I ordered a custom-designed cake for my kids' birthday party from pretty sweet, and it was a complete letdown. The design didn't match what I requested, with their names barely visible, characters photos are small and the ages written in tiny, white letters. Moreover, the cake was dry and lacked the flavor I expected. Not only was the cake dry and crumbly, but it started falling apart as soon as we began cutting it. The experience left me questioning whether this cake was worth the nearly $400 price. The quality simply didn't match the cost. I wouldn't recommend this cake to anyone looking for a memorable and delicious centerpiece for their celebration. I definitely won't be recommending this bakery to anyone. The experience was a disappointment from start to finish. They ruined my kids’ birthday party! I did contact them, their response was awful! I have attached photos for the cake. It is the worst cake i have ever had for my kids’ birthday party:(

When I tell you this bakery is the best bakery I have been to it is not an understatement. I ordered desserts and a cake for my husbands birthday and they were simply astonishing. The cheesecakes were perfect and the cake was beautiful. The cake director is unbelievably talented and the staff is very caring and welcoming. I recommend this bakery to everyone and anyone.

Buyer beware. Mutual friend was promised a monster's Inc birthday cake that she paid $70 for. Date and everything confirmed ahead of time. As soon as money was taken, company decided to ghost her completely. No cake. No refund given. Not a single response.Do not give your money to these scammers.

The cake was very pretty but wow for that price…. This is the driest, bland cake I’ve ever had. Walmart has done better. This is crazy to me. For the price it tastes like it was a display cake for a month. Fell apart as I cut into it, and just so I can’t explain the taste it was gross to be very honest. Tried to call and see what could be done but no answer twice. Really hope this post helps people save money. Go elsewhere

Went into the store for the first time today after seeing some of the photos on their IG account. My wife thought some of the items didn't look fresh but we still decided to buy some of their desserts. We bought two creme brûlée and two small personalized cheesecakes. We waited to eat then until after dinner and they were truly not good at all. The creme brûlée had a funky after taste and the cheesecake was just ok. The cost for those 4 small desserts was $32 and it truly was not worth it. It is safe to say we will not be back.

I was excited to pick up a cake here for my boyfriend’s birthday and support the cute shop, but the cake was disappointing. The beautiful presentation did not match the dry texture and bland taste. Perhaps I just chose the wrong cake, Confetti + Chocolate, because other people seem to have positive experiences but in retrospect, I could’ve picked up a better cake for half the price at the nearby grocery store.

In a nutshell; good boba/coffee shop with good snacks to snack onWell if you're enjoying a nice Stroll at the Palladio plaza/parkway and have a knacking for some boba tea/coffee, well this is a nice place to stop by and consider. They've also got a nice selection for pastries or cookies to choose and snack on. Not quite sure if the Sanrio themed boba drinks are just limited but, the order I got was good not too sweet and isn't too dragging to drink after a few sips. It had a really nice look to it as well once it was ready. Overall neat boba place. The cup says "the best bubble tea in town", i wouldn't say that it is but it is good boba.

Amazing experience with this bakery!! They were able to take a last minute custom cookie order for me and knocked it out of the park! The woman of honor loved the cookies and they were a hit at the party! Tasted so yummy and looked so pretty! I was honestly blown away. I will go back again and again!! Cheesecake was really good. Kinda expensive ($18 for a small cheesecake, chocolate cube, and a cupcake). The girl at the counter was a complete space cadet though, had to repeat my simple order multiple times (only 3 items lol..) and the poor guy working with her had to pick up the slack as he helped other customers too..

They are a lifesaver! First off, I live in Oregon and didn’t travel for a birthday this year so I called to have a cake delivered- did not disappoint! The cake was beautiful, delivered on time, and I was told it tasted amazing! Super easy to call over the phone, they wrote on it and delivered it next day(on a Sunday!) Without charging a huge fee. I will definitely go there next time I visit my family, and will definitely be giving sending more cakes as gifts!

A lovely night out with my husband admiring Christmas trees all around. We glance to see this crowded little store. So we got closer and there sat groups of people enjoying hot chocolate and pastries. We just had have our late night pastry. As we walked in we were welcome with friendly smiles and excellent service. I had a Hot Dark Chocolate top with whip cream and a unicorn vanilla cupcake made to perfection just made with enough sugar. My husband had Milk hot Chocolate with coconut milk and cheese cake Oreo. I would highly recommend this place to all.

Super friendly service! Flavors were delicious and not overly sweet, seemed nice and fresh. (We had a vanilla and passionfruit cake, a tiramisu, chocolate cake, coconut mango cupcake and mango sponge cake). A little over priced (45$ for a 6 inch cake) but tasty!

The best fondant cake ever. I ordered a 3-tier birthday cake for my daughter’s first birthday and it turned out to be the best thing I did in the party. The mango mousse with vanilla flavor was so delicious that every guest asked about the cake shop. The texture and the taste was just awesome. The decorations on the cake was just perfect and exactly same as shown to me when I ordered the cake. The pricing is just perfect for such a yummy cake. Please do try it for your next occasion.

So...my husband surprised me with the MOST AMAZING cookies for my birthday with my sweet dog's pictures. They were decorated so perfectly but I have to admit, I expected the cookies to taste quite underwhelming. Usually these kinds of cookies are all about the decor. But I was amazed by how ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS the actual cookie was. I would go back just for a plain 'old cookie... they were THAT GOOD. WE WILL BE BACK!

Came here just as a pop in. I got a blueberry scone and bubble tea my son got the banana bread, ham and cheese croissant, and bubble tea. The ham and cheese croissant was the best part, it was all good but the croissant I could live on.

Do better with customer service.Update: 6/1/23Originally I sent in a cake inquiry on May 8th, I haven’t heard from them in a few days, so I called the store, which why I was told I would get a response back. Fast forward to today June 1st I FINALLY got a response back almost 1 month later. Mind you I bought from them 2 separate years prior. So this isn’t the first time I’ve dealt with them. I had high hopes and unfortunately I had to go to a different bakery that got back to me in a timely manner.

We ordered a wedding cake. We had gone over the details prior. It was not the cake we talked about. It also tasted disgusting. I'm glad some people have had good experiences, but we didn't. When we went in for a tasting, everything was delicious, but when we got it the day of our wedding, it was awful. I was so upset and stressed. It looked ugly and tasted so yucky that no one ate it. I didn't even eat it.. I'm STILL upset about this, and it's been over a year. DO BETTER.

Boba too icy and not sweet at all. Most Boba were made wrong and I saw many other customers come back and complain about there Boba being made wrong.
