Ariel helped us move in, she was very helpful and attentive to detail. She put in work orders for everything that needed done, and made sure the home was clean and 100% ready for us. She gave us toiletries and kitchen supplies to use before our belongings were delivered. We were super impressed by the entire process!Maintenance (Thomas) was very professional and courteous, he fulfilled our work orders quickly and thoroughly. Very pleased with the experience!

Thomas and Israel from Michael's maintenance were both fantastic. They arrived on time, verified our requested maintenance issues and quickly completed the necessary repairs. They were both friendly and courteous and took the time to explain what they were going to do to resolve the issues. The fact that they made sure we were satisfied with the repairs before leaving shows that they value their jobs and that customer satisfaction is a priority.

Before leaving NTC base, my family and I would like to thank Sam for all the amazing work she does for the housing. When I first met Sam she was covering for my leasing agent who we dearly missed and love as well and gained Sam to take care of us the rest of our stay. She’s very patient and answer every questions and concerns we had to help us and to keep our home better for the next tenant. Not only she will greet me when it’s about our home but she will see me in public and ask how are things going!!! And that makes a client feel good to have a service from any company they are dealing with. Any company and anyone deserve to have an amazing employee like Sam, she does go above and beyond to make sure your satisfied and happy with your home concern. Highly recommend her to help Soldiers when they move out of Housing. For her Boss if you’re seeing this Review she needs to be promoted ahead of her peers.

Had an amazing experience with Danielle A & Samantha at the Fort Irwin Exchange.They were promoting the housing survey but I had a question about how to request a reasonable accommodation for our unit. Without hesitation my question was professionally answered with a follow up email to assist in working the request and the forms needed to proceed.Amazing customer service from the Villages team as always.

Israel was very nice and respectful when he did the maintenance for our HVAC inspection. He let us know before he was coming and was very quick and quiet. He made sure we had the number in case we had any complaints and informed us about where we can make comments about our house for improvements on next year’s annual maintenance.

I wish we could give 10 stars! I can’t thank Mike and Jake enough for showing up in this heat, on a Saturday and saving the day. Unfortunately Our fridge was unrepairable however they somehow managed to remove and install a new one for us in LESS than an hour!! Respectful, polite and expedient. What more can you ask for?Another awesome experience today with maintenance! Byron, thank you for showing up on such short notice and getting our sink back running again. The old one completely snapped off and water went everywhere. He replaced the old one with a beautiful new upgraded version.Back to the dishes 🤣.

Francisco G. is GREAT! A kitchen cabinet door has been falling off the hinge since we moved in. It’s been “fixed” 6 times only to immediately break again. Today he did what was needed to fix it permanently. We have also had constant issues with our fridge freezer since we moved in 9 months ago: I have been told by other workers I am not cleaning it well enough, I am overfilling it, and I am leaving the door open. All incorrect, frustrating and upsetting. He finally (and promptly) found the issue and it is now fixed! :-D Francisco is also very polite, respectful and explains what he is doing without patronizing me, or telling me I’m the issue! Thank you Francisco! You’re doing a wonderful job and you’re a credit to your team.

We just had our master bathtub and shower head and faucet replaced and we are so happy about the result! We had a very old tub which was peeling on the surface which was not only ugly but also not functional. Francisco and Rolando did a seamless job of removing and installing in such professional manner. What’s more these gentlemen were very courteous and explained everything in detail. The cleanup job was exceptional and they left the bathroom much better and cleaner than when they first arrived. Thank you for your hard work, merry Christmas!

Our customer service experience, aside from working with the director, has been less than amazing for sure. We have been nit picked and retaliated against since moving houses due to a flood and our old house having several major maintenance issues. When we have tried very hard to remain diplomatic and kind with everyone at housing, even admitting when we have made human errors and apologizing for those errors, the response from housing has been rude, inconsiderate and damaging. We have had to escalate to government oversight on numerous occasions and today our interaction drove me to tears. This relationship, aside from with the director, has been nothing short of abuse and caused my family more stress than good. I would not recommend renting from this company unless you have thick skin and are void of emotion, because I am a highly sensitive person and the way I have been treated has made me contemplate whether or not to ever trust another PPV again. Very sad. We are quiet people who mostly keep to ourselves, and this company has been nothing but a disturbance to our lives and mental health.

Houses are not built well, your typical cheaply made military home, but maintenance workers are extremely friendly and helpful. Every time we have a new work order, (which is very often) the frustration of all the things wrong with these houses quickly goes away when we’re met with the kind demeanor and efficient service our maintenance men bring. Thomas is great!
