I was cheerfully greeted at the door. I asked where the lumber dept was located. She directed me correctly. I looked around and thought I found what I needed. Then a helper spotted me and asked if I needed help. I said please! He helped me figure out what would be best for the project. It needed some cutting of wood. He called two people and one would be available soon. I stood next to the cutter for only 2 minutes. I showed him what I needed done. It was completely finished in less than 10 minutes. š¤ He found me a cart and went to the front of the store with me to make sure I was helped there, too. I did a self checkout and was in my car in less than 30 minutes.

Service here is not the best not worst was there to pick up my online order and feels like they just going through the Motion here or there understaff so there tired idk what it is.

To get help is hard and to top it off they are no longer selling HDX spray paint which I was buying about about 50 cans a week for my jobs itās time to go to Loweās home improvement where we can get better service and the items that we need!

This home depot have terrible service!!! I ask 4 different people to cut the plywood for me or call someone who can and they say yeah but no one showed up! Then ask a other work who on a scooter to call someone and she just kept on riding saying no one knows how smh but talking to a managers I guess they do have works that cuts plywood and he send one to do itās. So that girl was a liar!

Home Depot is the largest hardware store in my area. usually has what I need.can find good deals on various items on the ends of the rows at the center isle of the store.shop/order onlinepick up in store.boom-boom...in & out!

I stopped briefly at the location for some last minute stuff and I'm not local to this area at all. I was helped by team member Michelle and she was super friendly and more than willing to help me out. Store was clean, check out was quick and employees were great. Thank you to your whole team!

I went in on 10/4 at around 6 pm to do a return. And usually the employees there are super friendly. But apparently the cashier ISABELLA did not feel like working today. She gave me such an unwelcoming face and attitude. And acted as if she was returning the amount out of her own pocket. Not cool.

I was disappointed because I felt profiled I went to buy a big mop bucket waited for 5-10min for an assistant to help that I did donāt mind what bugged me when I went to check out the ladies at the register quickly came and opened the item I was purchasing I felt as if I was ransacked they did not even bother to put away correctly left the box open. Not even an open box discount. Not sure how your policy works.but will all my items be searched?

Almost had my phone and purse stolen. I tried to notify the store because the couple is probably going around doing that to other customers. I wanted to give a description location and time. They asked "do you have a police report" my answer was "not yet" he told me to "have the police contact the store when I file a report." click

Today I arrived at home Depot and had a rude host appearing today to turn out I spoke to the assistant manager skip he handled the situation address to the right way and in doing so checking out a gentleman named Renee gave me the greatest experience offered me extra promotion , while without knowing what happened prior to the incident I just want to say a good job for handling the situation Skip and Renee for being such a great customer service experiences thank you guys I will still be coming back multiple times good job.

How is it possible that they don't have someone to help you? I was waiting for over 30 minutes in the blinds section and a lady says come other day because we don't have no one to help you.

First of all Iād like to say I love going to Home Depot, itās one of my favorite stores. But, Iād like to file a complaint. Last week I went to the Fontana location with my nephew. In search for bbq items I had a whole cart full of items I was going to get a couple hundred dollars worth of items, but As I was shopping I was looking for specific products and with your employees help found mostly everything they very helpful in directing me about 4 employees helped as I walked through the store. But in one situation I could not find an item I thought you had them because I saw Loweās carried them so I figured Home Depot might as well they were āmeat hooksā To hang my lamb. During this situation I had one employee trying to figure out if you did carry them but she was unaware. During that time another employee and a man with a black shirt passed by and she asked them if they knew if they had that product he looked at us in a confessing and rude tone and asked me if I knew where I was at? And the other employee he was walking with said he didnāt think Home Depot carried them and gave me advise on where they might have them I said thank you and walked away. As we walked away My 13 year old nephew said why was that guy so rude, I didnāt say anything, but I did feel as that situation was not handled as appropriately. So I walked back and told him that I appreciated his help but I didnāt appreciate him being condescending and unprofessional when I was just trying to get help.He replied āthat how i talk and that itās my problem if thatās how I saw itā. And stepped closer to my face, I was shocked. Very unprofessional. Very aggressive. Very rude.I ended up leaving about two minutes after I left my cart fill in the store and just left. Iāve been to Home Depot for years and have Never ran into someone like this. I hope there will be consequences to that kind of behavior.As I walked away I heard him telling the workers what to do like he was a boss there, he again was in a black shirt I believe named Ray , a Tall white male. Thank you for your time.Thanks hopefully it doesnāt happen to anyone else.

