to practice underhanded & predatory business. Shame on this clinic for misleading innocent working class people. I will say that the vet tech who assisted my dog was exceptional, I cannot remember her name (tall and slim with long dark hair), but she was lovely & professional, and a total angel with my dog. She ironically did most of the wok.

Kind, professional veterinary staff. Everyone there really cares about the animals and they take the time to make sure you understand exactly what is done or what needs to happen. Definitely a great choice if you have not only dogs and cats, but also small animals. We bring our rabbit here all the time and they take exceptional care of him. :3

I had a great experience in treating my cat at Aborn pet hospital. My cat “Leo” fell sick terribly all of a sudden but Dr. Gill was there to diagnose Leo’s health and provide appropriate medications. Moreover, Dr. Gill dedicated his time by providing daily consultations over phone/in-person for a week and made sure Leo was getting better with meds and prescribed foods. I would highly recommend Aborn per hospital for anyone that needs a proper treatment for their fur babies.

Dr. Gill and his staff are amazing at what they do — highly professional, experienced, and has transparent pricing. They accurately diagnosed a rare disease in my dog and helped to obtain medications and testing in a very timely manner and saved my dog’s life, who was barely alive two days ago and looks perfectly healthy now. Previous comments on “excessive testing” is not inaccurate, but the comprehensiveness is truly an asset in my case. No words can describe how much I appreciate the work they’ve done:)
