My and my dad went there to look at some parrots hearing all of the good reviews, but no one said hello, can I help you, or any thing along that line. We waited 15 minutes while looking at the birds for the lady to help us and no one asked or came. Also I noticed that the birds cages had none to very little toys for foraging or playing with a bad cage cleaning, and no price for them which makes it look like a scam and very disorganized. So we finally left to our 45 minute drive home learning that the store looks nothing like the pictures and has bad service.

Nacy is amazing! So many people have been brought together with their pets because of her and her store! She rescues animals no one else will glance at and gives every animal a fair chance at a good life!This is a local store run by an amazing staff and Fortuna is lucky to have them!

They have always been attentive, friendly and informational with my family with 2yo twins. They always enjoy their time there, as do I. They also set up a petting zoo for their 3rd bday party. It was a hit with all ages!

With always knowledgeable and helpful workers you can't go wrong! You can tell all of the animals are loved with daily cleanings and feedings your always sure to see some one hard at work with a beautiful creature! From macaws to quail, hamsters to chinchillas, and bettas with other fish make this a great place to de-stress and pick up some pet treats!

It wasn't clean, the cages and products were dirty, there were flies everywhere, there was bird poop all over the floor, the animals didn't look healthy, and they weren't housed in the best environments.They're fun people but they're not keeping up. I'm really disappointed that my favorite pet store has become so sad 💔

Such a great place. They helped me with setting up 2 aquariums and have given me advice with everything. Wonderful people, wonderful store.

The only smart people in these reviews are the ones who are aware of how dirty, and uncared for a lot of these animals are. Improper husbandry to the max. I could go on and on, but I’d go on one hell of a rant.

A "rescue" for a hoarder... who takes in birds and doesn't provide very necessary veterinarian care for them. The store smells and product is filthy and the owner lives there.
