My Golden Retriever, Hazel, looked wonderful after her visit to Pampered Pet Salon. Her fur is silky smooth and smells great! They even managed to trim her nails, which are tough to do.Even better she seemed happy after her visit, and not upset at all. Thanks to her kind and gentle groomer, Candice, who did a great job. In fact, all of the staff were great.I’ll definitely be back the next time Hazel needs grooming, and highly recommend Pampered Pet Salon for your fur babies too.Update 4/29/2024:I just took Hazel back today for grooming, nail grinding and a bath. Once again with excellent results! My fur baby looks and smells great, and the staff were kind and gentle like before. Unfortunately I don’t remember the name of the groomer this time (sorry!), but she was great. This is definitely my “go to place” for Hazel’s grooming needs.

We were excited to stop in and check out this pet salon for our 13-year-old dog. Unfortunately, we were a bit disappointed. The shop itself is very nice and sells lovely things for your dog including very posh bedding and organic dog treats. The less motivating part was the person at the desk.We asked how much it would be to get our dog bathed and shaved. She never smiled at us. She never showed any interest in our dog. She never showed any interest in us. In a flat tone, she told us it started at $100 and went back to looking out the window. My husband asked what would make it more and she said the temperament of the dog, whether we wanted a special kind of shampoo, or a breed cut. The information was non-specific, even though we had our dog with us. My expectation is that we would get a specific quote for our dog, which was standing right in front of her. I also would expect that someone in this business would like dogs and people and might be interested in our dog or have some questions about his special needs. I’m not sure what the actual services are like here because it gets great ratings, but we won’t be back. First impressions are important.

Exceeding expectations in customer service and expertise!!! We have tried several salons over the years to find someone to properly groom our Soft coated Wheaten. We found Stephanie - hands down the BEST! The level of customer service from Brad with his warm and friendly demeanor to Stephany’s skill and desire to understand your every need. We found the perfect place that meets our expectations and best of all, our love is not nervous to visit! Thank you Pampered Pet Salon!

My puppy snickers loved it! They did a great job!This is a fabricated review from someone who I am assuming works at this salon. I gave a bad review and they somehow changed it! Spent $90 dollars here and all they did was wash my dog and tell me his hair was short enough already so they didn't cut it and didn't even trim his nails! Don't go here, its a rip off and I am upset that they even changed my review! SMH

Stephanie is AMAZING! My little guy is a little cranky sometimes especially when his legs are groomed a certain way and she is the only groomer I have found that he has not tried to bite! She takes her time with him and everytime after he is never shaking he just falls asleep in my arms! It is a true spa experience everytime and I am so incredibly greatful for her! And so is he! She accommodated to our needs with every groom! Looking forward to all of our future visits(:!

Our first time taking our senior dog to this location. I was very impressed with the customer service we received and we were greeted with a smile. The groomer Alex did great with our girl. I voiced some of my concerns (my doggie doesn't like her paws touched). Alex was gentle with her and made us feel at ease. Our girl looks amazing.

Alex does a great job on my Standard Poodle! Her cuts are precise & she is knowledgeable about the proper technique for a poodle cut. The front desk staff guys are very professional & polite too. The shop is clean and smells nice. Cute little boutique with nice pet supplies too! Highly recommend!

Awesome experience here today!Front staff is super friendly and Stephanie our groomer did a great job on my Doberman. When I picked him up I could tell that he had fun and wasn’t uncomfortable at all during his visit. I would highly recommend this place!

First Brad at the front desk does an awesome job. He smiles and is happy every time I talk on the phone for and in person. Always gets Tess in on a cancellation list. Ashley is our groomer. Tess looks so pretty every time we see her. Stef is great too. Please call Pampered Pooch for your pet. It is a boutique too. Lots of fun clothes and treats. Drop by and see all the great apparel and say hi to Brad if you’re a newbie furry parent. Wish I could give it a ten, a 10!!!!!! Amelia groomed Tess today and she did an amazing job. My new FAVORITE!!! This week was my first appointment for my mini Australian double doodle. The counter staff was exceptionally friendly and service-oriented (even called my vet when I forgot to show up w proof of current rabies vaccine!). The groomer, Candace, came out and introduced herself to me and was very attentive to my requests. She said it would be about 2 hours, that they'd give me a call 20-minutes before he would be ready for pick up and both of those things happened!My pup got exactly what I wanted for a very competitive price!I love that they only groom one dog at a time--it's so serene and not chaotic like many places I've seen/been to.

Pampered Pet Salon and Boutique is the best!! I have been taking my two dogs a Maltese and Maltese poodle for a long time. Stephanie is fantastic, but the whole staff in general is great! We took our Mainecoon & Siberian cats in for grooming mainly cuz they had a few knots we couldn’t comb out. We got the lion cuts for the 1st time. They did a great job I would highly recommend this place! They smell so clean & feel so soft, perfect for the upcoming warmer weather. Book your kitty’s appointment 😺

I took my long haired cat to Pampered Pet. This was her first experience with grooming. The staff was great and the woman who groomed her kept me informed of how she was doing during the appointment. My cat looks great. I will take her back. They really cared and understood that she was my baby.

I have been bringing my dog here for years. I am usually very happy with their work. However, yesterday when I got home from picking up my dog, I noticed her left eye watering like crazy and she (my dog) can’t open her eye all the way. It looks to me like her eye was scratched during her grooming. It would have been nice for the groomer to let me know what happened. When I called the salon today, to talk with the groomer about what may have happened to my dogs eye, the receptionist could not have cared any less. I explained the situation and asked that my dogs groomer call me back.I hope the groomer calls me back tmrw so we can discuss what happened to my dogs eye.

My dog just had shampoo and blow dry. I would have given them a five star but only because they forgot to trim his nails. Not a big deal but I'm letting you know for the next time ,i bring in him in.The staff were pleasant and professional. 5 Star to them. I will be back. PS thank you for letting me know about his ears and talking extra care to clean them. I know some consumers have bad days ,no need for us to try and hurt this business. You never know what the other person is going threw. Be kind we dont live in a perfect world RICO N JV

Our very first time taking one of our Australian Labradoodles to Pampered Pet Salon and was extremely impressed with Ashley. She did a great job and will be grooming our 2nd dog soon. I would highly recommend Pampered Pet Salon as they are very professional, provide excellent customer service and have very competitive prices. Will continue to schedule appointments with Ashley too!Brought our 2nd dog in for grooming with Ashley and, again, she did an amazing job. Loved Ashley’s demeanor with our dog who tends to have some anxiety. He sensed her calmness and followed Ashley without turning back. We’ve tried a couple of other groomers since moving to this area and so glad we finally found an excellent groomer. Also, upon arrival, Brad is also very personable and welcoming!
