The Hawthorn team is all of these things and more. Heather has built an assertive team who is equally helpful and knowledgeable. Luke, Bryan and Nico make a trip to Hawthorne feel like a walk in the park. If they don't have something you need Ed is quick to tell you when he can have it in. When in doubt ask for Luke , Ed, or Bryan and they will help you sort things out with the helpful assist of one of their team members.

This place is awesome and the staff is amazing. It changed my life when they moved to downtown Fallbrook. Highly recommend for all related needs dog food, hay, feed, supplies (rakes, muck buckets, carts, etc), new born chics, goats, etc

I love this place! Best customer service in town. All employees have been so friendly and knowledgeable. We didn't know the first thing about chickens and after a few visits we now have hens in our backyard and fresh eggs!

I love the drive out to Fallbrook! I always seem to pass the entrance and need to turn around and go back but it’s worth it. I’ve always been offered help when I’m in the store, and my newbie questions have been answered. Their price on hemp bedding and chicken feed is great. A very nice little feed store!!

Wow. I have seen some scary haunted houses in BFE but this one takes the cake. The manager ED seems to completely hate life. He will answer you only with questions and make sure you know how superior he is to you. Don’t come here if you are a beginner rider. They will Scoff at your questions and be little you and your horse every chance they get. By they I mean the employees and the owners here. They think they are the SMARTEST people in the world. You know nothing! They know everything! Apparently running a feed store in Fallbrook makes you Royalty. Everyone else are peasants to them. Everything in the store has copious amounts of dust. There are things on the shelf that expired years ago. It’s like they set it up and just let it rot. I can’t see buying anything here. I would be afraid of mold or too much dust.
