Went in to see what their availability was and the lady was extremely dry and very rude. No customer service skills at all!! Not sure how you can run a business that way. I asked for a morning and the rude lady didn’t even try to offer anything else or even bother to ask if I wanted to book an appointment on their next available. Do not use this place unless you want to get treated rude!

I had called them concerning my fat cat (my Siamese) on Friday they told me to bring him in Saturday practically no notice ahead of time and they got him in there. He's unable to clean himself his butt area need to be shaved I had them shave all of him basically they gave him a bath they said 2 hours he was done in like an hour or less second time I brought him to them and they've done an awesome job I'll keep going back to them.

Well our family dog of fourteen years was it much needed of some TLC. I was so impressed with the compassion and that gentleness in the care that she showed Markie who's a very unpredictable and can be aggressive dog especially if you don't know her. She took right to the groomer and enjoyed and loved every minute of her pampering and caring for. She took great a deal of time on her, Markie didn't want to eave when it was time to go I truly appreciate and would love to recommend them to anyone

The owner, gracious and rather blunt, lol, is a pleasure. She is a business professional and has been at this same location for over 15 years. She stands by her promise, that if, for any reason you are not satisfied with the grooming, you will receive a redo or refund. I was unhappy with the last grooming she did and saw areas that appeared neglected and bypassed over. I did phone her and then went in person. She was not too happy about my complaint. But that's just her character; she is a perfectionist. She did acknowledge my concerns and redid my dog's groom. The result produced a show quality groom! I recommend Cozy Clip Grooming because she stands by her word. And in today's society, having a business professional like her, is old fashioned quality customer service that many businesses are lacking in!

They did a great job on my dog. But I called on the appointment for a flea bath, priced somewhere between 35.00 to 45.00. When we got there she said it was 35.00 due to the small size of my dog. When she called so he could be picked up she said it would be 40.00 because he had a lot of fleas!! Say what??? So wrong, but they did a great job.

I called in the morning to see if we can bring our old english bulldog in for thr first time and she said come right now. Got there and they took her to the back to clean her. They treated her great. Cash only so I left with my dog after grooming to get money came back and paid. They are wonderful people.
