I love this place Soo much! I got my rabbit from here 4 years ago and how time flies! Caroline is always so knowledgeable and her staff is always very sweet and helpful. These animals need time and love to thrive so please consider that when getting any pet. My rabbit loves the 3 blend hay from here and the carrot house, those are a must in our household. Highly recommend the chunky silicone hair brush and the critical care, always good to have in case of emergency. Enjoy a photo of Mr. Lynyrd :)

This is a great store. You can adopt rabbits or chinchillas and you can even do bunny bonding if you have a rabbit already. They have all the supplies you could possibly need for your rabbit and the staff is knowledgeable about what you shouldn't and shouldn't do as a pet parent.

Last December I purchased two rescued chinchillas from them, bunny bunch made sure I was not only a good candidate to adopt them but gave me a lot of important information about them. They are my go to for Timothy hay, Timothy pellets, hides and toys. Also the plus is they are an excellent choice for chinchilla sitting or bunny sitting when I have to travel. I would definitely check this wonderful company out if you are interested in adopting or supporting a local business!

I use Bunny bunch to board my three guinea pigs all the time. It is quick and easy to drop and pickup them up. They take good care of our pigs and occasionally send us photos if we ask. $18/day for two piggies and $6/per additional piggy in the same cage, so $24 per day for us to go on vacation with peace of mind!

Great store! I went there specifically for timothy hay. Price was $25 for 15½ lbs, which was reasonable, and it was very good quality. Also picked up some Oxbow treats. The store carries an amazing array of rabbit supplies.

Went because I was very remorseful about recently trying to rescue a loose baby rabbit who didn't make it despite my efforts to save it and being unable to find the owner I then made the decision to try to keep it myself. Unfortunately I may have either made errors due to not knowing certain needs till it was too late or it still needed the Mother's milk to survive. Either way, I blamed myself and agonized greatly over the "what ifs" after I researched more.I went to Bunny Bunch Botique inquire about possibly adopting a pair of rabbits to help ease my feelings of guilt.The lady I talked to was very patient and understanding while also explaining all it would take to keep them.....which was a lot more than I expected. After speaking with her things are more in perspective and I'm currently deciding on what to do.It was also comforting to know that I'm not the first person that's gone through this, and that at least I tried.

Disappointed really.I found an injured Bunny in the middle of the street. Called bunch of vets but they wouldn't take it. Not wanting to call the shelter I called this rescue, and the gentleman who answered said they are full.Come on, how BIG a bunny is!!! It was so small that it could get inside my pocket. This guy didn't even want to take the time to ask me questions or anything like that. He was just not interested.

I reached out to try to have two baby rabbits I rescued into this rescue to try to find a forever home and was asked if they were already fixed and vaccinated, then told that there were hundreds of rabbits already at the rescue and hundreds more on the wait list but if I were to fix and vaccinate the babies I should try to call again. I checked on their website to see the bunnies available for adoption before contacting the rescue and there are less than 30 bunnies at the rescue. This place doesn't seem too concerned for the wellbeing of the animals they claim to rescue but rather more interested in profiting. I was so disappointed.

Adopted my amazing bunny here. This place is GOLD for rabbit and pocket pet owners. High quality staff who know so much about the animals. I always buy their hay and treats for my bunny. I also use their bunny sitting it’s a great deal and I feel safe with them.

Owned and operated by wonderfully knowledgeable and caring Caroline, her husband and a whole bunch of amazing volunteers!🐇🐰 💖 Adoptions, rescue, boarding, supplies, grooming and boutique! And pre-covid there were regular fun events & activities for buns & owners alike, including photo shoots, bunny "hoppy hours" and even guest speakers about bunny health, etc.. 😄 Love the Bunny Bunch!💞🐇

If I could give zero stars I would. I’ve been trying to get a grooming appointment for my bun for a month now and when I had to move my work schedule around and ask for a Saturday off cause thats the only day CAROLINE can come in she decides to stop answering my calls and text.

We went to adopt a specific rabbit No customers were there but they wouldn't let us adopt without an appointment. What a ridiculous policy. Every othe store on the planet can run during covid its a horrible way to run a rescue.

We (my child and I) came from a bit away to have signs posted 'curbside pick-up only'. Girl came out and when I expressed they should post that on their website. She replied rudely, "You can order online!" With that attitude, I purchased elsewhere.

In the process of adopting but am very happy and pleased with how well they stay in contact Caroline is such a big help keeps me informed as to when I'll be hearing something back, Corrine was also very good about contacting back soon 5/5 stars I appreciate there efforts even though it may be hard because of covid-19 but I can tell they are trying there best. Will be updating soon to show the newest member of the family and also how well they handle everything 😊 --update so today we adopted zing who's new name is Louie the adoption process went so well and smoothly I'm so happy with how well they handle everything this is my first time ever adopting and I'm so pleased with how bunny bunch took care of everything
