Poor Dr Imus. While she is out on maternity leave the people she has entrusted to run her business are treating her clients poorly and wrecking her business. After being forgotten in the exam room for over 45 minutes I went back out to the empty lobby and was further ignored. I am not one to cause a scene or cause a huge confrontation. So we left. There are other Vets that are glad to have my business. I feel bad for Doc Imus. I really like her. I hope they don't cause irreparable harm to her practice.
