Pretty nice store. I typically go to the 2 in Oceanside since that's where I live. But whenever I'm passing through Fallbrook, I prefer this one. It seems like Albertsons are the only stores that carry the size of Gatorade mix I buy. Overall, staff is friendly. Just be cautious on mornings they're restocking, it seems they get a little too focused on stocking and can miss customers trying to get products on shelves with pallets in the way. They weren't being jerks, they just get busy, I get it.

Just wanted to say Linda from the deli is awesome. I needed to order some wedges for my stepsons football team and she helped me out. She was so nice patient helpful.. I called day of to say I was running behind and she answered I felt like I’ve known her forever just on how her personality is. She was super friendly she put a smile on my face. Thanks Linda!! Keep being you!

I’ve been shopping at this location since 2008, when I moved to Fallbrook, nearly every time that I’ve shopped here I’ve had a pleasant experience. Lately, it’s been going downhill. When you arrive at the deli counter or bakery, there will be multiple people behind the counter doing tasks and no one greets you or says that they’ll be with you in a minute. They just pretend no one is there, and don’t help until you wait about 5 minutes and ask.Also, there is a newer cashier, named Kai, the first time I went through his line, he was on the phone the entire time, didn’t greet me, or ask if I wanted bags, or even tell me my total. But when a coworker comes by, he’s very chatty all of the sudden. Then this evening, I went through his line again, and he did not greet me, did not ask if I needed bags, did not tell me the total again, did not even have the courtesy to hang me my bags, watched me struggle to grab them and started being nice to the man behind me. I’m not sure if he’s sexist or just extremely rude. I will not go through his line again. There is a newer cashier though, with longer brown hair and wears it in a pony tail. She’s nice as can be, even when I’m not in her line, I spot her smiling and talking with her customers. Albertsons should not tolerate their employees to be so rude and to ignore their customers.

I was in a lot of trouble. I was having a severe asthma attack. Crystal noticed me and went way above to help me. I am forever grateful for her. Now that is customer service. Without her compassion and expertise leadership abilities things would have been really bad.

cleans, shelves stocked, great deli, affordable prices. they also had weekly coupons i could use and new deals on the app. which i highly recommend getting if you show there often. staff was also very nice to its customers and recognized staff members who made achievements such as graduating students or those leaving for college and even promotions.

I am pretty shocked how I was treated at the self checkout. I scanned my few items and placed them in a plastic bag. I entered in my phone number and noticed my coupons didn't come off that I clipped on my account on the Albertsons website, so I clicked the help button. A lady came to me and I explained what happened. Her first words to me were, "first of all, never bag your groceries if you haven't paid for them yet." .......yikes. if that's the case then should you tell your baggers in the regular lane to also not bag anyone's groceries until they have swiped their credit card..?I showed her my phone, and the coupons I had clipped on my account. She insisted "the website doesn't do that. You're on order delivery. You have to download the app." Which is false, I had my own account and I was not doing an online delivery. I downloaded the app anyways and when I told her that she responded "you don't have time to set all of that up, you can do that at home." Not seeming to care that I've said multiple times that I have an existing account which is why clipping coupons is even possible in the first place. So I easily logged into the app with my existing account and showed her again my clipped coupons. She then accused me of "you just now clipped the coupons at checkout". WOW. That was crazy. Please help me understand how this makes sense when i have been standing here with you for 10 minutes with my very specific items that match the coupons exactly.She also said I could get her in trouble for honoring Albertsons very own coupons listed on their very own site. With my very own account.This was a very negative experience and I don't recommend shopping here if you may need any assistance in the store.

The old lady taking her job too seriously in self check out felt the need to cancel my order to allow someone who was standing 15 feet away from the self check out talking to said old lady who takes her job too seriously to check out as she was next in "line". Don't understand why there is a "line" with no sign. I guess the line starts where the old lady who takes her job too seriously is deciding to chat instead of working. Would not recommend self check out if the old lady is working. She was very rude and unprofessional and felt the need to comment on how I spoke which is not okay in 2023. Would hope management talks to their self checkout workers about proper line management and customer service. Major market would not do this.

While their stock can sometimes be low on certain staples the customer service here has always been incredible. Except for one cashier, but she was older and still has hair like it was 1987 so I'll forgive her and just not go through her checkout line.

