So I'm only giving it one star not because of petsmart but because of the company. The adoption company that petsmart is working with called the garagery. So for people wanting to adopt a cat from this place? I don't recommend it. I highly don't recommend it actually. And here's why my my fiance and I adopted a calico kitten from Them in she wouldn't get out from under the bed. she will not eat or drink, couple weeks pass or days pass and we Find out that she's sick. So we take our back to them And we told them that she's stick because she has a stuffy nose. That wouldn't go away. She was not stop sneezing all day in all night. So we brought her back and we told them that she's sick. And they said that they will give her antibiotics take care of her, and they said that we can trade her for a new kitten, so we did. we trade her out for a 9 month old orange Tabby. , he was so handsome. He was playful. He was really outgoing. He was everything he was so cute. He was eating. He was drinking everything he was fine. But then a month passed and then all of a sudden out of nowhere. He stops eating and drinking and his Fur is shedding like crazy. We're not sure why we thought it was happening because he was stressed out because of our other cat. SoOn March 12th 2024. We went to the vet we told the vet what was wrong and we left him there so they can do test, And we left him there until they gave us a call to see what he's test results came out. turns out he was sick he had fluid in his longs. And other problems, so they said that it will have to be Surgery for him, but that costs over $7 thousand dollars for that to happened, which we could not afford at the time so the option for him to stop suffering ,stop being in pain and to stop starving himself is to put him down. A huge heads up to everyone. I do not recommend adopting from this place at all cause there is a chance that you will get a sick cat and once you get a attached to that cat. It's gonna be really bad news. So I recommend adopting from a shelter, not from this company. That petsmart is working with.

I took all 3 of my (pretty big) dogs to PetSmart grooming in Fontana today and the girls that took care of them did the best job I’ve ever seen. My largest dog is a VERY fluffy Pyrenees mix and Ash made him look so sleek and clean!! Im seriously so impressed. Katy got my golden mix and German shepherd looking fluffed out and so soft! Thank you guys so much for caring for my pups!

I called the store looking for a crate for my dog after I browsed on their website. I was trying to confirm what would be in store, however I felt like an inconvenience on the phone cause I was told to just “go online to look” (even tho online it doesn’t tell me the aisle/location etc). Then we were looking around for carts and the associates watched us looking while talking to each other. We asked them where they had their carts and they shrugged and said I don’t know. We had to go outside and find one from the parking lot. While checking out the associate just gave the receipt to us without looking even though I was already struggling to balance the extra large crate. Overall, me and my mother felt unwelcome, ignored, and that we were a huge inconvenience.

I met the best groomer. Mariah! She is such a sweet beautiful girl. My Rufus loves her and she makes him look so handsome. I love taking my boys there! Especially if my groomer is Mariah….lots of great shops walking distance and close to freeway! Also they have cute cats that need a home! Spay and Neuter your animals and adopt a pet that needs a home!

We've been taking our miniature schnauzer to the groomer for a year now. Noel is great at giving Diesel the perfect schnauzer cut. He's always friendly and confirms exactly what we want.

I find everything I need at Petsmart for all our pets including reptiles, cats, dogs and rodents. The selection of cat litter is enormous. The pet door selection at this location is the best I've seen. They offer curbside pick up and same day delivery using door dash but not sure how that actually works. My curbside pick up was ready to pick up quickly.

I went in today December 17th 2023 Apparently an employee walked into the store before me and left the door open I walked in and was confronted by the manager (female) And was rudely asked if she could help me I replied no I'm OK She continued to be rude With the attitude of a wicked witch of petsmart and said The stores closed I replied well why is the door openshe continued to make me feel like as if I was in the wrong and shouldnt be in there if i had a tail it would be between my legs she gave me a bully vibe like a power abuser said well I had an employee walk through the door and were closed ....instead of Saying I apologize I had a employee just walk in and must of forgot to shut the door we open in a hour if you can come back ........ ect.... people today are disappointing Nope I won't be coming back

I've been bringing my girls here for years for all their grooming. One of my pups is very nervous. Grooming staff have always been so good and patient with bad girl Sophia. She's older now and tolerates them. Before COVID I would run in to bring them for a quick nail grinding. Now online appointments are quick and easy. Pre-check ins and payment before I pick them up. So efficient.Found the cutest collars for them recently.

