I haven't been to this store in several years, and found out Cat Country was added. This is the best animal supply store I have ever been too. All kinds of food, wet and dry, to snacks, toys, supplements, and animal gifts for humans and pets. They have this wonderful cat patio for under $400!! I was so tempted to buy one. It's very sturdy, tall, and spacious.

This place is great! The customer service is awesome! They know their products and are quick to help you find just what you need.A great variety of products from food to toys. Big selection of meds too. I found worm medicine that was 1/2 the cost of a name brand store.They have a huge selection of frozen foods for dogs n cats too! Never tried it but will for my picky Yorki!

I LOVE this place. I drive from LA to come here. Has the biggest selection of cat stuff I have ever seen. People where work here are the right amount of friendly without being super invasive and the prices are competitive.

Wonderful store. I just moved here from Texas and was recommended to come here by a PetSmart Employee, it’s wonderful! It has everything you could ever need. The store hours aren’t what is always online though so I attached the store hours for the Pet Supply store that is attached to Cat Country for everyones convenience.

Delightful. I just went in hoping I could see some adoptable kitties but found out they only have that on Saturday. While I was there, I had all my questions answered and even fell in love with the store cat Bobby, shes adorable af. Will definitely be coming back here not only for an adoption, but to see this cute little cat. A must visit if you're a cat person. They. Have. Everything.

They have a great selection of everything but I say with a name like Cat Country they should carry loose bulk pine pellets to maybe buy by the pound-but be really really inexpensive. Like the true feed stores.

This place is pretty awesome. Huge selection on pretty much everything. Prices are competitive with chain/online. It has a cat and a dog side. I purchase everything pet related from here now. It is the only place I can find Sustainably Yours cat litter and it is cheaper than online. The selection of high-quality food is amazing, and they also have freezers full of frozen food options and different types of milk for kittens/cats. Everything I usually go for is always in stock and I normally find something new and fun to purchase for my pet while I'm there.Highly recommend for both dog and cat owners. (And they even have a rabbit/small animal section as well)

Cat County IS by far.... The coolest cat shop in all of Orange County. Bar none. If they don't have a specific item you favor, please just ask a staff member and they will be happy to assist you. The store is huge, divided into both canine and feline selections. Always super clean and a very welcoming environment to explore all your pets needs. I highly recommend their catnip selection!! Amazing cat towers are also a must see. Such artistry, in a cat tree (great as furniture, lol) 😸 Easy parking. Go treat yourself to a fun time and visit Cat County.

This place is huge with more of everything than any other store I have seen; being a cat lover this place is that much better to me. That does not mean they only carry cat products, great big selection of dog items, along with many other animal needs. So far every staff member I have talked with or received assistance from has been both knowledgeable and very friendly, usually every store has one employee that is grumpy or something, so far not the case here. In fact, several employees have taken the time to talk with me about my cancer and actually seemed to care, in which helped me feel a little better. The only two negative things I can think of are; one I could not get to their website, this could be my fault. The only other thing is some of their cat toys seem to be a little expensive, (more than discount stores), however the prices are probably in line with pet stores, but I am cheap and try to buy things on clearance.With that being said, I would and do recommend Cat Country to everyone as they are honestly the best pet store I have ever been to. In addition, they have an experienced local vet that is there on Wed. & Thur. for several hours that you can bring your pet to see for check ups or problems. He has seen my cat several times and has been caring, very knowledgeable, helped my cat and is very reasonably priced.I want to not only recommend Cat Country, but also thank them for the way they have helped me and say keep up the good work, they run their business the way all businesses should, but these days most do not.Kevin M.

I was so looking forward to having this be my new pet food place, as I have two cats and regularly foster kittens. Yes they have a large supply of cat food- almost to the point of overwhelming and several customers were wandering the isles hoping for some help or direction. Having more staff members there to help guide customers through your large collection would have been nice. It would also be nicer if cashiers actually made polite or casual conversation with you instead of deadpan silence during an 30 item transaction for $85 dollars.Takeaway: come here if you know exactly the off brand you want, otherwise don’t bother.

I loved it here.They had all the stuffs I needed for my frenchie, that other regular stores don't have.I will definitely be coming back here to get her food and all products I need for her. The staff was so wonderful and told me the return policy and all the info I needed to know for future info.

This place is great. Blows away petco and petsmart in product selection. They have everything . The customer service is great. You can tell they are cat and dog lovers and really care about helping customers.Not like petco and petsmart. The customer service is a bunch of young people. It's horrible. Thank you Cat Country for keeping our cat Boots happy.

Best place to get prescription wet cat food! All others (Chewy, Petsmart, Petco) gave us such a hard time to order prescription cat food after our vet gave us a paper prescription….Not to mention the long shipping wait times. We were down to one can left for our sweet Miss Molly. Steven was nice enough to confirm that they had this in stock and he also explained the easy process in order for us to pick it up same day!

Great store for any pets the cat part is huge with just About anything and everything you could look for. Including a walk in clinic with Vets for i assume all pets I took 3 cats after learning about it. Right now it is every Wed&Thurs from sometime in am until 2:30pm call to verify. When I just went exam free was $25 per pet and I can't say this is std oPractice one cat i have goes nuts around other people if I'm not there(pandemic cat not used to other people born day after StPatricks day so one day before COVID shut down CA the first time) anyway I was able to be with him And assist to keep him calm. That alone is priceless to me... won't find that at the poorly ran vets around here that blame everything on the pandemic... it's horrible but adapt

Great place. Helpful staff and Doctor Shepard the Veterinarian is wonderful. It's a huge.bonus that the store has a Vet on staff as it is convenient to pop in every time our cat needs a shot or an exam.

This is my favorite pet store around. Great selection of nutritious food, some made local. They have a consistent friendly staff, a vet on site, and today was kitty adoption day. They got it going on here!!!

Love Cat Country. Things are pricey, and that's why I'm only giving four stars. But they have things I can't find anywhere else. They have some unique furniture, most of which I wish I could afford. Even if you're not looking for something in particular, go and visit. Good people, huge selection of everything, and a sweet little tabby store cat. Go. Oh, yeah - they do adoptions, lots of them. Not just cats & kittens but bunnies!

I come to the store all the time and buy all our cat food here can I come here with my girlfriend for her dog food we were in there today I ran back in because I forgot to look for those nail covers for dogs nails I asked the girl she sent me to an aisle they were not in the aisle I came back to tell her she would not close her mouth long enough to actually hear what I was asking for very arrogant know it all I would completely avoid her at all costs when I go in there again I think there needs to be some training in the people you hire but I love your store just don't like your choice workers
