Rude employee (female) brown long hair to be exact. Was stocking items near the frozen aisle today 04/30/24 at 4:40 pm. Asked her a question and she acts as if she didn’t hear me, then rudely responds when question asked again. If you don’t like your job quit. Everyone else seems very nice

Easily priced items with a wide range of things to buy. Mostly tidy shelves and the employees work hard to keep them stocked and organized, despite the poor intentions of careless shoppers. They have a large seasonal selection and a decent post-seasonal clearance section.

DON'T waste your time by going un this store! I was treated so rude! The clerk was the worst person and SHOULDN'T BE allowed to work with the public if I had gotten her name I'd have her reported and fired! So was the worst I've ever seen in my 65 years of age!They have you waiting in a very long line for almost 30 minutes and then treat you like this!

THANK YOU DAHLIA AND LIZZY for always having a smile and positive attitude! Clean, friendly and shelves are always stocked! I love this location settled in friendly Fortuna. I visit a few times a week and am always greeted by the staff when I walk in with a friendly smile a great service. The store is always clean and plenty of space to walk down the isles. It's very seldom I shop there and don't see the employees stocking the shelves with the latest items or new items. I enjoy the new items and variety or items that come in weekly. They have a great variety of craft supplies from fabric squares, wood crafts, paint, embroidery, glue sticks and so much more! They always have the seasonal items stocked and neatly organized. Their pet supplies is stocked for cats and dogs including treats, litter, leashes and collars. For my growing pups these collars work great! Their toys and games have a great selection for all ages. I even picked up some macramé crafts and travel games! I appreciate their variety in grocery items. I like to come here for frozen vegetables, canned goods, food seasoning, soups (you get more in the can) and so much more to meal prepping. You can always find new items and much more!

Love the staff , very nice cashier! Just worried and annoyed that she was the only cashier, they had her handling a 20+ person line alone that almost reached the back of the store. Very concerning, she looked exhausted!

Okay first off, anyone who shops at Dollar Tree without first knowing what the products cost elsewhere *might* be a fool.For example, cans of Starkist light (yellowfin) Tuna cost how much at Dollar Tree? That's right, a dollar! But they cost 74 vents at the other grocery store down the street.The same thing goes for Comet Cleanser, etc etc.Now, this particular Dollar Tree sells Bumblebee white (albacore) Tuna for how much? Right again grasshopper, an even buck - but I haven't seen a can of albacore for a buck ANYWHERE else in at least a decade.Moving right along now. Well stocked shelves, friendly and knowledgeable staff that are always willing to help, and conveniently located in a shopping center with another anchor (Safeway), a Rite aid or CVS (I get em mixed up, it was so much easier when it was Thrifty's and SavOns), McDonald's, and a Shell station too. Easy in and out onto Fortuna Blvd, three blocks from the 101 freeway, andwith another shopping center located right next door that has a Starbucks, Walgreens, and Grocery Outlet. You can literally get all of your grocery shopping done, fill your tank, and give yourself heart disease on fast food without traveling to Egypt and back, all while taking advantage of the best possible prices around while you do so...Perfect!!!tallship awards this Dollar Tree with the rating...⛵⛵⛵⛵⛵Five sailboats! Store is usually pretty well stocked but ready to wait for 15 minutes plus just to check out. Every single time I go in there is only one cashier working the register but the rest is being required to stock. Seem Manager is always MIA. It has never changed nor will it.

The 5 stars are for Jezelle (I hope I spelled her name correctly!) She was dealing with massive line (over 12 people!) singlehandedly and was friendly, helpful and speedy! Please tell her that she's appreciated and hire some more staff!!

You don't go to dollar tree expecting the very best quality, but sometimes you find really great stuff. I get a lot of backgrounds and borders for a bulletin board I decorate each month. It's also nice for tea lights, dish soap, pumice stones, hand sanitizer, alcohol, hydrogen peroxide, and other personal care items. Also nice for informal gatherings for table cloths and such. Got a can opener that's still kicking about a year ago. Some things can be hit and miss with how long they'll last. Overall, good value on some things, clean store, and pretty well organized usually.

The young man at the register was friendly, polite, and even funny. He wasn't moving to fast or to slow. My opinion is cheerful by nature. He did a good job ringing us up and bagging our items.

It's okay as far as a low cost store goes but they are not a $1 they're at least $1.25 or more. Sign of the times.

The lines seem to always be so long with one cashier , and 1/2 the time I get to the front of the line they can't take my money because there's no Manager on duty to check the bill. But the staff always seems to be nice .

really needs new MANAGER. The manager is rude. I was going there at least 3 times a week spending at least $200 dollars a month. Well until the manager is changed I won't be going there. I wish they still had Tom he was a pleasant person and didn't treat people rudely because of the way they looked.

I love our Doller Tree here in Fortuna. I do believe that we have the best Doller Tree in the North Coast. It has a great food section a great snack selection. A great craft section. Even a good size freezer section. Eggs, lunch meat, cheese, steaks, pork chops, ice cream, egg rolls, chicken nuggets, ice, sausage. The staff are great people and friendly.

I like Dollar tree. Even though the employees are very under paid they're always very friendly. This a good place to get plastic containers and budget dish soap etc. I'd like to see the employees get paid better and that's why I only give this place 2 stars.

I crocheted this top with almost 3 skeins of cotton/polyesyer yatn that I got from The Dollar Tree online! This Fortuna store has always been very helpful and called me right away when my yarn order came in.

Great place to shop but I wouldn't recommend it if your transportation is a bicycle because they have no place to lock up a bike and they do not allow them in the store even if it is an electric bike that folds up and has a handle to carry it like a briefcase, I found this a very stupid rule

The MANAGER at the DollarTree, need an additudue adjustments. Due to the gentalman not acting according to his position. He just tried to throw me out of his store. I shop with my mother and when I do she tends to like shopping little longer then myself. But to disrespect me when there are people smoking dope in his bathroom. Wrong chick my friend. Learn some RESPECT
