I love Dollar General,the employees are always greeting me,I am a regular and they are always stocked well,if they are low its because they are waiting on their shipment which is weekly they are getting shipments. I have never had any issues with them,I enjoy going to Dollar General.

This store is like most Dollar Generals. You can get really good deals on a lot of different stuff. If your look for repeat items it can be a little hit or miss. The isles are a little tight. They carry food items (both frozen & shelved / no produce), cleaning supplies, beauty products, some clothes, auto supplies (oil, brake & trans fluid) and other odd and end things. Staff was friendly. Store was a little disheveled when I was there.

This store doesn't have enough hours allocated to ensure there are employees to keep the store stocked. Employees are always fighting to stock the store, ring up guests and be there for any guests concerns all while the store looks lile a mess because they don't have proper help.This store needs to be able to schedule employees to handle the load.The employees are grumpy and make it apparent they are grumpy. Customer service isn't a thing in this store because we all know they are all sick of working there but we tolerate it.It's evident this store doesn't take care of its employees. It's evident because the employees are constantly complaining (the ones who stick it out) or there are always new faces to see because no one will stay.

This place has been such a mess in the last few years. Every time I have walked in, there are always tons of stuff in the middle of the Aisles. I get to things. I never see anyone stocking. It just sits there day after day. It just gets worse and worse. How long has it been since they painted the parking lot with stripes? You can't even see them anymore. There are a few nice staff,but a few that are so unfriendly.

This location has been having a hard time. There have been times when there is only 1 staff on duty and other times when it’s been 2 or 3. Most of the time the dog food isle is empty and there is usually big shipping dollies blocking many isles. Seems like management is overwhelmed. I now avoid using this store.

Please recognize Arthur Quintero, at your Frazier Park Dollar General store. Space I’ve been to the store twice, and there is an employee that deserves to be recognized. I’ve seen the good and the bad and the ugly and in retail, I’m almost 100 years old ( 53) And spend a lot of time shopping for bargains. This young man is an asset to your store and you were lucky to have him. Instead of embarrassing me when my card was not working, he helped me to find another location that may be able to give me some cash. The store system is down today and on the first time I met him he complimented my dress and don’t kid compliments will get you everywhere in life thank you for employing him I hope you take care of him while you have him in your store as I’m sure he has a bright future And any company including Apple or Bill Gates, would hire him on the spot.Regards,Monique

Isles full of merchandise, shelves empty, total chaos, unorganized and out of basic items all the time. Cat food almost none existent.. Hire more people to fill the shelves overnight....

I love this place. But the girl with all the tats she needs to cover them up they are nasty. She don't look good for your business. It seems you would hirer anyone. And the rings in her lips are nasty. If I was manager I would put her in stocking. Or have her change

ProsMost employees are friendly. This type of store was desperately needed in our community.ConsIsles are narrow and always blocked with stocking carts, yet more times than not shelves are not stocked. Most times I leave the store with only half of what I needed. Shrinkflation is definitely a factor here. I have noticed several products lately where price has increased yet less product received making it not such a good bargain anymore. Check your receipt. Prices at register are often more than tagged on shelf. Check expiration dates. Store brand DG or Clover Valley is hit or miss. Some ok; some inferior product. Shelf check never working.Employee and Manager turnover in this store is incredibly noticeable. Very rarely see same faces. Mostly run by kids. Store is not staffed or stocked adequately. The above negative factors associated with this particular store have repeatedly frustrated me to the point I rarely go to this store anymore. I choose rather to go to Bakersfield once a month for items I was regularly purchasing at DG.

Customer service can go either way. there`s one employee that has literally walked away when it was my turn,mumbled he`d be right back,never came back,never told anyone to take over. This has happend several times with the same employee,tall guy.

Ive never had a problem with the employee's there always so nice and fast. The only thing is that the front door is disgusting when you walk in it looks like someone threw up. Also nothing is organized all ther products are just lying around everywhere. Other than that its a great store and has great staff.

