I really like this place. The staff is very polite and professional. They treated my Dog like family. I was able to show up early, right after opening, and was able to get a walk-in check up for my dog. I had called around and most vets don’t take walk-ins.I feel the price was fair for the quality of service. Some Vets are charging way too much, and because of that a lot of people can’t afford to take care of their pets needs.This place is fair. Most vets are booked up weeks ahead, so don’t wait until the last min to make an appointment. Please be polite to the staff, they seem to be doing the best they can with an overwhelming amount of clients.

The front desk staff is a mix of personalities. The manager is very polite and attentive, but can't say the same of the rest. The doctor is totally impolite just examined my dog from a distance avoiding any physical touch. The costs of my bill was average and I'm ok with it as long as the right diagnostic and treatment were given. Unfortunately after 2 weeks I had to take my pet to a different clinic for not improving at all.

I would give them a 3 because I was missed Informed about my puppy completing his vaccines. The last time I took my puppy in the receptionist said he was all good to go, no appointment needed plus they would usually write on the receipt an estimate day you could bring your puppy for the next round of vaccines and they never did. I called to ask for a record of his vaccines since I plan to take my puppy to Mexico with me on a trip and she then tells me he has not completed his vaccines! I was in shock!!!! I spend so much time, money and waiting for my pup to be seen, time off of work! For them to tell me I have to restart all vaccines again! Plus this is going to coast me again. It makes me sad because other than this issue everyone there is super nice and sweet to my puppy. Just the fact that I need to pay to repeat all vaccines again is frustrating. It would have been nice if the girl that answered the call apologized and said you might have been misinformed, she went on to say I have to repeat all vaccines and starts telling me prices, that annoyed me.

Hello hello.Let me tell you why I give AMC 5 stars today.1) Check in was easy.It was our first time here and had no appointment; so, we were one of the first ones there. They opened 30mins before their opening time. We checked in, filled some paper work and waited.2) We waited the right amount of time.We waited for 1.5 hours to be checked by the doctor (the time we waited was fair since it was a Tuesday and we didn’t have an appointment).Be mindful of that.3) Doctor gave us an honest diagnosis. Dr. Kendrick made a diagnosis and told us how he was going to treated. Surgery was the best option. He answered all my questions.4) Staff accommodated to our needs.They close at 6PM. I got out of work later than expected. So I called and asked if they could wait for me after 6:00pm to pick up my dog. They said not to worry. They would wait for me. Now, I made it there before 6pm so I don’t know if you charge extra if you get there after hours. But you can always ask.5) Their prices are reasonable.Sadly, pet medical bills always tend to be high. We had gone to other clinics to be told the procedure was going to cost a lot of $ MONEY. AMC gave us a BETTER/LOWER price. When I was ready to check out, our bill was more than what the doctor had told us at first but the front desk nurse explained to us why and they tried to keep the bill as low as possible.6) My Bernese mountain dog and I were treated with care and respect.UPDATE: We had two follow up appointments. Covered by the surgery bill. My dog recuperated with flying colors.SHOUT OUT TO AMC’s Nurses and Doctor. AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST, SHOUT OUT TO THE BEST OF THE BEST FRONT DESK TEAM: JENNIFER, ANNA and JAZMINE. Keep up the good work. They got you! They will smile at you and take their time to explain to you what’s happening.Come here! We were blessed. I pray your experience is as pleasant as ours <3

A good friend of mine recommended you. I recommended you to my son and he brought my granddogter to see the doctor. The staff is wonderful and attentive and the offices are clean. Your office is now my only office I take my 2 dogs to!

Would have given them a 5-star but they double booked on appointments and with appointments still waited 3 hours. They desperately need front desk help I still like the old original medical office it was more efficient but I still love the Dr and girls up front sweet..

They saw us Same Day and worked with a Third Party who we needed to help us with the Bill since this was during a time of Hardship. I've been taking my Dog here over 10 yrs and our Cat my ex wife had.... Although I hear people NOW say they are inexpensive, I have to admit, they even would say they were VERY pricey a few years back... But it DOES seem that pricing is lower these days and they DONT try to ream you for a bunch a insignificant charged.The wait wasn't very long either.I have to say overall pleasant experience.... Except one thing... I wanted to have them check out a few things on my senior Dogz list of issues, but The vet mostly focused on his main problem and didn't see a reason to get detailed tests, X-rays, blood work etc for his other issues since "he's an older dog" and let's just see how he does with this 1 thing now vs. addressing some of his other ailments 😞But I've had great outcomes over the years here...Oh and it's been a year or 2 since I've been back here... They renovated the whole office it's friggin AMAZING what they've done to Lobby..... So 👍🏼 nice

