Dollar Tree Farmersville, Date: 06/15/23 Time: 4:29pm I came here to buy a cold drink & a snack but I only had a 💵 $100 dollar bill so I asked the cashier if he could break it & he said yes & (the manager had checked the bill) but after I paid for my ideas I counted my change back at my car & I was shorted 💵 $10 dollars & the change was all wrong (cents) to so I went back into the store & told the other cashier that was working at that time so he had told the manager but at that time I was waiting & they was counting out his money drawer 3 times is what the manager had said but it was only over by 💵 $5 dollars so now he said to see the main manager tomorrow if I want my 💵 $5 dollars back or if they are 💵 $5 dollars over! So I will probably never see that 💵 $5 dollars again & I've been coming here for years!!! & on top of that they was "Out Of Bags"! WOW!!! *I'm sorry we all make mistakes & some time it just happens*. A little 😠 & a little 😢 at the same time. Only one ⭐ to post this!!!!

Timothy made my families shopping experience absolutely wonderful! He was great to work with and really made our night. Tonight was by far the best customer service experience we have ever had shopping at a Dollar Tree! 5 Stars to Timothy and this store!

This dollar tree is so dirty they have a lot of products all over the floor it’s so disgusting the helium is always out of stock but nice customer service will I ever come here again probably

Love the prices but the store is a mess! And it's always just one checker!! The line was all the way back to the back of the store! The other employees didn't offer to open another register! Love and Hate this store! *Update* Since they've raised prices to $1.25 I don't shop there very often. Dollar General carries the same items and still only $1.00.

I highly appreciate the knew store manager he made a big difference in this store. Before the last managers this store had they basically didn’t care the store started going down always dirty the freezers never worked well isles always dirty employees looked liked they came in with a hangover or they just partied to hard and they even were laying on a bench the store had inside while customers would enter myself and family didn’t even want to shop there we’d go to other Dollar Tree Stores around our area. I’m so glad you guys hired someone that’s on top of this store and got knew employees that really make sure this store is cleaned and kept up THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH FOR GIVING THE FARMERSVILLE DOLLAR TREE A NEW MANAGER THATS KEEPING THIS UP AND HIS EMPLOYEES.

10 people in line and only one cashier, while 3 other employees are on their break. And There is no price displayed at the register so you can't see what they are charging you.I guess the manager didn't appreciate me saying something about the situation because she just ignored me after I payed and rudely moved on to the next customer before I could get my things off the counter.

Went to purchase gift box to wrap a gift. Boxes were on the very top shelf. I tried to slide the box to me to pull one out extremely heavy.Went to find someone to help nobody available.Major safety issue I notified manager

It’s always a mess at this store. Items are always out of the shelf, out of there packaging, and on the floor at times. Boxes of items are just in the middle of the lanes. Soon as you walk in looks like it’s been raided by the city. Staff are always rude and shady. One of them saw me trip on a item almost making me fall and didn’t say nothing and just looked at me and turned around to talk to there co worker about drama. Bad place. The district manager really needs to clean this store up and train there employees right.

Try shopping at different Dollar Tree stores. Some stores are bigger & can hold more items & different ones too. DT is my favorite store to shop at. Pick up a gift card for a stocking stuffer!

Probably the best dollar tree in town. I live at visalia but I shop here just because they have everything I need. All employees are nice too and the store is cleaner than the other stores I've seen

It is usually messy and feels dirty, but they almost always have what you're looking for. Most staff are helpful, occasionally there will be one that's not so much.

First off if your going to put a sign and tell people that they need to be wearing a mask to come in then make sure the employees are doing the same , one of the employees here was in the greeting card isle put cards away with her mask off . I know I'm not big on the mask issue right now but if your not going to let someone in because of no mask then make sure your employees are following the rules as well.

I really like the selection here at the Farmersville store. Also having shade trees in the parking lot is a plus esp. During these hot Valley summers!
