Customer services in the Deli is awful. Every time I go something is going on. Today the girl at the Deli who wasn’t wearing a name tag (probably because of her awful service) said the machine to slice ham was broken but only for tonight. That seemed odd so I went to the register where Marina was standing. She was absolutely great. I told her what the deli girl said and she went to check what was wrong. She came up to me and said she will help you out now. The girl asked what I wanted I told her and it took her like 3 mins to find the ham. She sliced the ham and put it on the counter with out saying a single word turn around and walked away. Didn’t even check if that was all I needed. She turned out to be “new” but she already is showing LAZY habits. I guess she was upset because she didn’t want to clean the machine. In my opinion this was poor customer service.But I do appreciate everything that Marina did for me tonight.

I rarely go there..EXPENSIVE..... the deli got better sandwiches then Subway in the same center pricey though

In my opinion this Vons has the best quality produce. This store is located in Fillmore which is surrounded by citrus and avocado fields so maybe that the reason for the freshness. Nonetheless its a good store, clean and the staff is friendly. The parking especially after dark does get its fair share of sketchy individual so I'd recommend shopping when its light out for added safety.

I've always Loved Vons and always will I suppose, unless they give me reason not to??!!!! I love the Deli and the cooks and Bakers they have, THEYRE THE BEST!!!! ALWAYS LOVED their MEAT dept too!! I like the personalized "just for you" deals they give us too!! That's about it, I guess?? NEED I SAY MORE??!!!! This is a pretty good Vons! Prices are often a little higher than something in a bigger destination, but they have most any groceries or those kinds of products that I need, and right in town so it's usually worth the convenience. Shop the sales and you get great prices. Staff has always been friendly, and it can be crowded on the weekends but when I go there's usually not a long wait to checkout. I like to get flowers here too, and use the bank inside when needed. Pretty fair prices for the convenience, and a good selection of products.

I was processing a Doo Dash order. There was a couple items on the order that were not available. However I was able to get done quick with the help of Ethan who rung up the order at the podium by the self checkout. Got me done and out fast so I can complete my delivery. Thanks for that Ethan! 😄

Vons too damn expensive. I think it's unfortunate how they take advantage of a small town with limited resources.Edited 2/16/24: it's still expensive for no reason. Grocery Outlet for the win. I go to Vons for what GO doesn't have.

I wanted to leave this review specifically for April in the Deli. I asked for half a pound of the turkey "salad" and cranberry orange "salad". I let her know I was going to be right back. I left the counter to quickly get a few things from the sandwich cooler and when I returned before she handed me the turkey she kindly made it a point to notify me of the pecans in the salad in case I or whoever the salad was for had any kind of nut allergy. I believe it said "Turkey Pecan Salad" but you never know especially when it seems like someone's in a hurry. I hope she doesn't mind me mentioning her by name. I just really appreciate how considerate it was for her to take the time to do that, not everyone does.

Had what we needed and overall generally clean. Currently has some floor repairs being done, but didn't affect our shopping experience. Employees were helpful.

👏👏👏 First off congratulations to all union workers on a successful bargain without going on strike. I remember that mess in the early 2000s.Everybody here is always very nice I like the customer service There could be more cashiers and baggers in the evening though. It would be best for shopping markets to simply add one more all day long. They are already losing the battle to online shopping such as Amazon. Don't lose the war! No one ever offers to take you out to your car anymore. They used to have secret shoppers come in and grade service and it was mandatory to ask everyone if they would like help out with their groceries no matter what. I hope they will change for the better, not continue with greed over service.

There are only a few markets in Fillmore. This store has pretty much everything you are looking for and not one rude checker ever. Some are a bit more chatty than others but I love to chit chat with the checkers about local stuff. Gotta love a small town.

Cool store , came here for the weekend to visit some friends. Small town fell store the set up here was easy. Had everything we needed. They need Julian pies here I’m from San Diego we’re there from. Was hoping they had them here so we can bring the pies to our friends we were visiting

They always seem to have the super expensive dishwasher tabs in the bargain bin. Great spot to fill up the rv fridge before hitting the campground. And, the butcher is friendly.

I don’t know why I continue to shop here. I findOutdated items everytime . I’m not talking a day or two as in an oversight. I find stuff two weeks past the expiration . Not only that but the employees at night are rude and not very helpful. They now are announcing they are closed 5 minutes before 11pm. Very odd

I being an ex Vons employee was very disappointed in my experience to be honest. This is the second time I have had a bad experience at this location. I have arthritis in my feet so sometimes I walk w a cane. I also have a handicapped placard to park in the handicapped spot. So I was on my way to use the ATM in Vons here in Fillmore. The store manager named Bob was at the entrance which was actually an exit only due to the virus protocol. I simply asked him if I could enter because of my feet thru this door. The ATM is located there just passed the floral department. He told me NO and made me walk all the way down to the other entrance. I was very upset. I didn't make a scene though. SO as an ex-employee of Vons, I will say the customer service sure has declined since I worked for the company. Actually, this location is known for their rudeness. If I was treated this way I wonder if he handles other handicapped people the same way? My other complaint was people in waiting in line for long periods of time. Like 30 people standing there w only 2 check stands open and no outside department (floral) I had flowers.. clerk was working in the department fixing flowers but couldn't operate the register.. the manager I am assuming assistant store manager or a front end supervisor told me to join the other 30 people waiting in line. I walked to the end of the line which was all the way through the produce department and I'm not going to lie I said F this and I left my flowers and walked out! Does thoroughly disgusted by the way I was treated yet again within a week's time so let's just say I won't be going there to use the bank do any business from now on... sorry for the rant but I have to say something! 😷✌

Nice vons inside, always clean, employees are always nice. The only reason I am give 4 starts is because the parking lot can be a bit weird. Nothing bad that I know of has happened but there are always creepy vans and people hanging out. The vons itself though is awesome.

Its a Von's they have everything you need but ill the big stores are getting very pricey these days but they have a great selection of food can goods frozen goods ETC they had really good customer service

A small store, but generally good variety and quality. Cashiers can get backed up, but they are quick to open additional checkout lines (within the limited # of lines they have). Parking is good.

The restroom was so dirty it was disgusting. It looked like it had not been cleaned in weeks. Floors in the store were dirty and floor tiles needed to be replaced. Some of the shelves were so dirty it looked as though they have never been cleaned. Would drive to another town before I used this store again.
