Terrible service - will not guarantee work. and I will not return, nor would I ever refer anyone here. If you must come here, do not get the crash wrap service to your car. During the removal of the crash wrap the technician broke the plastic triangular corner trim separating the rear passenger and quarterglass windows and basically just glued everything back together. He said that a manager would reach out to me for repair but never did. Furthermore when I followed up with the store they said that their disclaimer form, which they my make you sign before the crash wrap service, exempts them from responsibility of their technician's screw up. Worst part is they had the nerve to charge the full amount - not even a reduced cost for the damage incurred to my car. Go to a place that will guarantee their work. This place is aweful.

My window fell back down after going in for a window repair. Went in there myself found zip ties holding my left side window up. Glass shattered by this point. Paid 600$ for zip ties. Feels like I got scammed. Very shady people here.

The “manager” here is extremely unprofessional. She wasn’t apologetic about them cutting a sensor. Instead she was super short , nasty toned . The employees here said she’s new … you could tell she never worked a job like this and it shows. The installers are much nicer . Maybe get a man to run the shop women are emotional

Came to this shop for windshield crack repair on 4/29/23. Yesterday(7/12/23) the crack grew to 2ft from the original point. Called Safelite customer support, they told me Safelite will replace it and credit my insurance deductible. Went to the same shop today, but the story changed. Now I’ve to pay the full replacement cost, even though the technician admitted previous repair was not done correctly. Called Safelite customer again, they said nothing can be done. Ask me talk to the shop manager directly, but provided a number that no one pick up and can’t even leave a voicemail :-(

Five stars for quick turn around , easy access to appointments , and Anthony cleaned up all the excess glass in my vehicle despite being a mobile service . He also followed up after service of what not to do for 24 hrs .

This Safelite location has an extremely slow turnaround time.I made a claim with my insurance and connected with Safelite on May 29, 2023. My car was so new Safelite didn't have my windshield in stock, but I was told I would get a call when it was in stock. After 1 month, I called and the part still wasn't available. Three months later, I called again. They had the part and didn't call me, but we made an appointment.When my appointment arrived, I dropped off my car 45 minutes early. I appreciated their flexibility, but the service did not begin until 1 hour after the scheduled time. The estimate was 3-4 hours, but I waited 7 hours for my car to finish and didn't receive an update from the technicians.It turns out they were having trouble with the repair hence the long wait time and they could not complete the job.The staff was nice when we did speak with each other, but kindness, timeliness, and effectiveness are three separate qualities. I did not receive a timely or effective service.

ZERO STARS IF I COULD. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU FIND SOMEONE ELSE TO FIX YOUR AUTOGLASS. Safelite is the WORST company I have ever used. GEICO recommended them, when a semi-truck flung a rock and broke my windshield on the freeway. It took them 1 week to come out to me. They charged me almost $500. The next day after fixing the windshield, I was driving down the freeway and my passenger side rubber weather strip/trimming flew off my windshield and hit the car behind me almost causing an accident. I contacted Safelite right away because they claim their service is backed by warranty. The call center is RIDICULOUS and continuously hangs up on you. Once I finally got ahold of someone they scheduled me for a warranty appointment. I told them on the phone, prior to my appointment, exactly which part came off. The representative, Anthony, came to my house another week later and wasn’t aware what I needed him out there for. He said he wouldn’t be able to fix it and has to contact the corporate office to put in a request to order the part for my 2020 Kia Sorento. He said someone would follow-up with me in about a week or 2. It’s been about a month now and no one has called me or emailed me any updates. I contacted Anthony again and he said he forwarded my message to management and I should hear back soon. I waited again another week. Still no call. Just called Anthony again today and was placed on hold while he said he was speaking with people in the office. When he got back on the phone, I was told to wait 10 minutes and if I don’t receive a call, I can call him back. I didn’t receive a call. When I called Anthony again, his phone is OFF; goes straight to voicemail with a full mailbox. This is the WORST customer service I’ve ever had to deal with. Called the call centers again and they kept hanging up on me. Wish I would have spent my money elsewhere and wouldn’t have had to be treated like I don’t matter as a paying customer.

Their online appointment setting system is easy to use. And when my insurance company set up an appointment for too long out even though I already had one scheduled, they were able to transfer the insurance info to my sooner appointment for me so that I didn't have to wait. They give you a 4 hour time frame for service and the worker arrived about halfway through the time slot given. He worked quickly and efficiently and was very nice. They did send him with an incorrect glass for one of my windows and now I'm waiting to hear back from them about obtaining it from the dealership. Aside from that, it was all good.

