Cashier wasn't friendlyAsked if there was any rotisserie chicken and she said go look in the hot food areaSo I wandered around and found it was emptyI figured in a small town she not recognize me because I haven't lived in the valley since the 80sAll I can say is smile you live in beautiful country

Ray's customer service is Amazing! The hot food bar makes a busy day much easier. Don't tell the kids, sometimes I don't get them to the bus on time just so I can get breakfast.

This is the only grocery store in Ft. Jones so even tho their prices are high people out that way have no choice but to shop at Ray's or drive the half hour to Yreka. I prefer the drive.

The manager is very rude. He asks costumers to walk a certain way around the counter. And when you do he still raises his voice and argues. Very unprofessional.

Small town market with some great people. Not all of them. Prices are high but you're in the sticks, what do you expect? Selection for the area is pretty good. They have the special almond milk I love and it's the same price as Raileys and only a buck more then Walmart. I'll take it for the convince.

The yogurt I bought was moldy and when I told the employees they were rude and bratty about whet they could do about it. They basically said they can't do anything about it. Their prices are a bit expensive as well.

A great local grocery chain that appears to be larger than the etna location or at least feel more spacious. The prices are higher than say a Target or Walmart but for being in the middle of nowhere the increase is expected.The produce is ok. The meats are usually great and not priced that much higher than in the bigger town next door. I shop here or in Etna to get my essentials instead of driving to the next town over. Lots of free parking and the staff has always been friendly with me.If prices were slightly lower and produce was improved, I would do all my shopping here as would more locals I believe. Instead most of the locals go to Walmart in Yreka or once a month trips to Medford to stock up on things.

Good service but dramatically overpriced because they are taking advantage of the fact they are the only store around. Honestly recommend just driving into Yreka rather than buying anything at this store.
