I ordered succulents for baby shower favors and the shop worked with me to select a delivery date to ensure they came when promised with enough time to account for delivery issues, for the succulents to recover and not enough time for me to kill them, lol. They came with easy to follow directions and they arrived healthy and well packaged and grew even more beautifully the week I took care of them before sending them home with guests.

My order was received timely, and was packaged with extreme care. All of the succulents were beautiful and intact. They surpassed my expectations! The photos just don’t do them justice. The colors are so vibrant! I am giving them away as baby shower favors, expectant Mom is a huge plant lover. I added a simple 2 inch ribbon to each succulent, and cannot wait to have them on display! I placed 2 orders, one shipped to a friend in Arizona and everything was beautiful, the second shipped to me in South Dakota and 7 out of 9 plants arrived perfectly while the remaining 2 (2 string of pearls) was a bit more sensitive and did not arrive healthy. However, their customer service was quick and efficient and they’re prepping replacement plants as I type this after giving me my choice of credit, refund or replacement but they were the primary purpose of my order so I am hopeful the new ones arrive just fine now. I will absolutely recommend Mountain Crest as well as place more orders myself.

I couldn't be more happy with my experience. I messaged Mountain Crest Gardens before ordering and explained what I was using the succulents for and they gave me great feedback and provided links to each item on their website. I ordered extra plants assuming I would lose some in transport or shortly after. But, they ALL came healthy and beautiful. After 2 weeks and transferring them they still look amazing.

I absolutely love all the products I received. I got boxes of cuttings, box of rosettes, and little plants. Everything looked great when it arrived. I also ordered the succulent soil and it is fantastic! Some of my plants stayed in the box for over a week before I got around to planting them, but they still all look great!

Mountain Crest Gardens is the leader in online succulent shopping, and I will only shop from here as they are simply excellent. Their website is user-friendly, very informative, and beautifully organized. They offer specials from time to time, and they still manage to provide the most healthy and beautiful succulents I have ever owned. I have some MCG succulents that are a few years old already, and they are still thriving. Below are photos of my most recent order. They package them so well. It hardly looks like they traveled all the way from across the country. I love Mountain Crest Gardens, and I hope they stay in business forever!

This company is absolutely OUTSTANDING! I have a business that consistently uses succulents in arrangements both large and small. I have the utmost trust in the quality in these succulents time and time again. This company has such beautiful varieties to choose from and well as prices that can not be matched. They’re packaging has careful attention to the care of the plant during transport and it arrives quickly with no delay. I am so very, very happy with my succulents that I ordered. They were packaged with great care and look wonderful. They were slightly dry,, but it is the heat of summer and they perked right back up after a good drink.. Please order from this company if you are looking for succulent starters. Overall, happy with the order! The ornaments are so cute and would recommend for gifts! The hardy succulent tray was well packaged, but the crinkly paper can get tangled with the spilling sedum species so be careful when removing. 20/25 succulents were in great shape; my only concern was the tricolor sedum looked like it should not have passed quality standards when filling the order (dead and withering leaves). I will definitely order from Mountain Crest Gardens again!

Hello, from Georgia, USA. My order came in a timely matter, and it was well packaged. Some of the dirt had spilled all over everything, but that is to be expected. The plants arrived healthy, soild was dry when they arrived and some were slouched over. Gave them some water put them in the sun under 20% shade for 4 days and they perked right up. Great plants, reached out customer serive about their point system and they were polite and responsive. Check them out!

My plants came in great condition! Also, received 3 at least of each specimen (except for in the case of the large round cacti which took up their whole pot. I ordered a variety set of cacti and was very happy with the group I got! And I ordered a couple succulents which I've had my eye on for some time.Also, Really great prices! This will not be my last order with them!

Wonderful Experience with my First order. Quality of plants was amazing and the care and attention to how they packed was fabulous. All my plants arrived in GREAT condition. I purchased a variety to make into garden trays and to add to planters etc. Love that all come with tags, so I can slip the tags into my garden and know the name of the plant as it grows and matures. Can't wait to place my next order!!! Also hats off to Mountain Crest for using Earth Friendly packing materials!!!