You literally have to do their job for them. They have workers just standing, without helping customers, today Thursday 04/27/2023 I asked 4 employees for help to find some screws, they all gave different excuses for not helping:1-Anthony said his only job was to cut chains2- -Sergio said he didn't have time to help me.3-Diana, said he didn't know4-Elderly woman with a computer, said that it wasn't her job.It's my favorite store but Homedepot in Rialto has much better customer service.Thank you

You literally have to do their job for them. I was buying a plant that didnāt have a bar code. The gift card I was trying to purchase wasnāt working?! I was the one that went back to the plant to get the barcode. And they still had me waiting for them to bring a new gift card. I went and got the card. They have workers just standing in self check out when they can have people checking people out.

They are not ADA friendly. I just had surgery, so I was using a wheelchair. I only needed to pick up a couple containers. The only help I needed was for someone to bring them up front for me and I sat there for 20 minutes waiting. I spoke to 3 people and the response was its not their department. I ended up going to the checkout with the tops and the cashier Christy closed her register and went and grabbed the 5 bottoms I needed and then she checked me out and helped me to my car. Had she not I might have spent the night there waiting for assistance. I will be filling a compliance report.

Waiting for help on electrical they never showed up I ask several workers they call someone never showed up I talk to manager David he almost ignored me he send a guy to help me he knew nothing about electrical and wasn't even able to cut a length of wire I needed wasted 35 minutes of my time š

Now this is interesting. You go to this Home Depot which is one of the best and the cleanest of all, you want to buy some thing & you always end up with buying a lot more stuff. Clean isles and shelves are a great sales positive strategy, not to forget to mention friendly, and helping staff.

To tell you the truth š I do not like visiting any stores. This place is the reason why. My first issue is navigating the store is hard. Then supplies are limited. I was not able to find half of what I was looking for. The line at check out is long. The staff are not that friendly. I would rather go online and have it delivered or ordered and picked up at the store.

Went into Home Depot on 12/18/22 and arrived at 6:55pm as they close at 8pm on Sundays. I stepped out of my car to be yelled at, "We close in 5 minutes!" WTH? I still went in as I knew the location (based on their website) of the 1 item I came in for. Hurried to the back wall to never find "Bay 4". Found a Bay 9 but that was the only sign up there. I gave up and grabbed something similar instead, power walked to the register. A woman and man were in back of me with a cart that contained a large flowered pot with planted flowers and an additional item. I heard the woman tell an associate, they were told to pay up at the front as the register to the garden area was closed. There was a long line at this time. She had also asked what time they open tomorrow and the associate stated 6am. They said they weren't going to take the pot at this time and something to the effect of, the other item was a return. The associate said okay, I will put the pot back. They then proceeded to walk out of the store, also mentioning this other item as a return prior to walking out. They now referred to this item as a "return" to 2 different associates. 1 cashier threw her hands up and said what do we do? The other associate said we can't do anything, we can't go after them. I'm no genius, but I haven't seen anyone announce anything when they are "stealing" an item. The cashier then picked up the phone and tried to call someone. By this time I'm checking out. I approached the cashier and explained what I had heard while the couple was behind me speaking to another associate. The cashier said, they told me she only paid for the plant. I pointed to the cart still in the aisle and said that plant? Who pays for a large potted plant, and their plants aren't cheap, and walks out with something different? Lol. I said the plant is right there. So she paid for an item and left it here? The cashier then got upset and said, "I don't know, I just work here." I replied well that's the problem then. Before you start accusing people of stealing and start calling people, make sure you have the right information. Train your associates better. I don't know what she was upset about, she was getting out an hour early. That's right, they closed early just for today. What a mess. A customer is trying to help you out and instead of saying thank you, I'll look into it, you reply with a "Idk, I just work here?" What is happening to work ethics and good customer service?

Every time I go is a horrible experience. Nobody is available to help, but dozens of workers are standing around talking amongst themselves. When help does finally come they are not knowledgeable. The inventory is always spotty. Frequently out of stock or misplaced items.