Prices are $200 more than local mobile glass repair. Cannot even talk to a human when you call, I literally tried every phone option for 30min, closest I got was a voice recording for their "Executive Team". Additionally, theor website simply refused to take the $50off promo.. So lost evem MORE.

What an ordeal! So much went wrong dealing with this business that I don't even think I can chronicle it all.I had a simple road chip in my windshield that extended several inches. I arranged for them to come to my house and repair it through my insurance company.The "technician" came and replaced the windshield, but also tore a six to eight inch. Inch rip in my interior and a five to six inch rip in my windshield gasket. He tried to hide them both, by slapping glue on one of them and not mentioning the other. Then he encouraged me to not file a claim and said it was only cosmetic. Unbelievable!When they sent someone out finally to repair the rip in the interior, the person didn't even know why they were there and did not have the part needed l, so I had to reschedule again.Finally, that was actually repaired satisfactorily with another visit.It took more phone calls and appointments to get the gasket repaired. And weeks of waiting for the part to be found. The appointments to come repair it for the rescheduled first for an employee being sick, then for an employee having a death in the family, then for the employees transmission on his truck going out and then finally they changed my at home appointment to an in-person appointment over an hour away from my home. That's when I lost it and said no! I asked for a manager and got some type of a supervisor on the line. At that point things improved and two people from the company came out and actually got my car back to its original condition.The whole thing started in November and I was not done dealing with it until July!!!I would not use this company again.

They make too many mistakes! I went through my CSAA car insurance, which because of a contractual arrangement with Safelite, routed me to a Safelite representative. The customer rep sold me new windshield wipers (front and back) for around $30 apiece, all which I paid for online while the tech was here. First warning: do not pay this company until ALL work is satisfactorily COMPLETED. The tech came to our house and installed the new windshield and front wipers. He said he didn't have the back window wiper in stock on his truck, plus he said the windshield he installed was scratched. So despite the home visit, we had to make an appointment to go to a shop for a new windshield and back wiper. We made the appointment for the West Sacramento shop, The soonest they could fit us in was 2 weeks later... plenty of time to make sure they had the necessary parts in stock there, right? Well, when we drove there 2 weeks later we got another windshield installed, but they said they didn't have the back wiper in stock! So I asked them for a refund on the back wiper. The shop manager told me she would file a refund request and that she would text me an acknowledgement. I never received a text, that was 2 weeks ago. I followed up by calling. It took me several calls to finally get a live voice and the guy on the phone said he would put in the refund request to the billing department, which has to do some ridiculous process like reversing the entire thing then re-charging everything again minus the back wiper. Huh? I've never heard of such a thing. Just refund me the cost of the damn wiper plus tax and call it a damn day! I went through my car insurance, which has a contractual deal with Safelite. If I don't get my refund in this coming 3rd week, I am filing a complaint with my insurance company and will NEVER use Safelite again.

Your service is not complete. They forgot the molding on my front windshield it's kind of a big deal. When I pointed it out to them, they said it was complete . I'm in the process of trying to get a service with them they're hard to reach nobody wants to give you a call the best you can get is somebody to text to and they want you to do a warranty service. Complete waste of my time. Looking at the windshield they installed it may not even be the right one for my car there's a big gap on the sides. Do not take your car here if you care about the way your car looks in your car overall.So you guys can take the time to reply on a review but you guys can't take the time to call the customer back a paying customer to handle and settle the problem which was pointed out at the time of pickup you guys are a waste of time not professional at all 100%;

I had to replace the windshield for my Honda. Job was nicely done with in few hours. Second time going here. Awesome service and quick turnaround. Edgar did the replacement and recalibration.The receptionist is very friendly and helpful. Thank you guys 😊

The service was great!! My technician named Ray was very helpful at explaining everything and went out of his way to do a few extra things when he found small amounts of rust around the top of my windshield frame. He also did really good at keeping me updated on what was going on. All of the employees have great energy. I had a great experience.

Was told they had the part and to schedule an appointment. So I scheduled an appointment 2 day prior to the appointment they canceled and promised to contact me when the part came in to set an appointment up next day here we are 11 days later they have the part. But I had to call for an appointment and now I need to wait 10 more days for my appointment. No wounder they are closing the fairfield store. Started this whole adventure July 18th.

