Their pharmacy is the worst! Here I sit on hold, phone just ringing for 35 MINUTES. Not a single staff member has acknowledge me. The phone gets picked up and put back on hold. I'm changing to CVS

Hateful pharmacy staff. They couldn't even manage a scheduled flu vaccine. All my information was put in wrong as in using another customers information. I was concerned they wouldn't be competent enough to give the right vaccine I came in for. I left without the vaccine and went to CVS in Target, much better experience.

The pharmacist who was working 07/20/2023 has zero understanding in customer service. Made me and another person wait for 30 min while she was chatting up with “corporate”. No respect for people and their time.

We stopped here 2 times during our visit. We were visiting for a memorial and needed to get a few things for our trip. The 1st visit we needed to use the bathroom and get some toiletries. A manager walked by and we asked for the code. She very rudely said we don't give out the code you have to stand in the back and push a button and wait for someone to let you in, although the door entrance was open for anyone to walk in but not the bathrooms. She said this to us while walking by and not stopping like we were a bothersome to her. She went up to the photo area and started yelling at the 2 people there. We just looked at each other and walked away in disgust that she was doing that in front of guests.The 2nd visit was worse. We were waiting at the photo counter, being patient waiting until we saw someone but didn't hit the button for service. The same manager lady, Heather Jones, came by and reprimanded me for not hitting the button, very rudely. The entire transaction was unpleasant and awkward. She has no people skills and not a very good customer service person I would want to represent my store. I do want to point out and give big kudos to the young blonde lady working in the photo area. She was very sweet, kind and helpful to us even though she seemed stressed out because of her manager. I shop my local walgreens a few times a week and have never had this kind of a horrible experience at any other Walgreens location. We made a point to get the managers name because it needs to be brought to her attention that what she says and does is a representation of Walgreens and could lose business for that store.

The check out line ways seems understaffed. I would give 5 stars if i was able to check out quickly but it always takes at least 10 mins in line even at non peak times.The workers do their best and I appreciate them. But they still seem under staffed.They also never stock 1/2 &1/2.5/4/2022- The manager Kerry has no pla e managing a store. She is rude, unprofessional, and doesn't have the initiative to solve basic problems. What could have been an easy exchange turned into a yelling match because the woman seems bent on avoiding accountability and being hostile for no reason.

Quick service at the pharmacy and friendly staff. They have all your drugstore needs. I always enjoy their toy and candy sections. As a fan of Halloween, Christmas, and summer fun, I look forward to their seasonal aisle every year. I always pick up my prescriptions here. The drive-thru pharmacy is very convenient as well.

On hold for a half an hour and still didn't get through. I'm pretty positive I heard them repeatedly pick up and put me back on hold. What a way to spend an early lunch break.

Do not use this pharmacy if you actually need your medication. They close unexpectedly way more than a business that helps keep people alive should. When they are open they will take days to fill something.

I work in a provider office and this is the worst pharmacy to call in scripts too. Their automated phone service is the worst, not giving you a way to leave voicemails, when you finally get a live person they put you on hold (mulitiple times) without waiting for your response. I realize they are short handed, I am hoping that corporate sees this review and helps them out with more employees.

Tonight my husband and I went to Walgreens on Broadway in Eureka. The cashier asked if we wanted an ereceipt to save trees. We responded no we would like a paper receipt, when he responded " Go ahead and kill trees". We live and grew up in an area where logging and mills supported many families. This was so disrespectful to our family since we were one family who supported our family working at a mill as our son who is supporting his kids currently working at our local Schmidbauer at the age of 25. We will never shop Walgreens again.

Walgreens has a variety of products from allergy medicine to zippers that one could sew in place. They are equipped with a full pharmacy, featuring a drive up window. Walgreens is a perfect spot for procuring everyday goods to include but not limited to puppy dog treats, human treats, bottled water, healthy snacks, writing utensils, fastening supplies, gift cards and so forth. The staffing is super friendly, very helpful. Also, not a well known fact but a walgreens is an official Fed Ex dropsite for delivery and pick up, provided the items are within size and weight constraints. They feature a walgreens wellness or membership too that can save a shopper many dollars, while accruing points that can be put towards future purchases. Be well friends.

Was told my prescription would be ready in 2 hours the day before; which I double checked and confirmed over the phone. I had to get special permission to leave the August Complex Fire and drive over an hour to get there. Show up and they didn't even have my information which I gave them the day before on file. Basically told me that it was my problem and they didn't care. Worst customer service I have ever received from a pharmacy...

These guys are usually pretty fast and helpful. Plus they work late and have a drive thru so it’s very convenient coming here. Just don’t expect them to move super fast when they’re busy. They’re doing the best they can I feel.

This is my favorite walgreens. The staffs are friendly and care about costumers. The pharmacy also the best too. I get my covid-19 vaccine there and it was very quick and easy.

This is a very convenient store with every little thing you could want all on a main thoroughfare. Only one small defect. There is one girl here who flirts with me relentlessly and teases me every time I come in. She creeps me out.

I was on vacation and had to pick up a prescription. Well they gave me the wrong or switch my medication from one type of drug to another medication. And anyone with autoimmune problems can tell you that you don't even switch to generics. So been horrible sick.
