My new 60 lb Carolina dog year and a half old, did not like her nails touched. They were growing so long I didn't know what to do. So I came in to Petco and talked to one of the groomers, Ariel and we went through all the options. So when I brought Annie in for her nail clipping for the first time, Ariel had one of her coworkers pet and dote on Annie while she was getting her nails clipped and buffed. And she was very calm. These guys knew what they were doing! So impressed- taking the time, being patient, they now have a new customer!

My doggy looks very cute with his new hair cut. The stylist was very nice, professional and took good care of my pet. Peoples pets are like their children. Cassandra is an extremely talented groomer. She is a Pet Lover and her gentle attention to detail is so apparent in her grooming & appreciated. I have a new puppy who is so happy and so handsome since he went to his first grooming with Cassandra. My other two pups are familiar with Cassandra for we found her and followed her from Folsom. The groomers at Petco are very kind and sweet with the animals and Cassandra is exceptional! They take a lot of time to get to know your pet before grooming them. And even though it’s a larger grooming facility and can have a lot of dogs at one time, they make every effort keep the environment as stress-free as possible for each dog.

Because the entire crew under Clayton are loving, caring, and value their jobs. They treat my pugs as if they were their own. It isn't just a job, they develop a relationship with both pugs...I love that about them! I usually have Stephanie and she is simply the sweetest and most caring groomer (well, along with Clayton and the others).

Cassandra did an awesome job of bathing, trimming and brushing out my Sheltie...he looked nicely groomed and beautiful! She also did an awesome job on my 5 month old mini golden doodle pup who I was most concerned about since this was his first time. She took the time when we arrived for him to get used to her. She bathed him and gave him a little trim around his eyes, so he could see better. Pius a nice brushing. I dont know how she was able to get him to stay still enough to trim around his eyes! Just goes to show you how skillful she is at her job! He looked so mature and handsome afterwards! He seemed pretty happy too, not at all traumatized by this new exoerience!

Duke's nails were much better after his grooming. The previous time (November 2019), his nails were jagged and I needed to trim and file the lose nail edges off. His appt. on Feb. 16, 2020 was much better and his nails are shorter and smoother. Thank you.
