Normally this pharmacy is great. I went in to replace my vaccine record, and the pharmacist was anything BUT helpful. She was short and rude. She interrupted me as I tried to explain that my vaccine record was placed on two separate cards because my first vaccine card listed the wrong birthdate. They had to correct their system, and my card to show the correct birthdate, which was their mistake. When I went in today to replace my lost card (life happens), the woman “helping” me wouldn’t look at me as I spoke to her; she interrupted me as I explained my problem; she said I only had one record of one shot under my correct birthdate and that’s all she would give me. She quickly handed me the new card with my ONE shot and barely looked at my ID, then ignored me as I tried to protest and ask for a solution. THANKS FOR NOTHING. Now I have a card that says I’ve had the 2nd dose and no first…. Great service.

Hi Fillmore! I am an Independent agent helping people understand the Affordable Care Act in Rite Aid for the past month and its been a blast for me! I have met so many wonderful people at this location. Everyone has been blown away with the benefits of free health insurance/or low cost insurance that Obama Care has to offer! The Exchange is working smoothly and super fast! I have not ran into any issues with enrollment and Covered California's calculator can tell you how much you can save in two minutes!! Rite Aid Pharmacy. Is Rude!!! They need to learn Customer Care and Service. Switching to CVS .I noticed the comments below about the employees not wanting to give names. This is true and correct.I had a horrible experience with them. I went back asking for the one pill i was shorted and was treated as though i made it up. Yet the person i spoke to on the phone told me to come in and have it replaced. "TO JUST ASK " Well not very friendly and definitely not simple.. Also the drug i was asking for was for blood pressure not narcotics. To upper management just fix it ! To Jason . I may not know you , I am willing to back your cliams.

If you know what to expect from a Rite Aid that you won't be disappointed. Basically like a rundown version of CVS. A selection of a little bit of everything for fairly reasonable prices. The staff at this particular location is about average as well. One or two people will go above and beyond and the others don't seem to want to be working there, but this is pretty much what I expect when I go to a Rite Aid so I wasn't surprised or anything.So this is pretty much right on par for what you expect, not really going above and beyond expectations

The pharmacist there who was Asian did not tell me or my girlfriend her name. I was so sick I just got home from the emergency room, and she denied me medication from the emergency room And also violated my HIPPA rights. I Will be following through with this from my personal doctor and the doctors at the emergency room. I have her employee transaction number and cashier number. It was not ordered like we asked her to and now I have to wait until after the weekend to file a formal complaint. And will not have my medication for a very serious condition.

Not at all Good service. We been waited for covid vaccine for more than one hr that to no one customer. When we ask to desk and we got answer that you can go somewhere else . Is not a roodh answer by a educated employee ?

Rude employees . Went in to buy drinks, clerk never greeted me, snatched money of my hand. I said thank you being the educated person I am, did not get a response. Will not be shopping here anymore!
