Cute place, welcoming & friendly staff. I have come here twice to bathe my Border Collie. Staff keeps the self bathing area clean and organized. Pricing on their treats & dog food is fair - comparably to Petsmart or less. I am happy I found this place one stop shop for my fur baby. Keep up the good work!

Just bathed my crazy and wonderful dog Willow there. The washroom are spacious with everything you need and super easy to use. I will never bathe my dogs again in a bathtub again.

Staff were all incredibly helpful! I went in to bathe a dog I found on the side of the road and briefly mentioned it to the staff helping me set up the tub. They checked all over Facebook for me and offered to check for a microchip as well! Very kind staff, will absolutely be going back.

I visit for my dog almost everyday. Best products. If you want to treat your animal or feed great food, go there. People who work there are very helpful and kind. And treat your animal well, sometimes with a treat.

This pet store is amazing. You are welcomed to bring your pets inside and they were so helpful when I went in today to get my dogs holsters. The young man that helped us was so helpful and he even adjusted the holsters, after measuring our dogs to determine the right size for them.

Excellent. There is definitely not a better pet food store in this area. Maybe not even the entire State. The individual here really understands Animal Health and diet. He focuses on species appropriate feeding and is a wealth of knowledge. I would highly highly recommend this place if you want your pet to have a long healthy life. However if you're selfish and would rather spend money on vet bills later on in life and make sure your pet has a miserable life then you should go somewhere else

I've been to this pet store twice when I'm in town and it's really great! The staff is friendly, professional and knowledgeable about what they sell. They have all kinds of great dog treats including "bakery" items that are very cute and reasonably priced.

I have been shopping at the Freedom location for a while and the staff is always super friendly and very helpful, including ordering specific products they don't normally carry.I recently ordered for home delivery and all I can say is WOW. There was something I had seen in store that wasn't on the website. I contacted them through the chat function on the website and they were able to list the item on the website right then so I could purchase it. ABOVE AND BEYOND. There is no fee for home delivery and they made the extra effort to call or text me when they were close.Thank you, Wishbone!!

SO glad Watsonville has this pet resource! All the brands you would want for selection, priced competitively in a clean and well organized space.Low cost vaccination clinics... Saturdays(?)Friendly staff, and of course pet friendly. Wish they had a loyalty program of some kind, but the I suppose the prices would have to be higher.

Had to get my kitty something for his upset tummy. Staff was knowledgeable about what products i should use for my furbaby and the products worked. My cat is feeling much better. One of my favorite pet stores to go to on the regular.

This is a very nice pet store. It's well stocked with a variety of items for your pets. The staff is helpful and extremely friendly. If you have a dog, the cookie selection is awesome! It's like a doggie bakery!

I wish every local business operated they way the crew at Wishbone does. From the time I walk in the door till the time I leave they are friendly and knowledgeable. The Freedom store carries Evanger brand canned dog food but not the dry dog kibble I require.When the store first opened,9u9 they promised to soon offer a do-it-yourself dog washing station. That would be a real asset!