This place is my family pet vet and now is mine place to go too. I always like this place and the doctor and the staff who work in the back of the office. Before I had multiples frustrated situation about the unorganized appointments and rude front desk staff. But this time I gave it a last try and I'm very impressed! Their appts system change to better, more organize. Mrs. Kendrick who took control over the organization of this office is doing a very good job! She's make sure we are check in and get our service serve and get it done asap. Hopefully it will be good like this time in the future. Good job Mrs. Kendrick! ❤️

Long waits even with an appointment. Plan for 2-3 hours for just annual check up. Wait when check in. Wait in the exam room. Wait to check out. Wait, wait, wait.

The Vets are so skilled, kind, and caring, I have taken my pets here for years. I trust them with my precious family members (dogs and when I had cats). Be prepared for a wait as they are super busy from the moment they open. Best to make an appointment if possible.

I have been taking my little tea cup Yorkie to Dr Kendrick for years now. He is really the best with our little dog. Little Joojoo had to have all her teeth pulled out and it was such a traumatic experience for her and I am sooo grateful for Animal Medical Center because they not only made the experience pleasant, but they walked us through everything. This procedure would have cost an arm and a leg, but they were so affordable.The last time I was there was about 2 months ago and they have completely remodeled their center. All the staff is so friendly and helpful.

I took my pet in for a nail trim. My dogs nails were very long and I informed the staff that he needed quite a bit clipped since they were over grown and causing bleeding and scratching to myself and guests. It was a walk in and I only waited 15 minutes and they took him in. That was great. Unfortunately, I was VERY disappointed that they literally took 5 seconds and came back only clipping the tips of the nails to where there was no visible difference at all and made them even dangerously sharper than before. It was a waste of money and his nails are still VERY long and over grown. The picture provided is after the clipping and after we filed them down a bit.

Worst Experience ever !!!! I went in yesterday had an appointment @ 3:50 i did get there a little late 5 minutes late! But the only reason this happened was because the front lady’s helping we’re talking to themselves instead of helping me out and checking me in, They saw me standing there for a cool minute and they decided to ignore me since the very beginning it didn’t go so well , Well I finally checked in and they said we’ll call you in a few minutes Oh lord they took a whole hour to call me and last but not least the nurse helping me was Rude , they sent to a room and keeped me there for a whole hour n half Doctor never came in . At this point my dog was fraustred decided to leave ! As I’m leaving I’m already calling others vets to book an appointment for my dog , I was able to book with Another vet .Instead of here Worst customer service !!! Will NEVER come back I prefer to drive a few more miles with vets that actually care and are helpful. Don’t waste your time here ! There’s better options !

This is no longer a low cost clinic, compared to before. I called the emergency line, waited 20 mins and was prompted to leave a message after. Kind of a scary process for emergencies. (*And I still havent heard back 5 hours later.) The doc recommended a probiotic and I asked if it was OTC and he said no so I paid for $48. I checked Amazon and it was only $16!Docs and techs are generally ok except the rip off and front office staff are decent except one who mumbles so it's hard to understand her. Whatever system or process they have right now is not really working for them as the wait times for being seen and checking out are crazy (even with appointments), that's why phone calls are secondary. Since my dog is older, I have to find a more responsive doctor soon.

Poor customer service. I was ignored for hours while other dogs walked in 30 minutes after my dog and were seen almost immediately. I experienced very poor customer service and communication when all my dog needed was a simple shot.

I would give a negative star review if I could! I went to take my cat to get neutered. They told me it would be $180 when I scheduled the appointment.I called the day before to ask how much total it would be so I can bring enough cash and again said it would be $180. My husband took the cat to get neutered because I couldn’t take off work. They made him pay $417! Nothing went wrong with the producer they just scammed me ! I’ve been calling for two weeks straight and they tell me the same thing. “Jenny will call you back and make it right.” Still no call back and I call every day! This is unacceptable.

This place was busy they cost a lot and staff is some what rude there is one staff member that need to pay better attention to what people are telling her its very annoying to have to keep repeating your self because she's either extremely slow, heavily medicated, or has a common sense issue, or just straight dumb their is no reason why I should have to answer her question of why we are the more then one time and some times people have more then one reason and she really should pay attention to more detail and what is being said to her whether by the cusomer or staff so that she can explain correctly so they don't loss customers and the customers completely understand. With the extreme lack of understanding on her part of what's being said by the doctor, the customer, or even her coworkers, it is ridiculous; it your career come-on...

