A great store. Well stocked, and the fish systems were taken care of. They had a great selection of animals, and even some rare ones that you don’t often see (tarantulas, arrow frogs, etc). The staff was friendly and helpful, and the checkout was smooth, with the person offering advice on how to introduce new foods. The birds all have plenty of toys for enrichment as well. All in all, Top notch!

Got a cute little Betta fish recently from Petco. He's blue in color and his name is the Blue Barry White. So is it the Blueberry White or the blue Barry White? It's the latter.

Petco has always kind of been my go to but miss Melanie always makes the experience that much better she always knows about the products and is always on top of her customer service. I went in today 3/11/24 and of course there she was at the register to make the checkout experience quick efficient and she always takes care of any problems if there's ever any issues shout out again to Melanie thank you again for making the shopping experience at our local Petco that much better. My 9 yr old daughter even says how much she loves to shop there because she's so nice.

Went inside to purchase a fish earlier today and as I understand they may be under staff, we waited about 20 minutes just to get helped. When an employee who I believe is named Allison (who I later found out to be the manager) finally came to help, she approached us with a very bad attitude. She was pressuring us to purchase a total of 5 fish when we just wanted 1. The reason being the fish is used to being with a school of fish. She would not allow us to purchase the fish unless it was all 5 but she didn’t know we already had some at home. Overall very bad experience. We feel she was upset because she was busy doing something else and we pulled her away from her task. We are very frequent shoppers at Petco but after this experience we don’t plan to go back. I’m only giving this place 2 stars because the cashier was very friendly.

The gal that helped me was an utter delight. I bought 2 guinea pigs, and she made sure that they would be going to a good home with me. She clearly loves animals very deeply and is passionate about making sure they get the care that they need.

My puppy came in for his first appointment and all the staff greeted him. They were very patient with him as he was a bit nervous. Overall great experience as a first-time dog owner.

This place is great. I got my chihuahua her Halloween costume over there. All of the staff were extremely friendly. I walked over to the grooming area and found out I could get my dogs stinky rotten teeth brushed for $10. That is much better than $189 at the vet... It is conveniently located right next to In N Out!

Honestly one of the worst experiences, I took in my dog for her to get her nails cut, so I thought… while they were cutting her nails she was crying and shaking trying to remove herself from the table because she was getting forced. They told us to leave, they thought we were the reason on why she was acting like that but NO. Later on we took her to get her rabies shots they did the same thing, we didn’t think anything of it due to her acting fine later on. We didn’t and haven’t gone back but she is traumatized when we cut her nails or even touch her paws. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PETCO OR ANY PETCO!!

The lady who helped us in the fish department was a little rude. I was looking at both salt water and fresh water fish. She wrote down the code numbers, then told me I would have to stand in line and pay first before she would retrieve my fish. Then she came to the counter with them, without me picking them out.

This trip was good. They had a full reptile and spider and snake area. Plenty of fish, turtles, and betas. I was really impressed whereas times before was empty inventory.

Took my dog for grooming for the first time. Amanda was super friendly and did a fantastic job. She also gave me lots of helpful suggestions including how to download a coupon for the visit. I will definitely go back.

The assistant manager that's been there for years has always been super rude and disrespectful to anyone that interacts with her I get issues from her every time I go in. The owner has zero issues with this woman being just unhappy and mean at all times. I had started going to western ranch for all my reptile and snake needs dog food I just get off amazon its cheaper anyways. Ever since I was a kid I've had issues with that woman she gets demoted then promoted back up to management so i just don't go there unless I have to and it's literally two blocks from my house. I recently helped a coworker aquire a ball python through a rescue and he mentioned how horrible the big woman is to deal with so ive sent him to western ranch and he much preferred them as well. I won't go back there until shes gone. Last time I went in for emergency food and they had a dying beardie and large crickets being fed to dart frogs. The veiled chameleon I got from them many years ago had URI and the same assistant manager told me they don't treat the sick animals they just "quarantine them and cross their fingers" yet another horrible experience with her I finally left when she started yelling at me.

I went last night to purchase super worms for my bearded dragon. I got the 25 count thinking it was the 50 count and a box of dog treats for my puppies. I went home and they all were dead. Dried out. I went back to exchange them this morning and it was a penny difference when getting the new 50 count. I realized last night I was charged for a 50 count and addressed the situation with the manager to educate the kid that rang me up last night.Let's see how that goes moving forward. I choose this store over petsmart Because of the inventory Selection and The convenience of how easy it is to find items is way better at Petco then petsmart.

The staff is very friendly and the store is clean and well kept! However, I made an appointment thinking my dog was going to get his bath right then and there but I got a call an hour later about an issue as a result of him being in a kennel… for an hour. I was unaware when I left him there, he’d be put in a kennel before his turn. I’m disappointed that I made an appointment for a certain time thinking they’d get straight to work, telling me it would take about 1 hour and I got a call one hour later for them to not have started.

I will never return to this Petco ever! The store manager is an absolute miserable human being and shouldn’t be working in Costumer service. I have never witnessed someone so triggered because I stopped her to ask a question. I even told her it was ok and I’ll wait forThe other associate who was busy at the moment. Her attitude was unnecessary and I feel bad for who works for her. She claimed she worked for the company 15 years and it CEARLY shows. Quit already it’s not worth your happiness.

My fiance and I came in on the evening of Sunday 12/19 and were extremely impressed with the service we received! One of your associates (I am so sorry, but I forgot her name!) kindly approached us and offered her assistance when we entered. She mentioned she was your nutritionist. We explained that our dog has been very picky with her food lately, and not eating as much as we'd like. Your nutritionist was very knowledgeable and offered us many great suggestions. We ended up picking a new variety of kibble within the same brand for our dog. We have been mixing that new kibble in with our old kibble to get our dog used to the food. Our dog has been loving this new variety of food and has eaten every last drop during all of her feedings since we started this! Petco should do everything they can to keep this nutritionist on staff. Her expertise, kindness, and professionalism were exceptional. Thank you so much for helping us get our dog back consistently eating again! :)
