Terrible experience at this place. The lady there with the crazy eye brows is so rude 1st of all, but I went twice waiting for a prescription and even called before I went the 2nd time to pick up to be sure it was all ready and they said all they needed was insurance info. So there I go for a 2nd time just for the crazy eyes to tell me they have none of my medications. Why have me go back, even after I called, just to tell me they don’t have it. Ugh so Frustrating now we have to wait to have the prescription filled again somewhere else after having surgery and being in pain. Not good customer service at all.

About 4 months ago I went to pick up my wife’s prescription for pain, that her doctor prescribed for her. She was to have gall bladder surgery the next day. The pharmacist felt that she did not need the pain medication that her doctor prescribed for her so he would not fill it. We had to get a hold of her doctor and get the doctor to call the pharmacy and explain why she needed this pain medicine. A lot of red tape to get this person fill scrip. I felt humiliated while everyone in the place was getting a good theater at my wife’s expense. Hope this has never happened to anyone else. Should the pharmacist be able to override the doctors orders. Or is he playing medicine police?

Rudest pharmacy i have ever been to in my life! They discriminate customers. They do not hold up to their end of text messages when it comes to giving prescriptions. When i am a disabled person who is in need of my medication no matter what it is, they look at me like I am a horrible person. They laugh in your face. I hate this pharmacy!!!Customers BEWARE!!!!

If I colud give 0 stars I wolud and let’s start off with nothing in there it dosent even seem like a rite aid when you walk In so much stuff missing and isles with only half shelves. Waited for two customers to pay to get my ice cream still no no body came over.. the lady had to the audacity to tell me to have a good day as I walked out frustrated..

Wait times are ridiculous and prescriptions are never ready when they are supposed to be. I've even been told that it's ready only to show up, wait in the long line, and be told that they had to order it and it won't be there until the next day. Never once have I had a good experience. Taking my business across town now and I've been much happier!

Rudest pharmacy technician. You will wait hrs for rx to be filled and don’t call them to see if your rx is ready. The technician will tell you that you have to wait if you tell her it’s been hrs she will tell you AND it will be ready when it is ready.. worst customer service ever

Friendly staff, though they always seem short handed. Refills seem to take longer than average, but I signed up to have them TEXT when refills are ready so that helps alleviate any frustration/ multiple trips to the pharmacy.

I avoid going to Rite Aid at all costs. The employees always seem grumpy, like helping the customers is an inconvenience. Pharmacy service is a joke. The few times a year I’m forced to go there because I need a prescription filled after Rancho is closed always leaves me annoyed and reminded of why I don’t frequent the store.

Shelves all pretty bare. Didn't find a couple of things I wanted but I do like the dog bones and raw hides etc that they sell for a $1.00 a package.

Prescriptions are never ready. Called in a refill at 2pm and estimated pick up time is at 5pm. Most likely won't be ready when I get there. (Never are)

Wait time got so bad I went to Rancho Pharmacy where they know your name and they will hunt for coupons and find you discounts... Try Rancho Pharmacy you will love it!!!!
