Togo's is Great! I love Togo's but, I don't go very often anymore. I hadn't been in years so I went for my 2024 birthday weekend on my way to the Jelly Belly Factory to celebrate & have some fun. I always get the #9 Hot Pastrami it's my Fave & the only place I eat pastrami from. It was sooo good just like I remembered years ago. Still delicious. My only complaint is inflation prices. Now 2 Togo sandwiches with chips and drink cost $30+ dollars. Sit down restaurant prices... lol! This world is something else. #YumVegetarian options: veggie sandwiches and salads availableParking: Busy shared parking lotvwith lots of traffic

It was a fairly decent sandwich. I ordered a hot pastrami with Swiss cheese. I'm not sure if I was charged extra for cheese or if the posted prices were outdated. The regular sized Hot Pastrami was listed as $10.50. I was charged $11.25, plus tax and a tip. The young man who helped me was quiet and had a thick accent. For every question he asked, I had to ask "pardon?" This made the whole process longer. I asked for sourdough bread and got white instead. Only the meat was heated. The rest of the sandwich was cold. My cheese wasn't melted. It isn't even real pastrami. It doesn't have marbling or pepper coating. They use some cheap, knock-off. I hadn't been to a Togos in 19 years. I don't think I'll go back to one. It wasn't that good.

I've been going here for years and receiving the best service a customers could ask for and now I believe this is new owners new management that I was very disappointing at the spending a lot of money and getting home to fine I paid for more bread then I didn't meat $44 worth of bread which would've been actually $46 and change but use military discount to get 5% off your total very disappointing. My husband said this was the worst Togo he's ever had. We know prices go up due to the economy, but give me what I paid for.

RECENT:Spend $24. Staff did not check me in to collect my point nor did not provide receipt. Horrible at making sandwich could not make a simple turkey and cheddar.Picture attached on my turkey avocado spinach wrap when I asked to cut in HALF.Did not use the white safe paper while preparing food.Used the same knife and did not clean the cutting board from previous. Allergic hazards and un sanitary.Hate to say it , but this is similar to king crab on Travis and should be closed down for lack of management.DONE WITH THIS RESTURANT.UPDATE:Store manager made contact and appologize for the experience. This is good enough to show that store cares about the community and want to deliver satisfaction and delicious food. Eventhough act of rude employee should not be effecting the overall store but for now I will stay as 4 star till next experience.Previously:Had my food ready on the table but did not bring to me. Jesus, present as Manager and did not respect nor be profession to present the food instead of throwing like a trash bag.

Overpriced, but... the 🥪 Sandwiches were loaned down and delicious. The staff are great there. Super friendly and ask all the right questions. They listen to what we saytonot put on the Sandwiches!!!Dietary restrictions: We have health issues that call for avoiding certain ingredients. The Togo's employees paid special attention to those needs

Let Me Just say this...The Hot Pastrami Sandwich was the best sandwich I have had in Many Moons just keeping it real...It was so good I went back the next day and got another one.. The worker's are polite And personable The listen and make suggestions based on what you say you like. This location is clean there food prep is to perfection not sloppy and the prices weren't that bad. If you want a well made delicious sandwich Togo's is the place in Fairfield!! Guaranteed Fresh to Order..

Jazz made our sandwiches, and she was amazing. Pleasant to talk to and very accommodating.The best part is that at one point her sleeve slid down her arm and touched the sandwich she was making. She immediately slid it to the side and started to remake it. We asked why she started over and she explained that her sleeve had touched it. It was clear she wanted us to have an amazing sandwich and was willing to redo her work without question to ensure our food safety.10/10 would order from her again!

The people working were very nice. They were helpful and got the order that I had done in a reasonable amount of time. Both workers followed guidelines for wearing a mask. The store was clean and organized. The ingredients didn't seem like they had been sitting around for long periods of time. Overall I would recommend.

Please be aware that the manager will not refund you or take responsibility for your sandwich that was made wrong! Another issue Heath Department needs to visit this Togos bc mangager rang someone up and did not change his gloves. Be Aware you dont get what you paid for.

After a long day (or week) at the hospital, wanted and needed something filling and nurturing. This was the perfect solution. We got there not long before close and were greeted with smiles. The restaurant was clean for a long day of servicing. We ordered the Turkey Club on parmesan bread, full of meat, full of flavor, had all the veggies but didn't feel that they rivaled the meat. I will be back but I'll try to remember the pic before chowing down next time.

This was my first time at this TOGO'S location and definitely will be my last. The customer service was lacking. The young woman with the braids in her hair would have gotten my order right if she wasn't so busy rolling her eyes and walking away before we could complete a sentence. If I could give zero stars...I would have!! Worst experience!! They could definitely learn some customer service skills from the Vallejo location. If you want good service... GO TO THE VALLEJO LOCATION!!

Two weeks ago, I had the best TOGO'S sandwich. Yesterday I went back to get two more, one for today. I'm not going go any other sandwich spot after their sandwiches. Not only are their sandwiches bigger, they're 100% better by any means. Bread is better, toppings fresher, ppl nicer. Even the inside of the place feels warmer with the photos on the wall the way they're arranged. Be the judge for yourself, TOGO'S next to Petco/ In N Out Fairfield.

The service here is always great. The people who work here do a great job of making a quality sandwich. While it is a bit more expensive than subway, you get such a better sandwich with so much on it! I go here all the time.

Swift service during busy lunch time. I had half Asian salad with Broccoli cheese soup, while my husband had the Thursday special..hot roast beef with chops and drink for $6.50. The soup was served hot and tasted good, while the salad could have been enhanced with some almonds and maybe Asian noodles for extra crunch...but for less than $20.we had a decent meal for two that satisfied us! Good food at a value!

Stopped here for a tuna sandwich on the way home from work and I honestly should have kept going to Raleys! First off, they had a very limited selection for veggies which was annoying. The young girl that helped me didn’t even try to apologize or offer other choices she just kept saying “nope”. Then I get to the register and it’s 11.25 for the sandwich...JUST THE SANDWICH... a tuna sandwich with nothing but mustard on it. Haven’t been here in years and definitely won’t be back

Wow just got a turkey roast beef sandwich. Got home open sandwich up cant se no meat.tear sandwich apart to find 2 slices of turkey and 2 slices of roast beef.there was more mayonnaise then meat. Togos sucks unless you want a10 $ veggie sandwich . I'm not coming back!

We don't have a Togo's here in Klamath Falls, OR so when I stopped in Fairfield, CA I thought I'd check it out. I'm glad I did. My sandwich was terrific!
