I LOVE this place, especially the employees and owners. If you're like me and don't wash your dogs as often as you should, their fur can get oily. You need actual shampoo and not a spray that supposedly has soap in it. This place provides all that you need to really get your dog clean. And they provide conditioner and a shiny coat cream that really works. The owners are so helpful, even come over to give me a hand when I occasionally bring my two dogs at the same time. Plus, I love supporting a local business!

I was looking for something for my 2 puppies for their 1st birthday. I had come across 2 places in Folsom. The first one I simply couldn't find. Sbarkles was easy to find, the young ladies working there were very helpful. My puppies loved their special treats for their first birthday.

I’ve never taken my dog to a public bath before, but people assured me that it would be sanitary however, 48 hours after bringing him to the bath here he has a horrible bacterial infection on his paw that I’ve never seen any of my animals have before he hasn’t left the house since I gave him a bath there either so I am Out of options when looking for reasons as to why it may not be from sbarkles… but it’s pretty obvious I’m assuming he had a cut on his paw before I brought him but the carpet and brushes and floor were caked in filth and grime. Tub was alright looking

Took my Cora girl for first time there to bathe her. Great setup for bathing your doggie. They are very friendly and helpful! Great variety of pet food and products. Will definitely go back!!

Great local place, staff is super friendly, and prices are solid on their pet food. The dry food we buy for our dog is even cheaper here than at Petco, and they have a lot better variety than them as well.

Unfortunate disaster where a groomer bailed on us across the street at Petco. Sbarkles to the rescue! Attentive staff, color enhancing shampoo by fur color, purpose built wash stalls, and all for $17 (packages are cheaper than that). Might just cut our groomer loose and try this place for awhile

I love this place. The staff is friendly. It's easier to come here and give my pup a bath. The self wash station has all the brushes. They have different kinds of shampoos and they give a conditioner and whitener as needed. The pet food collection is good too.

Employees are helpful and friendly, my dog was not happy to get a bath but it was worth paying to do it there. The bending over, wet dog smell and hair everywhere all over your house is not fun, so totally worth it👍

Really small and crowded. Quite pricey for a self wash that small. My favorite thing about this shop was the fact they provided a couple towels for drying. Doesn't look like Dahlia approved. 😔

The self-service dog bath was a really bad experience, both for myself and my dog. The water was barely lukewarm at the start and kept getting colder. Another patron mentioned her dog was shivering from the cold water so I asked the staff if they could please adjust the water temperature. The clerk explained to us that they "sometimes run out of warm water due to too many dogs getting a bath in a short period of time" and said their water is shared with the adjoining shops and they can't control how much warm water other stores use. When I asked why they didn't disclose these facts prior to paying, she just repeated the same lines. I also advised them that their water hose had a hole in the side that shot water sideways and I kept getting sprayed while washing my dog. While the apron did protect me somewhat, the bottom of my pants, my socks, and my shoes were thoroughly soaked.The store clerk looked at my wet attire and simply said, "Oh, sorry." The other staff member looked but said nothing. No refund or discount was offered for the faulty equipment and unpleasant cold water bath. The owner should invest in a separate water heater as a back up. We left the store cold, wet, and unhappy. I do not plan to ever come back here.

I only go for dog wash.. surprisingly they only give shampoo in it's actual bottles and no conditioner, so always take mine.Dryer is very loud and my dog gets scared, so I have to take mine as well.Staff is very nice and they have good promotions for just dog washes, if u r a regular customer.

I like this dog wash. It's most helpful if your dog is calm. Lol. If not place the mat at bottom of tub to prevent slips. Trust me I know. 3-4 locking areas for collar. Warm water. And a small section of soaps to use. I think it's on a timer because they mentioned if I brought my own. They provide cool air hoses to dry and towels. They clean up hairy mess. Very nice. Check it out.

I have been taking my dogs here since 2008.The owners are extreamly knowledgeable about the products needed for a healthy, happy dog.All their staff are trained well too and everybody is super nice.I buy large bags of "Taste of the Wild" there for less than the big box stores!The tubs are set up sweet too for even the biggest dogs. My current dog is 115 lbs.For only 15 bucks they provide 3 different types of shampoo, waterproof aprons, warm water spray hose, towels and a turbo blow dryer🤗🐾If they only had a bar in there I'd be hanging out all the time but do enjoy evey visit and so does my furry boy Sam. Free treats anyone?

Convenient way to give your dog a bath! Everything is right there, no bending over a bathtub or a pup on the ground with a hose LOL. When a tub is available you can wash rinse and dry your dog in less than 15 minutes. Great inexpensive touch up for your pups between grooming appointments

If you are looking for a place to bathe your dog, go here. The staff were friendly and it worked well for us. They provide water, shampoo, brushes, towels and ties to help hold the pooch in place. The tub is elevated and so much easier on your back when washing.

This place has been great, been purchasing awesome dog food and other toys, snacks, etc. since day 1. The owners and staff are great and it’s a good spot for an indoor dog wash too. We even moved out of Folsom to a nearby town and still travel there to support Sbarkles.

We absolutely love this place because they give you brushes comes and scissors at the watch stations because I can never seem to remember mine. I wish the dryers were little warmer but other than that this place is perfect.

Decent prices, typical small shop prices anyway. But the staff is super friendly and the owner is as well. Great little small business. My only complaint is that I can't get parking. With all of the shops nearby and the small lot, you have to drive around for a spot or park far away. If it's busy, I don't even bother with that horrendous and frustrating parking lot. I'll go elsewhere or order on amazon. I want to support small businesses but I don't want to walk a half a mile back to my car with 30lbs of dog food in my arms to do it. Especially after spending 15 minutes to find parking in the first place. Sorry guys. They really need to move to a better location with more accessible parking...or get carts to carry food at the very least...

Convenient and affordable! I recently began grooming my standard poodle myself, and this makes it so much easier! They had brushes, combs, towels, and even a pair of scissors I was able to use! Helpful staff, as well. A+
