Staff very disinterested, no desire to assist and in general, appeared to wish they were somewhere else.Asked if certain treatments were stocked, the answer was... you can look yourself, I don't know.Date of visit Weds 17th April.Went to Pet Co where it was completely different ... staff were super attentive and pointed out various options available, including the item I wanted.

I took my dog for heartworm blood test and getting heartworm med on Sunday (mobile vet service 4-5:30pm). We got some wet food for her as well. Nice friendly staff and price is reasonable.

Great place to get dog food, pet club is the only place that offers 15% off instincts brand dog or cat food regularly. Today they had buy one get one free deal! My dog is very picky about what he likes and he loves instinct raw toppers! Great bargain!

Excellent pet supply store with good cat & dog selection. Definitely has the best prices for food in the area, and stocks the cat litter I prefer (intersand) at the lowest price around.

Love the selection of premium dog food! Not many places carry Zignature. I saw this packaging of another brand & it made me laugh. It looks like one of my dogs, my newest adoptee.

Great selection of products for all types of pets from fish and reptiles to bunnies, hamster, cats and dogs! Always the lowest price of any pet store! I highly recommend it!

Very large pet store, but no reptiles. It really looks like this store mainly supports cat and dog owners, but they did have a good amount of aquarium fish too.

Most recent experience (07/30/23); apparently the staff is a bunch of kids that can't be inconvenienced with putting up a sign to notify customers that the vet clinic was canceled for the day. In fact, they kept up a sign stating the clinic is available every Sunday (which in this case it wasn't). It's bad enough you have a bunch of pet parents taking their fluffy loved ones across town in 90+ degree weather, to trek across the hot pavement to only ask a disgruntled kid if the clinic was in fact in operation that day. Best part was, not all of the staff was on the same page and I had to ask 3 team members to receive the correct information. Posting this in hopes that the leadership team will get the memo..to notify customers via email or at least a sign on the sign (🤦) or the door so we don't need to waste time talking to a kid who feels like we are asking them a basic question about THEIR facility. Do yourselves a favor and don't count on an unreliable business to provide a care plan for your fluff. See an established vet instead.

The fish tanks always have dead fish in them and look very poorly maintained. I've gone the last 3 weekends in a row to buy fish but the sad state of the tanks turn me off each time. They should fix the department or just stop selling live fish altogether.

Love this place they are always the cheapest place around to get wet food for cats. The staff is great and knowledgeable. I have noticed during the pandemic some cashiers have been a little stand offish, but that's understandable. I come here once a month to get all my catfood for the month.

I always enjoy shopping here. They usually have what I'm looking for at a decent price. Also, before I switched their food, Pet Club use to be the only place that I could find the specific cat food I was buying within 20 miles of where I live (without paying a ridiculous price online).Today I went in to get a new cat litter box. I know I could've bought one online but sometimes you just need to see the actual size you're getting. Although, to be fair, in doing my online research before going to Pet Club, I hadn't found the brand I ended up buying before. Plus the price was reasonable.I also bought more litter...I personally like the Tidy Cats lightweight. They sell it at a decent price compared with other retailers.When it was time for me to check out, the cashier was super lovely. She mentioned that she liked my shirt and we briefly joked about our shared obsession with coffee. All the associates I interacted with in the store were friendly (they usually are). And, in my opinion, I normally feel like the associates who work here actually like their jobs...at least that's the vibe they normally give off. 😅

Their selection is great, prices are unbeatable! I tried a new food for my pup, thinking that if she liked it, I'd get more on Amazon. Well, Amazon was not even competitive with Pet Club, no one was! I checked Chewy and Ebay too! Sometimes find their staff to be aloof and grouchy. Minus one star for that...

I'm seriously disappointed with Pet Club. I buy the Northwest Naturals frozen raw food for my cats and for over a month now the product has shown signs of being defrosted enough that it refreezes to a solid mass. This defrosting and refreezing compromises the quality of the product, but they don't seem to care! It also makes it impossible for me to rebag into individual servings, which is necessary because I don't the whole bag for a single day of feeding. I've spoken to Mike several times and his response was that not enough people are complaining. Then he told me he would set aside bags for me (knowing I come each Thurs.) that haven't been frozen solid. When I came to pick up food this week he saw me and promptly went to lunch. How convenient. There were only frozen solid bags in the freezer and no one knew anything about saving bags for me. I spend well over $300 there each month. I would think a manager would have better customer service skills. All the rest of the staff is very friendly.

They have a good selection of products for different pets... however a few items didn't have a price tag and when I asked them to maybe put a tag for future customers, the manager said he wasn't going to do it. There was also a new employee who kinda had an attitude when I asked him a question.. I like to shop here because it's close by and they have great prices, but how am I supposed to shop if there are no price tags and no employees around?? It's not that hard to hand-write a tag..

I went in for a fish, and expected a decent selection because of the pictures. I got a red cap oranda, which they had listed at 20.99. Went to the register, guy charged 2.09, of course i’d didn’t say anything, especially because my friend was buying it as a birthday gift. My fish died hours later, I am a novice fish keeper, this fish had no reason to die in my care. I should have known when they charged so little. Fish tanks are dirty, with dead fish. Hand written signs practically warning you the fish will die everywhere. I also bought decor there, and it was broken when i took it out of the package. Staff wasn’t friendly either, kinda stalked my friends and i. Buy your fish online, not worth it here.

Pet Club has a good variety of cat food. I don't live close to this store but I will drive to find the cat food for my cats.The employees are very nice and welcoming. It's a nice store to walk in to.

This place has unique items that I wouldn't find somewhere else. Yet I also lacks some of the more common items you would traditionally find in a pet store. I was looking for a long leash and they don't carry them.Also their employees are not as attentive as other pet stores in the area. No greetings no can I help you.

it's a smaller pet store but and that's why I like it. I get in get what I need and I'm always able to get out quickly. I do feel though because it is a smaller pet store the employes should go out of their way to let their guest know they appreaciate them coming in and to welcome you when u walk in the door and they should have someone walking around to make sure you are finding the things your looking for. I would like that.it just makes it more personal.

Recently moved into the area and was pleasantly surprised to have a local place to buy feeder rodents for my snake! You have to ask for them but the staff are helpful and I've been able to find frozen rats here when Petco was out of stock. It appears that they have live feeders as well although I've never bought them. They also carry ecoearth substrate and other reptile supplies. Very convenient for me.

Nice store but the prices have gone way up. There used to be a big difference in their prices and the prices at regular pet or grocery stores, but now they are really no better. Some items on sale are a good deal, but some items are cheaper on sale at other stores. I have to travel a distance to get to one of their stores and it used to be worth it, but generally it's not anymore.

WAS Great store, clearly have hired burn outs. Charged double for feeder fish, kids can’t count and took 25 minutes to rip me off. Save yourself and go to the Hayward location. Maybe remedial students understand emojis? 👎👎👎