I accidentally went to PetSmart instead of Petco to pick up an order for a family member... the worker realized the order number wasn't showing up, I looked up the forwarded email again and was in the wrong store, but the worker was very understanding.

Have been a regular customer of this specific petsmart location for years for all my fishy needs. I currently have a pond and 3 large planted tanks. Went in today looking for a new addition to a tank that currently only houses one fish, so I wanted to add another of the same type. The new aquatics employee was very condescending and had mad attitude.Being protective of the animals you sell is always a good trait to have as an employee of a pet store, and I can tell this location is trying to be better about its fish. However despite my multiple tries to tell her that the tank it’s going into is more than big enough, and that I’ve got it handled, she continued at what seemed like a shoddy attempt to upsell me and berate me. Please tone it down!!!

Pretty convenient location. Went on a Saturday and there are a lot of people and they only had one register open. Right when I got to the register a second opened up which was lucky cuz I needed sometime for my purchase. The one wasn't long roofing like that don't get me wrong the register person was extremely courteous and took his time to make sure everything was done right and yet was still able to move through the line quickly. I usually order online but if I have to go into the store and need something right away then I would go here for sure.

I recently moved to the Fontana area and I took my Rocky to the groomers for the first time and was in shock!! So from previous experience Rocky hates the groomers. I took him to the PetSmart in Victorville as a puppy and then PetCo since it was closer - but every time I would drop him off he REFUSED to go to the back. We’d have to almost drag him.This PetSmart in Fontana the groomers have such a way with animals - Rocky walked right back with her with no issues! Big difference.I enrolled Rocky into the puppy classes with Yvania and we loved her! She’s very patient and knowledgeable - my Rocky was learning things I never thought we’d learn to do. I totally recommend taking the training classes with Yvania. 😇

Terrible service. I came in to buy a leopard gecko and there was so much confusion about the price. Once I spoke to the manager she began to give me the wrong care information about the gecko. The manager refused to sell the gecko to me until I could prove I had what they excepted to be the "correct equipment". I went to another nearby petsmart and bought a leopard gecko with zero issues.

The was a sale of BOGO 50% off but they only had one on the shelf. I inquired about it to an associate who stated that if there was only one on the shelf there was PROBABLY no more in the back. They were happy for me to pay for their overpriced item but did nothing to help me get my savings

This PETSMART is convenient in that if you are traveling along I-15,it is very close to the highway.This store carries the typical pet supplies and accessories that all of the PETSMARTS conviently carry. I like PETSMART because they seem to have their Tropical Fish area set up well. They carry a good selection of Tropical Fish and Aquarium Plants.

Went and had two dogs groomed, one is a boxer shepherd mix (the easy one) and the other a "Wooly" Malamute (the hard one). Genna took care of the both,and did a great job as usual.

I spent $130 at the North Fontana store. I had a coupon for $10 off $50 I attempted to use. The checker Shanae said it had already been used. It hadn't. She said call number on back of receipt. There is no number on back of receipt. Googled customer service number. Customer Service checked my treats account, verified I had not used that coupon. Said they'd email me $10 gift card. Never got it, called back. They sent it to someone else's email unrelated to my account. Now customer service got had to get a supervisor involved. They never explained why they sent the gift card to another email account. Supervisor sent me $15 gift card which I received. He said this should've been taken care of in store! Called store back, got Kyra, told her, she said she should've been called over, she could've checked if coupon had been used. She said she'd talk to Shanae. So thanks alot for being a lazy employee Shanae. You caused me alot of time and trouble. I have a bad feeling about Petsmart now because of you.