They did a good job replacing the windshield. However, a few days later we noticed the passenger side door handle area covered with the windshield sealant. Impossible to contact the business as the number listed goes only to corporate. So I left comment on their web site. Waited over a week, NO RESPONSE. Called the number earlier this week, still unable to talk to the business, after being put on hold three times, once for 14 minutes, I was told by the apparent "corporate" person they would come by with their mobile unit and take care of it that afternoon (Monday of this week) . I waited all afternoon, no show. I am hesitant to notify the BBB because I think if a customer were allowed by the buttheads up the ladder to communicate with the business manager, things could be taken care of. At this point I am sharing this with my insurance co (Allstate) who set the appoint up.

Raymond from the Fairfield, CA mobile glass service did an amazing job in replacing the windshield on my 535i on 7/24/2023. Raymond came 2 hours early because one of his appointment was not available. He was very courteous and a professional. He completed the job in about an hour, and cleaned the interior of the car and the work area before leaving. I'm very satisfied with the services provided!

4 stars for service and organization. Everything on my windshield replacement went well. Took a little longer than their updates but that's ok because I had selected the full day drop off. 3 stars for their waiting area which was on the dirty side and smelled like someone threw up. Could hardly sit there to wait but outside was too windy to be comfortable.

Didn't have the right parts so they had to reschedule last minute. Then when they installed, they didnt have the right parts so my trim is flapping when I drive. The tech said they would order the parts, then blew me off. Reached out to him two weeks later and he blew me off again. Made a new appointment and took the day off work for it. They didn't show up or bother contacting me to let me know they weren't coming . Don't use them if you can avoid it.

They did a good job replacing the windshield. It's the price that got me. $2000 to replace a windshield. In the past I've gone to R and R glass in Fairfield. But the Insurance Company made us an appointment with safelite. So we went to them. Next time I'm going to shop around a little bit.

On Friday, January 6, 2023, I had an appointment for my Ford F150 at 3:30 PM EST. When I arrived 15 minutes before my scheduled time, I was kindly greeted by many of the people who worked there--they kept on letting me know they would be with me soon; when it was my turn to be seen, Edgar at Safelite AutoGlass, 4670 Central Way, Ste. A Fairfield, CA 94534 kindly greeted me, explained how soon he would finish the work, and offered me a place to sit while waiting. Then what felt like an astonishing ten minutes went by, and Edgard had completed my window exchange appointment. He then gave me back my keys and ensured I had multiple ways of contacting him should I find an issue with his work or other concerns. The experience with Edgar and, subsequently, with Safelite made me feel I got value for my service. The service was fast, friendly, quality, easy to experience, and positively impressionable. Thank you, Edgar and the staff at this location, and Safelite.

A couple things here - I got a text a couple hours before my appt saying that I have to leave my car overnight because of low staff. Then after I get there and drop it off, not only did I get charged right away for $65 dollars more than I was quoted for but my car got done an hour and half later. This was after I got home and soon realized that I could have stayed and waited and not had the inconvenience of the next morning of trying to navigate getting to work on time. I understand things happen buts that’s 4 things that give them a 1 star rating. The lady at the front desk was a fill in and did the whole “we will address that with everyone”. I don’t believe that in the slightest- telling me they can’t finish the car and have to leave it overnight- quoted me $65 dollars less than the actual price- charging my account right away before I even saw the work that was done- texting me and telling me it was done an hour and half after I left and didn’t have to leave it overnight.

This review is for the company, not the staff at the location. Had an appointment that I made online reserved my my Tesla Saturday 11/19 for the past 2-3 weeks and get a call at 1:18pm today Friday 11/18 to advise they cannot replace my windshield as their team who recalibrates the Tesla cameras only work during the week. Not weekends. Shortly after at 1:21pm I get an email saying my appointment has been canceled….

The technician who helped me was very nice and was more than willing to answer any and all questions that I had. The estimate that I had online matched up with what I would be paying in person. The office is very organized and clean. I hope I don't need to go back. Who wants to do more repairs than they need to for their car?

They broke my tailgate and it won't lift anymore. They did the same thing to my mom's Cadillac SUV. The tech knew he broke the gate. He just closed it manually and left. Didn't say a word. There was glass left in the back and my daughter got glass in her finger!! Although he was nice he left a bitter taste in my mouth after I learned of his mistake. Now the warranty department has to come out and fix my car! Disappointed and lots of time wasted!!
