From start to finish The Glass Guru team was amazing! The owner came out and did my quote super quick! His wife ordered my glass same day. Less than 2 weeks later Carter and Donny came and installed the glass. Everyone was Kind and professional. They explained any questions I had . Definitely will be using them again in the future

My cat ended up breaking my mirror and the mirror was of sentimental value to me so I put a message through on their website and they got back to me within a day or two. Very fast very efficient and great customer service! They have a great dog too. They were super friendly and super helpful and they got me as a lifetime customer that’s forsure. Anytime I need a mirror or anything of that sorts fixed I’m calling Chuck up because I know it’ll be done in a timely manner while still having great quality!! They are just awesome! HIGHLY recommend coming to them for any mirror you need fixed💯

Alex immediately picked up and told my situation.She was very professional and courteous. Chuck called me soon after and came around my area soon.Lovely people. They went out of their way to help. We were getting the sound proof windows in, and they resolved the issue and owners Alex and her husband were very nice about it. It was amazingly how they were able to change the window and not have to take out the window frame. The techs Carter and Donnie who came to put the windows were very nice, and professional in making sure everything was done right. I highly recommend them, plus they gave me a military discount.

This business is run the old fashioned way. Prompt service, no surprise fees, friendly and helpful staff, (it's a mom and pop, and they really care about their business). The two men who came out to install my patio door came on time, did high quality work, did not skimp on the framing, and stayed with the job even when the house, with its settling, did not cooperate. They were both professional all the way, and had friendly customer relation skills. I have used other glass services before, but these people are the best I have ever used. Even my dog, who is skeptical of strangers, liked them!

Quick and easy quote. A tech (maybe the owner) visited the same day, took measurements and provided the quote. This was for a broken window glass and a new screen.After scheduling the appointment, Donny introduced himself and started working on the new glass for the window and then the screen. Donny was very respectful and repaired the glass immediately. Screen was done onsite and he ensured it fit perfectly. Donny left everything clean and even cleaned the entire window. Thank you for a quick turnaround.

First time using their service. I called because I had to install couple of pieces of snap beads around few windows. The wife of the owner was very kind on the phone and she was able to squeeze a visit from one of their technicians the same day exactly 15 minutes after I called. The technician which was also the owner was very professional and efficient and he also explained to me how to do it in case that I will need it again and they will not be available. The price was very reasonable counting the fact that they did the job the same day after I called. I will definitely call them again in the future if I have other works on the windows at my house and I will reference them to friends and family

The ordering process was simple and expedient, from Chuck who came to my house and measured my door, to Alex who does the day to day management of the business, and especially to the two guys who installed the new glass and doggie door. Alex made sure that I was kept informed of the ordering and delivery process.

Chuck was able to come out right away to give us an estimate. Had to wait a little more then a week for the glass to come in.Slight hiccup on scheduling the installation.
