I would highly recommend stopping by here on your way in or out of Yosemite to experience great deli sandwiches and phenomenal people. The two women working when we stopped by were so kind! They were so friendly and helpful, really taking the time to make sure we were happy with our purchases and tell us a bit about themselves.

This place was a life saver when we visited the Tenaya Lodge. The prices are fair, and the staff was welcoming! The sandwiches were great for lunch coming in and out of the park.

Absolutely stupendous customer service. I had two 5 week old orphan puppies and the gentleman running the register went out of his way to go upstairs to find an appropriate food for them. My wife, the puppies, and I are incredibly thankful for everyone here. If you have something you need to grab up to Yosemite STOP HERE 👍👍👍👍

Stopped at Fish Camp hoping to find a sit down lunch but the few local restaurants don't open til 5. The General Store was the only game in town so we figured we'd take our chances. Had terrific sub sandwiches out on the picnic table. Everything was high quality and they are well stock with drinks and snacks as you head into the park. Super friendly people and we highly recommend. (FYI- no restrooms)

The store was small but cute and had a good variety of things. Especially if your going into the park or leaving.The BBQ was GREAT!!!!! Evan's food was worth the drive all the way from michigan just for it. Huge portions great prices and very friendly. The view is beautiful as well.

If you like hometown hospitality, this is the place.for you! From sandwiches made to order to canned goods they have it. Friendly, courteous staff and a manager who fosters help and smiles, this is the place. Next time you go in say hi to Deneen. She is the heart of the store.

Honestly, the brisket here was much better than some BBQ places I've been to. $13.99 for the sandwich(which had a sizeable amount of brisket) plus a spicy slaw was extremely delicious and worthwhile.Shout out to the brisket master who was extremely kind (and excited for us to eat his creation haha) & the girl who's first day it was, you did great!

The brisket sandwich and the fingerling potatos were so good! Brisket was nice and chewy with no fat, generous portions on a sweet Hawaiian bun. Potatos were nice and salty. The workers were nice and the store had lots of cheap kitschy souvenirs that were so cute!

The employees were awesome! We first came just asking if they had a drinking fountain we could fill our water bottles up at and they just gave us two full water bottles. Later we went there to buy a small snack but didn't reach the limit for card purchases but upon finding out we didn't have enough to even reach the limit they let us buy it anyway. They also suggested some good local camping sites after learning our campsite and how it wasn't the best. Really kind and great experience!

For a roadside joint in a relatively low density tourist area the sandwiches were a welcome reprieve.I mean sure this isn't a Banh Mi, and neither is the price, but if you just drove out of Yosemite not knowing where else to get some grub, I recommend their sandwiches to hold you over for the rest of the drive.Oh and they have beer for relaxing at your next hotel stop.

Don’t bother with the $10 sandwich-ingredients weren’t fresh and the bun was cold (almost wet). Hot dogs were okay. A small snack size Nutella and breadsticks that would cost $.99 anywhere else was $2.99 here. And while you are required to wear a mask to enter, not one of the three employees inside had a mask on. Overall very disappointing experience.

We bought snow chains here. I was pleasantly surprised to find that my own local store charges the same price for chains as they did. Being so close to Yosemite, you would think they'd over change, but they seemed honest. Very friendly staff and they even let us inside a little bit before opening because we were waiting outside in the cold.

Great place to stop and pick-up supplies and delicious overstuffed deli-sandwiches before you head into the park. They sometimes have the BBQ fired up as well with tri-tip, ribs and pulled pork.You can also buy snow chains here and knick-knacks/souvenirs.

The bbq brisket is AMAZING!!! really good amount of meat. Seriously caught me off guard. 1 out of 5, my husband and I give it a 4. The only reason why this place didn't get the 5 stars was to the lack of caution for covid-19.

These folks are awesome, reasonable prices. Highly recommend you get your beer and wine from these folks decent selection and extremely fair prices. If that is not enough you should stop by to talk to the extremely friendly staff. Best general store outside the park and they are just outside the gate.

The best grocery store experience I’ve ever had. Really nice lady helped me to buy very delicious hotdogs and other camping stuff I needed. I highly recommend this store! I was treated like a friend or family, the best experience all around 😊

Closest coffee outside the park by Mariposa. Super friendly owners with warm hearts. Their apparel is (sadly) better than Yosemite visitor’s store apparel!!!! Better water bottles, hats, memorabilia.

I love shopping at small town businesses, so our family decided to make a special trip while staying at the Tenaya Lodge. We did not necessarily need anything, but just wanted to shop and grab some souvenirs. Unfortunately, as soon as we walked in we were greeted by an extremely grumpy old man. I then told my two young girls that we are just going to leave. The grumpy old man ran us out of the store using profanity and rushed us very aggressively, and went to his truck to grab something. Unaware of what he was going after, we made sure we got away quickly. I would not recommend giving this company any business, especially if this vehicle is there.

Worst customer service I have seen in 34 years of living on this earth. Lady at the front desk is very snippy and had a terrible attitude. We spent over $75 here and we asked her to find the sunscreen in the back. Instead of helping us find it, she told us to get out of the store. Do yourself a favor and avoid the place like the plague.

Go see "mom"! Great place!!stopped in here after a gut feeling. Prices are actually not that bad -for being such a small store (definitely much better than the lodge up the road) But most importantly the girl in there (I can only remember she went by mom)... While visiting Yosemite NP last September, I rented a cabin at White Chief Mountain Lodge in the town of Fish Camp. The Fish Camp General Store was close to most of the motels & lodges in the area and is a great place to get snacks & sandwiches. The owner was nice enough to give me great directions to Nelder Grove in the Sierra Nat'l Forest a few miles south of Fish Camp (& then east on Forest roads). This was one of the highlights of my trip & appreciated his assistance.

Very close to Yosemite! The staff are super friendly! The place feels very warm and they have tons of different supplies needed for a couple day trip into Yosemite Park.
