Cut my dog's hair very poorly!!!!!Then they don't call a head of time to remind you !!!!! And the shampoo makes my dog itchy!!! I recommend PetSmart or something. Or a Professional cutter!!

I've brought my 3 year old English Shepherd in for grooming since she was 5 months old. At one point, the groomers who took care of her treated her so badly, the dog literally would shake when I'd pull up to the store. Laylani has worked with her for the past year being gentle, patient, and thorough and has changed the dog's anxiety level back down to zero. Laylani has done an absolutely wonderful job grooming this dog's double coat.

Now normally it would be 5 🌟, but due to the lack of professionalism from the grooming manager is for the lack of stars. To be called and asked to assist in our pups bath was so horrible. Our dog has come to this location since she was 6 or so months old. She works with Amanda or Stephanie (both amazing) this time she had the "grooming manager" the worst. She did nothing requested, she called asking to come and get our fur baby we get there and she says I didn't do anything but I can finish if you hold her.... Wait we aren't paying you for us to have to do it. She gives us the papers to pay, we do (still our baby was wet, nails teeth, extra brushing nothing done.Next day speak with the store manager he was the best (Chris I think), he took care of it right away. Now I know when Starr our pup gets her next bath Stephanie will give her the love she is use to.For these few folks they personally get 5 stars each.

Kaylee did an excellent grooming on Molly (small 10 year old terrier). She looked so good and smelled even better. I will definitely have Kaylee groom her again.

Great prices but it can be hard to get an appointment. Staff is nice and friendly and did a great job on my service dog. His face wasn't dry but that's my only complaint, otherwise everything was fantastic.

The first time that I took my dog here, although they upcharged me for a long haired dog (although they could clearly see she was short haired) it was a wonderful experience. My baby girl looked good, smelled good and her groomer Katie was so sweet and patient. The second time I got her groomed, she didn’t look as nice because her haircut was different but everything else was good. The third time, I explained clearly that I wanted her hair cut as the first time I came. When I picked my dog up, she looked terrible. He body hair was buzzed off, her face had barely been cut and where they did cut it, there was just uneven chunks of hair missing, her tail was big, puffy and butchered. I asked her to fix it and she took her back and said she couldn’t fix her but I just felt they were packed and ready for my dog to be gone. They had my dog for 3 hours over the quoted time and when I got her home and smelled her, she smelled like wet dog! Her face hair was stiff and crunchy like maybe they used dry shampoo. It was horrible. I paid $80 plus bucks for my dog to look and smell worse than she did when I brought her in. I was extremely disappointed and had to bathe my dog myself after laying for it to be done. There is no consistency here. I do not recommend this place.

I took my 18 month old puppy for first grooming appointment and the staff were great. Gracie was nervous and they were all so patient and loving to her. She had a bath, nails trimmed and brushed. We are loving our fresh smelling puppy!

Very friendly and worked with my dog well. Stephanie is great.Update April 2020: they cancelled my grooming appointment 4 times in less than 3 weeks then told me I had to wait over a month for the next appointment even though I had already been waiting almost 3 weeks past my original appointment that I had scheduled for over a month before They cancelled it. Took my dog to Tails of the city. The cut was much better and they didn’t keep him all day like Petco or cancel a book appointment.

It’s been awhile since I’ve been here. I will be back for sure. Stephanie was super nice and set me at ease of my little “diva”. Her and the other young ladies were super friendly and all had a good laugh we me and my dog. They truly made me feel and my dog Kona feel welcomed. See you soon.

I brought my malamute here to have his nails trimmed and Emily went above and beyond and brushed his tail and tush out. This is a problem area for him with us at home and his next grooming appointment was not for another week. Not only did he not mind her brushing this area but when I picked him up he was calm and not trying to get away from her (like he does with his groomer). Emily has earned our business from now on and I’m thrilled we have found her!!

The groomer listened to what we wanted. They were very professional and thorough with our rascal's grooming. The groomer remembered what we got for the last visit, and asked if we wanted the same or something different. She listened to us, and asked questions. She is very good and patient with dogs, and very efficient. We would highly recommend!

I really like Sarah, she was very interested in Phoebe's needs. She did a good job on the grooming and I would definitely bring her back. Overall the customer service was great and everyone was nice and professional.

All the groomers, but Sarah in general have been absolutely wonderful. They are professional, efficient, and friendly. Every time I take my furbaby for services at this facility I feel we are valued and well taken care of.

Charlize (stylist) was very good and patient with my dog (1st time at Petco Grooming). Provided some personal tips on training and very accommodating. We're definitely coming back for grooming services.

I had my two Mal-shi dogs groomed at the Fairfield Petco by Emily H. First off she didn't trim my dog's paws. My younger dog, Arthur, his face was dirty, and the cut wasn't good. Bentley, my older dog, she said tried to snap at her a couple of times. I told her when I dropped the dogs off that a long time ago Bentley had a bad experience with a groomer. Since then he has been fine with groomers. I don't think they were even bathed, their feet were dirty and the paws were not trimmed. Bentley's ears were chopped up, the cut was terrible. I could've done a better job and saved $89 dollars and $15 dollar tip. I didn't want to give this review, but if you're not suited for the job, do something else. I tried to call the manager right after picking them up and I was put on hold. With everything else going on, it just didn't seem like it was that important. As long as they were kind to my dogs and didn't hurt them, really, that is all that matters to me in the grand scheme of things. I can only hope that is the case, but I will never know for sure...

I have a 9mo old puppy that was severely matted and they were able to get her in and clean her up really nice. She now looks like a dog and not a mop. The crew was really patient with her as that was her first hair cut and she was scared.

As usual Nicole was amazing! With this shelter in place and social distancing my local Petco was closed and I had to drive a bit out of the way. I was offered a discount for the inconvenience but most importantly my dog got to see a groomer she enjoys and she looks and smells great!

My yup I said my, groomer treats maisie like she is her own.Maisie hates the groomer, but if our groomer feels its too much she reschedules her to come back when she can spend more time taking care ❤ of her. 👌NICE

no luck. not professional groomers. was shown swatched... they will only use clippers up to 1/2 inch long. 1st visit..was told dog was too scared to cut her hair. today..groomer went home sick. I work..go in early. very disappointed

I do not appreciate the pressure sale to pay for more items than I requested and being bullied to add additional services for my pet, giving me the impression that my pet will not be well groomed well because i declined the pressure sale groomer person suggestions. I am likely not to return to your store for grooming services, sorry to say.
