Friendly staff, daily specials. Only reason for 4 stars is sometimes debit card reader won't work (with certain credit unions I'm told) and after buying a particular battery the cartridge that connects to said battery seems to always be out of stock.

Someone on their shift drew this on the bag. I’m not sure why it made my day but it did! They should draw on more of their bags! Love it. 10/10 would definitely recommend. Not only do they have great products but their staff make the experience great. I won’t go to any other dispensary! This is the place! Best prices. Best staff! HAPPY PLACE!

Always issues with the discounts and deal days!I called right around 3pm to confirm the 30% off 3 or more stiiizy products was still active. It wasn’t reflecting online but I was told previously in store that the deal would be for all of march. They confirm on the phone that the deal WAS STILL going on, and said nothing about it ending anytime soon!Around 6pm the same day, I arrive to purchase 8 full gram stiiizy pods nearly $200 and they tell me they aren’t doing the discount anymore and cannot honor it.The manager they brought out didn’t help solve anything and even tried to tell me I called the wrong store which was not the case. I quickly called and a worker answered “Hello, valley pure Farmersville” this time stating the deal was over for good.Luckily I had the idea to call valley pure Tulare and they had no issue honoring the deal and took care of me… just 25 mins out of my way, after I already wasted the time going to the Farmersville location who confirmed things were still active.Do better Valley Pure, you have social media outlets and other ways of notifying a month long promotion has ended early. It seems like nothing but issue since the recent management changes!

I have always been treated with respect and all the staff are extremely helpful. From the front desk to the good people who helped me. Never had a bad experience. I am a regular and every time I go in and order the same thing I have the prices changed on me or I am told will have produce in a couple of weeks and I called on July 13 and was told they would not have it for another 3 weeks.I don't understand why taxes are not included in your products.

i usually go in to make a purchase for my wife. customer services is always good, when i have questions they answer them very politely. this time around it was like i was a bother and seemed to be rushing me.while im paying another sale’s individual decided to make fun of a customer she was just with and also left her tip. what set me back was how loud she said it to where i could hear it.i usually leave a 5 to 10 tip sometimes even more regardless of who it is because the service is good. but this made me rethink the situation. if im also being talked about negatively for not having the knowledge.i dont think ill be coming back.
