What a great find! Calling all Prime Rib lovers! Thick n juicy. Cooked to perfection. Tasty sides. Also had the shrimp avocado salad which is served on a platter big enough for two.Safety: Barely saw anyone! Drove through town n only crowded parking lot was the pizza place at the east edge of town. I heard it's got a DMV with no wait lines!Walkability: Near Fall River Lake which has many picnic areas and good fishing. There's a nice looking golf course too.Food & drinks: This place serves local beef that locals come from miles to celebrate.

We stayed at the Fall River Hotel for one night at the end of August. The only things in the room that were clean were the bedding and the towels. There was dog food on the floor, the counters were sticky, food stains on the walls (there was a kitchenette in our room), the bathroom wasn't clean, and there were cobwebs several places in the room.I should have gone back and asked for another room, but I didn't want to stand at the bar and be stared at again by all of the bar patrons. (The hotel check in was at the bar.) So, we pulled out some sanitizing wipes and made the best of it.Rooms: We stayed at the Fall River Hotel for one night at the end of August. A pleasure to stay at!From the very friendly team at check in to the cosy and authentic room, everything was perfect!The room itself was very clean and comfortable, well provided with everything needed (hair dryer, fresh towels, coffee etc).We also had a great time at the bar and enjoyed a nice dinner at the restaurant.Thank you so much again Jen for upgrading us to a more suitable room for my tall husband, you are an angel!Can’t wait to come back :)

Ate lunch at the hotel restaurant only. Great atmosphere, waitress was very sweet. Great waitress as well. Very clean . Food was excellent. We ordered the fish and chips. Appetizers, mushroom and zucchini. Price are preetu good. Room is comfortable, takes me back to the atmosphere in Pinedale Wyoming. I love the home feel.Food & drinks: Excellent food.

Stayed for one night in the Courtyard Queen Suite 201. It was a bit dusty but bedding and towels were all clean. Cute and rustic room with plenty of space except the bathroom was cramped and I had difficulties maneuvering within. Bed was comfy!Very friendly staff and we had a late lunch at the restaurant. Food was affordable and good. We planned to have breakfast before we left the next day but was told that almost everything is closed on Mondays in Fall River Mills.

The place is quite old and although the host was good and polite, the rooms are very old. The washroom was small and the room had a very weird smell too. The pull out sofa bed was not even made before our checkin. We had to clean and change the sheets.Won’t recommend it unless you don’t have any other option.

My boyfriend and I just had a delicious dinner here. The service was great and the staff very nice and friendly. We had the prime rib and the chicken marsala. Both were really good and the sides were even better. The salad and bread that came first were great as well. All around a great dinner. Definitely would recommend and will come back again if we are ever in the area.

My husband and I have come up here the last two years for a New Year’s Eve get away and we just love this place. The owner and everyone who works here and friendly and welcoming, everything on the menu is delicious (seriously), the rooms are clean, the bed is comfy and the bar has strong cocktails and good beer. What else could we possibly ask for?! Highly recommended to anyone looking to slow down and enjoy some downtime with kind folks and good provisions!!!

The food was absolutely delicious and the service was great. I will definitely go back, even though it is fairly close to home. Motel was clean and comfortable. The matress was not like the bad review photo. I had a great time and am glad I gave them a chance.

Very adorable old hotel!! So much character and comfy!!! The night manager came right out and helped us. So easy to drop your bags and go right to sleep. Quiet and peaceful town. Loved it!!

Only came in for a meeting this last time. Coffee and ice water and a reasonable enough tip. And yet the service was just as attentive and friendly as if we were dropping hundreds of dollars for a Friday night feast. Quality folks serving quality food in a quality atmosphere. (We were in the dining room instead of the bar or the diner, both of which are okay, but not as warmly appointed as the center section of the main floor.)

I really hope they pull the staff together at this place and quit allowing people to smoke at the doors. When a togo order is placed it should be ready and not be sitting waiting for nearly 30 minutes after arrival (20min after the order was placed) so literally 50 minutes and get food as hard as a rock w a rude waiter over the phone. This wasn't the first time this young man was rude as hell. And it's not the tall guy either.

What a fun getaway! I'm more of a camper, but I knew if I was going to get my Aunt to come with me on the Redding waterfall loop, I needed to book a hotel. I found Fall River Hotel on Google and it was perfect because it was close to the 299 and 89 intersection, and we could see more falls! The restaurant was open when we got in, and we had a yummy dinner (I treated myself to the prime rib & chocolate cake), friendly service and headed to our room for the night. Walking outside to the sunset on the beautiful balcony, you are transported to an old western film set. I would recommend this to families, friends, and solo travelers, it's a nice treat taking you back to dirt roads.

Good local atmosphere. Lackluster food. I had the pork chop which was over cooked. Which made it even harder to eat than just not being able to cut it with the knives provided( (extremely dull) sawed it against my hand to prove a point to the server. This all after sitting down and waiting 15 min to be asked if I wanted yo see a menu,I think understaffed?? Guess I shouldn't have eaten in the bar.

Considering that you're out in the boonies, this isn't a bad place. The room was relatively clean, I didn't feel grossed out like I have in some places. The downside was I stayed 2 nights and asked them to not send a cleaning person in as I felt it wasn't necessary. There are no "do not disturb signs". They sent someone in anyway, I was a bit annoyed by that. The breakfast at the hotel left a lot to be desired, I think they used a 1/4 of a quart of 10W-40 in the pan with the omelet. Not so good......But, it was fairly quiet, clean and reasonable. I'd stay again, just bring your own do not disturb sign and eat somewhere else.

This review is for the hotel. I lost interest in trying the restaurant downstairs. The room was slightly smelly when I entered. WiFi was weak, the closet was broken, 1 of 3 light bulbs was not working, the “hot” shower was very cold, and there was no hair dryer. Also there was a dog barking outside at 4:49am. For $80/night + tax, it was a terrible experience. I have been to motels under $50 and they were much better. One star for the friendly staff.

We just had breakfast in the restaurant, the food was delicious , the server was very nice and personable. We found the place quaint and cozy. We will definitely go back. UPDATE the lunches are just as delicious. Can't wait to try the Prime Rib.

Actually not impressed. My wife’s BLT in her words the worst she ever had. My chicken sandwich was built to fall apart. Taste was good.

We were told upon placing our order that the wait would be about 20-25 min. We waited for over an hour for our order, which we never received. No one came to check on us or give us an update on how much longer it would be. We ended up having to go to another establishment. The service was terrible. Save yourself some time and make the 2hr round trip drive to Reading to eat, no really!

My wife and I have stopped there a number of times and had dinner. The service was excellent, the food very good. The owners responded in a great fashion when we lost an article and they returned it.