I've been going to this Albertsons since it became Albertsons, so I've had good and bad experiences. I'm giving it a five-star because I found Johnny Walker's double black whiskey cheaper than anywhere else. I hope they don't raise the price on it🙂

Albertsons deli baked Mango Habanero chicken is absolutely to die for and so much better/tastier than chicken from other delies/restaurants in town.Grapes, unfortunately, are really expensive in Albertsons.

Extremely dirty!! And they allow pets into the grocery store(?) I saw 3 dogs walk in today and a fight happen because of that. NOT SERVICE DOG FRIENDLY OR SAFE !! I wish I could leave negative stars corporate needs to do better.EDIT to say the dogs that went into the store were 100% not service dogs. They were barking and pulling and walking up to everyone trying to smell everything. The store manager said they can’t do anything about it off the person says or OS a service dog. WRONG!! Any dog including an actual service dog can be told to leave if causing a disturbance or even if it looks dirty( service dogs are to be well groomed and maintained including sanitation.

I shop at both Albertsons and Major Market and appreciate having the two choices.the big difference is in the meat and seafood department. There is no comparison in my opinion in the consistent quality of product and customer service with Major Market being the clear winner. As an example when buying fish Albertsons leaves not only the skin but also the scales on and refuse to scale it for you. I’ve never purchased it that way anywhere and was surprised and disappointed not only in the refusal but the attitude of the men behind the counter. At Major Market not only is their product superior but the level of service is top notch.

When asked to find an item they carried, I was informed that their system does not allow them to look that information up. The manager stated they would look into getting a product they had that was there one day and gone the next, yet no one seemed to know anything and the manager was not able to fulfill my request. Pleasant employees who almost always greet the customer with a smile in an aging store that needs to step up to the 21st century.

Albertsons I go there all the time that's my main place I will not go to Northgate or anything like that Albertsons I don't know why but I've been chopping there for the last year 28 years that I've lived here in fallbrook let me tell you they have good food they have good checkers that the check stands they help you with anything you need say you forgot something they will send a worker to go and get whatever you forgot very well very good people I mean we know them as if they were family so we love going there

The prices are a bit higher than others in town. The quality and set up is pretty good. I love the people. Their vegetation is fresh, some local. The check outs are usually pretty busy. They often do sometime of rewards at the check out too which is kind of neat, if you like to participate in that sort of thing.

I grew up with my dad in my ear always saying " I always buy all my meat at Albertsons".. So as a adult I figured out why. Way more bang for your buck! GREAT GREAT prices on meat.... All the time. Some if not most other goods are a little on the pricey side.. But good quality

This was my second time ever visiting this store and my experience was subpar. I have a special diet due to my health and I need certain food items that I can eat. I was in the produce section and came upon an employee by the name of Issac. I asked him where organic almond butter and organic dragon fruit was. His demeanor and the way he responded was like he wanted to wrap up this interaction in a hurry and wasn't much help. Prior to me asking he was just standing in the department looking at his phone. Later on in my shopping trip I will say that the grocery manger Josh was very helpful and Accommodating with my needs and questions. Thanks to Josh I found everything I needed and lifted my spirit. It's thanks to employees like Josh that will make me shop here again.

Albertsons wows me when I'm there. They're staff is friendly and accommodating. Shelves are stocked and organized. And clean. Can find what I'm looking for easily. Brand names like any supermarket. Produce is fresh. I can visit any time of day and same results as above. Pleasure to go to. And there are plenty of items on sale. Good values. Highly recommend. Been going there for one year now.

I just would like to say that today when I walked into Albertsons in Fallbrook on ammunition to go grocery shopping tonight,was such a great experience, due to the fact that I just got off work and was extremely tired from working all day,I had only a few minutes to buy groceries .So as put my groceries on counter to pay I realized that I went over my budget I didn't have enough,so Jason who was working that evening didn't ask me a word but knew I was short on my payment and as I looked up he had paid my balance and I must say that I am so grateful that Albertsons have people like him working there.So Jason I would like to say we honor you and thank you for being the person you are..I give 5 🌟 to Jason and Albertsons for there dedication ,thank you so much..Mr.Boyett

Everyone's always friendly and attentive to my questions but when I'm usually in here I already know what I'm coming in for, Starbucks, banking or something quick. Becky is always my assigned check out person if she's working.