It's a nice, clean facility. In the morning they have an ipad for you to check in. The employees are very nice and courteous. I had called multiple times and no one picks up, so I decided to go in and ask my questions. The phones ringers are not on, they just blink, so that's my guess as why they don't pick up on purpose. I came back later in the afternoon around 1p with my dog and no more ipad check in, so I waited in line for about 8- 10mins and they said the wait would be 1.5hr, so I left and came back another day instead. They don't take appointments for shots, from what I was told. Went again the following week in the morning and checked in around 9ish, didn't get called in till almost 1. Wait times are ridiculous if you don't have an appointment here, but prices are good. It seems they are understaffed thus the long wait times.

This place is Awesome! The Staff and Doctors Do an Awesome Job here! What's also great about this is that they don't charge you an Arm and a Leg for their services. I highly doubt this place to anyone with pets!

I am new to the area and I was referred to AMC by a friend of mine. My dog, Rocket had a paw infection and he needed immediate care. Dr. Kendrick was very attentive, detailed, knowledgeable and kind/gentle with my dog. Rocket knew he was in good hands because he wasn’t nervous or scared. He trusted Dr. Kendrick and it’s obvious Dr. Kendrick genuinely cares for animals.Overall, the facility is very clean, spacious, and easy to find. The staff was nice, friendly and helpful. I showed up just shortly after they opened and I waited for about 1 hr (not an issue since I didn’t have an appointment). The vet fees were affordable and fair and cheaper than other vets I’ve been to. I would highly recommend Animal Medical Center to my friends and family.

I have had the misfortune of rescuing a feline that has a voucher for her vet needs. This vet office cares more about the money they can collect at the end of the day. They run unnecessary tests and prescribe a lot of meds. Appointments are overlooked for not so much emergencies. Dr's are slow and shorthanded or rude. Plan to be there for hours. Been there 3 times and it's no better every time I try to be optimistic about being there.

Went in today for my puppies 1st exam and vaccines! I had my toddler with me and was struggling a bit to help him with the boredom of waiting! Katy was very wonderful with making my appointment process quicker than expected! I was also helped by Crystal in regards to payment and she went above and beyond by make my toddlers experience better as well! She’s great with animals and even better with kids ☺️ Definitely recommend this vet!

I decided to give this place a try. Biggest mistake.Upon calling for an update on my dogs status on surgery I was met by the rudest, Matter of fact tech on the line. Which when I asked questions she would reply in a very unwelcoming tone. I kept on asking more questions and She started to talk over me!!! Extremely rude... Picked up my dog and TAKING my business elsewhere. I RECOMMEND you all do the same unless you want to get very meadocre service then this is your placement there is no sense of you being important u will just be a number there.

I love this place low cost, modern, clean full facility hospital.I am here again, cookie loves coming here to see Dr Raines. Love, love the staff. Super friendly, knowledgeable.Saturday’s super busy in the mornings till noon. This place is super busy they must be doing something right. They are not a boutique vet hospital.I feel bad for the staff, when clients get antsy and don’t realize how lovely the staff is and they are working hard.I am quite impressed by this facility. I wished there was a place like this in East cost.

I’ve taken my (very timid) puppy Finneas to AMC twice so far and both times we have received excellent care! Dr. Kendrick always answers the abundance of questions I come in with and is so patient and attentive. Front desk staff is always so kind and accommodating. Could not recommend enough!

Too bad I can say Minus 2 Stars!My friend is having a very tough time but had been going to this hospital before it took over multiple suites. Her cat hadn’t eaten in over 3 days, they would not even give him ( Jack the Tabby) antibiotics- especially when she said he wAs an inside cat and didn’t need a HIV test or a Leukemia test- $400.00 or no treatments AT ALL!!!. She would have struggled to pay $200 but $400 was just impossible. She came out with the carrier sobbing! She lost her two cats due to old age just this year... broke my heart. I guess this Blackmail must work because the hospital is thriving. Boo! She should have gotten a little help- she would have paid... they sure aren’t true animal people or loyal to their customers. I’m appalled! She

I am not a personal client. I bring my client with his animals here for the most part. They're very professional, very attentive to the emergency animals. Don't know the cost cuz I don't pay the bill but I can tell you the friendly and professional and the veterinarian doctors are excellent. Office staff can be a little rude but other than that the doctors are great
