Wonderful, kind staff who are always first to welcome you into their unique and fun store! This store is filled with fantastic bird merchandise and people who help you find exactly what you are looking for with excitement and a wealth of bird knowledge. This is also, surprisingly, a stellar spot to buy beautiful jewelry. They really do it all! Highly recommend it.

My sister Patty and I love to visit Wild Birds & Gardens in Fair Oaks because of the staff’s friendliness and customer service. We became bird watching enthusiasts a couple of years ago and were searching for some good quality seeds (not from big box stores) to entice our new feathered bird friends to our backyard when we discovered this lovely store just by driving around running errands.Michelle, Stephanie, Bob, Maryland and the rest of the staff are very knowledgeable of the store products and always ready to answer our questions and make suggestions about anything we may need. The store offers beautiful hand made decor items for patios, personal care and gifts for any occasion. Customer loyalty is also rewarded with the VIP customer appreciation event held at their location. We are absolutely happy to support family owned businesses that thrive on excellent customer service and unique products. Thank you Wild Birds & Gardens!!!

My very first time there today was wonderful and memorable. I was greeted by a gentleman named Jim. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and perhaps from the 'old school'.. I dig that! I came for seed but left with much more than merchandise. Jim reminded me of a time long ago, when merchants saw customers for more than just a sale but also as a friend.I will definitely return. Already have my eye on a feeder. Thank you Jim for your excellence.

Always an educational & entertaining experience to shop here. Now that our two doggos expired, our resources have shifted back to supporting the neighborhood wild birds & squirrels. Not cheap nowadays, but those beautiful little creatures seem to appreciate!

Great selection of wild bird seeds. I especially like their patio mix because there aren't any shells to make a mess. They have a great selection of feeders and decorative items. And last, but not least, the people are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

I went in to get a glass hummingbird feeder. I found one at a very good price. I can also replace the base on it whenever I need to without buying an whole new feeder when it is time time to replace. The man who helped me was kind and informative. I came out with more knowledge about hummingbird s than when I came in. I very pleasant and helpful experience!

Limited selection of bird seeds. They push their own blends and have no bulk seeds. Customer service was pretty bad. One clerk was totally involved with social chat with two other people who were standing in front of a display of products so I couldn't see what was available, oblivious to my efforts to see what they had. The other clerk helped me only after I directly confronted him. I won't go there again.
