Everyone here is always so nice and helpful, and it's always a great experience...but yesterday took the cake y'all! I went in hoping for a toy for power chewers, because my cousin's sweet baby pittie goes thru toys like a BEAST haha. The girl who helped me was so so so amazing, she also has a power chewer pittie, so not only did she help me find the perfect toys for him but also had some great suggestions to help with his super sensitive skin. I forgot to ask her name but she's one of the managers, girly if you see this thank you so much! He chewed on that bigger bone for an hr straight😹❤️😹

The store is always clean and the staff is great. No issues with the mask and no judgment or rudeness! The staff was helpful and knowledgeable about the foods, treats and helped me learn the best way to treat my dogs new apparent allergy to Petsmarts top brand of food. We switched to kahoots brand and her hotspots are clearing up. The prices are a little high but, mostly comparable to petsmart prices. Love that they are close and part of our local community.

While visiting family, we visited to pick up a few forgotten items for our dogs. The staff was amazing helpful, they had the typically harder to find brands that we like for our pets. Prices were great and the house brand products are everywhere.

I am visiting from Florida and needed food for Lucy. They have a large inventory of human-grade dog food in the refrigerated section. She loves what I bought here better than the Farmer's Dog I have delivered at home. Unfortunately, we don't have a Kahoots where I live!

This is our favorite pet store ever! Kahoots carries our favorite brands of healthy food and treats (some of them Kahoots brand). The Fallbrook Kahoots store has wonderful employees who always take the time to make our little grandpuppy, Dooby, feel special. One of Dooby's favorite things is to go to "the doggie toy store"

What a great store for pet supplies. I am greeted every time I enter the store and that feels really nice. All the employees know their products and are happy to point out just where to find what you came in for. I always end up buying the latest dog treat sitting right by the check out area. All around I enjoy scoping out the store for new toys and treats for my chihuahua! Great service...thanks again!!😀❤

I regularly get my cat and dog supplies from them for over 10 years. Quality is consistent and reliable. Their brand of canned grain free food is reasonable when purchased by the case. When their grain free dry food is on sale, it is also a good deal.

Customer service was excellent. Woman who helped me was very knowledgeable and accommodating. Helped with a food problem. And I am physically unable to carry heavy items so she said no problem and offered to take to my car. Very pleasant to deal with. Highly highly HIGHLY recommend.

Good customer service. I like that store clerks are very good about greeting customers as they first enter the store. If you wander... someone usually will check with you to make sure your wandering isn't because you can't find what you need.

I love this pet shop. The staff is very helpful and they have dog training. The prices are fair. This is an excellent go to pet shop. Parking is kind of crazy so you have to be patient but it’s air conditioned inside.

Nice, big, clean, store. As a tropical fish enthusiast and they offer some limited supplies for the hobby. The only tropical fish they carry are betas. For other pets there appears to be an abundance of choices.

I love Kahoots. It's the only place I go for my pet needs. Everyone in there Is very kind and the isles of the place are easy to navigate. They carry plenty of products at good prices. If you're looking to buy things like food for a snake, gecko, fish,hamster, bird, dog, cat, etc. Literally any thing, Kahoots probably has it. They don't sell many animals compared to other places though. The food is also pretty good given that my German Shepherd will only eat the Kahoots brand food now. I frequently visit this store and I recommend it if you're looking for animal supplies. Most weekends they also have adoption set up for cats and dogs and what not by the Fallbrook animal Sanctuary. So if you're looking for a new baby head down there on the weekend and check it out.

My bf and I went here today to purchase dog food. When we went in we were greeted with "hello" from one of the gals in there which I thought was nice. We were wandering over to the dog food and I spotted a rep and got her attention. What a blessing! "Pam" was Super knowledgeable, friendly, nice, helpful, etc...I can't say enough. She gave us samples of food, showed us different treats, and explained the different products thoroughly. Our fur baby is finicky, less then 5lbs, and hardly eats. We wanted a healthier alternate to what we are feeding him now. Pam had lots of options and what not to give him. We truly appreciated her patience, friendly personality and knowledge of the products in the store. We hope our fur baby likes the samples because we definitely want to keep doing business here. Also, they have certain days during the month where they offer a dental clinic and pet services for a fee. How convient?!Update - Peanut loves ALL the food samples we were given!! We went back and purchased a bag of lamb. He eats two bowls a day and is getting super healthy and some weight on those ribs. His coat is shiny, soft, and growing! When we were there this time we asked about treats. They gave us two different samples. One was a jerky texture and the other crunchy. He liked both. We also purchased spray to put in his water for his breath...lol He is sooo glad we shop for all his needs at Kahoots!!

What happened to the huge selection of different fish ? I would visit your store more often and buy items if you guys had more aquarium items, and different varieties of live fish, and live aquatic plants, and decorations. What i hate is that when i first bought an aquarium, i visited you guys for the first time in a long time, and for the first time there were no fish, or any other aquatic creatures 😂. So now i have to go to a Petco thats like 40 min away, i would save more time and more money if what i was looking for was closer to where i live.

Just had to go get my doggy some beef jerky she got to have it with those little old rawhide bones but you know everything else pretty good you can get you cats or Birds anything you want in there and Miri lots of things to choose from this sir y'all have it easy and stay safe out there and make sure you stay away from people with that virus

Given that I just moved to Fallbrook it's not a Petco it's not unleashed. It's quick in a pinch. They have very little selection of dog leashes. My cashier was great!