Since the opening of this store, they have been through many managers. It's sad because we need a store like this in our area. Problem: stocking during business hours. Or not stocking, but the merchandise is still blocking the isles. It's impossible for two carts to pass in any isle. Prices are not always visible. Especially specials at the end of an isle. Never prices on the items. By Sunday, shelves are bare. "Diamond" was the first manager. He had that place under control. But at least there trying. Strong management is the key!

I love the frazier park dollar general. The employees are amazing in every way. I wouldn't be able to put up with have the attitude they have to deal with from the local frazier park Karen's. I wish they had a bigger inventory, but that's a corporate matter.

Store brands (clover valley, DG Brand) items are hit and miss, usually inferior quality, unsuitable for the use it was intended. Some staff are nice, but some are clueless about providing good customer service. One cashier wouldn't even bag my groceries!

Great place to shop when you're low on cash. There are many items that are only a dollar or so but they go the extra mile and carry milk and eggs and several other food items. Like I said there are things that are more than a dollar but they are still extremely inexpensive. My work is been very slow lately and this place opening up in Frazier Park has been a godsend for my family and I.

I like that there is a store up here that is very reasonable. There are two issues I do believe can be improved.The store is not utilized properly. It's confusing the way they have the store laid out and the products they're selling. They are trying to put to many different products that don't need to be there. They needs more food.The other issue is when your offered a discount you're not getting it when you go to the checkout. It's happened every time.

This is a very good store for many basic things. Best price for cloth detergent. If you need some extra spoons, forks etc. Great place for it too. Forgot your can opener and the cans don't have a pop top. They have it!

my wife and I have been in this store hundreds of times, last few time the place was so packed with un-stocked items I couldn't make it through most of the isles, the last time I was there was Nov 26 just after dark, I went in to buy cigarettes for my wife and I (we are over 60 years old) as the girl was bringing me the 4 packs of cigarettes I mentioned that 2 of the packs were for my wife, at that point she said she couldn't sell me cigarettes because they were not for me, she stated she had no way of knowing who I would give them to and because I stated two of the for packs were not for me she would not sell me any cigarettes. I left the store with nothing. I don't know of any policy that says a 60 year old men with a valid California ID can't buy two different brands of cigarettes, nor do I think she has any right or legal obligation to be concerned with what I plan to do with cigarettes bought and paid for.

Everyone that works there is so friendly and helpful. Even when they're busy stocking shelves they never hesitate to ask if there's anything they can help me with. Dawn was especially helpful yesterday and put a smile on my face!

Went there seeking a job. I love shopping at The Dollar General, but it "appears" that there is more product than room to put it. Clothing row is in continuous dis-repair. Need building expansion to accommodate.

This store is poorly stocked and desperately in need 4 straight stock wheels of good help I recommend you retrain the whole cure and replace the manager. Also, Who ever it is that decides how much you will stock of any product need to be trained the rules of supply & demand

Talk about a GodSend to the Fraizer Mountain area. This store's prices are hard to beat, and their selections are quite vast. They've got all your softdrink needs met, as well as your teas. From clothing to school supplies, this little blessing will surely have what you're looking for with a price that's defiantly reasonable to the product. Highly recommend checking it out.The interior is pretty standard as far as Dollar Generals go, but it's quite evident that the staff care for their store. It's very clean and well kept, not to mention the organization of the products is very easy to follow.

Got a slick pen to write in a decent notebook for $2. Also, I picked up some triple antibiotic gel for $2.75. So, their prices are low, we put up with the lines. D Gen is a staple venue, drugstore artistry, dirt cheap prices, lines ok the door, I come here often, in this kinda community.

Not sure why Dollar General even has the word dollar in its name. I dont believe ive ever gotten anything there for a dollar. I prefer the 99 cent store or even the dollar tree where you can actually pop in for a quick few items. For the quality of the stuff that i go to these type store for it should be a dollar. Bought my boys a helicopter i tried to get them to wait for the dollar tree but nope. So i get them 5 bucks each and they last 2 hours like i knew they would. They were worth 1 dollar each.
