Why didn’t I call them sooner!? Excellent and professional customer service, quality work, and convenient pick up service. We had 4 bedrooms cleaned and the gentleman did a great job, carpets look super clean, he was in and out in no time. I also had 3 runners and 3 large area rugs taken away to get cleaned and they did a great job with those as well and the pick up and delivery service is so convenient and appreciated. I am definitely going to make a point to get all carpets and rugs cleaned yearly. So pleased with their service, thank you!

I returned from vacation to find cat urine on the majority of my couch cushions. Redwood Chem-Dry came to my house the day after I called them to pick up the cushions and treat them at their shop. He was on time for the appointment, checked in with me if I had any questions for him before getting started, and then he got right to work. I was always skeptical about getting a third party to clean your carpets and rugs; thinking I could do just as good of a job for half the price. Boy, was I wrong! Ryan with Redwood ChemDry is hands down the best in the business. They are affordable, friendly, easy to work with, punctual, use non-toxic products, and make your upholstery clean! We bought a house where prior owners had three large dogs making the carpets filthy. Ryan advised us he could clean the carpets but we should also plan to clean the walls, hard floors etc to get rid of the heavy dog odor. Ryan did a FANTASTIC job on the carpets, and when we followed his advice to clean other areas, it completely fixed the dog odor issue. Ryan was so friendly & professional. I was very impressed, he brought down one partner measured gave quotes & right to work. They did my whole house plus two throw carpets. We have 2 dogs 2 cats so we had a few stains. We asked for Sanitizer for carpet & spot protection. Worth every penny. They where only here a couple hours and I am So truly happy! They are beautiful and smell so good. Even had a nice size wax spot (Red from a candle) in bedroom side of bed, it's just gone! I will now be on a regular once a year with them. I have an elderly cat with poor bladder control, and after several incidents I really needed my couch and chair cleaned. Nature's Miracle alone just wasn't doing the trick. Ryan came out the same day I called, even though he had to squeeze me in to do so. He is a great guy - pleasant and professional, and his rates are very reasonable. He did a wonderful job with my couch and chair, and even cleaned my area rug at the same time, saving me the cost of an additional service charge. All looked beautiful. Because I had already used an odor reducing enzyme, we decided not to add it again as it might have damaged the upholstery. Unfortunately, the smell didn't go away completely, so I called Ryan to see if he could come out again and apply it this time. Even though it was my decision not to use it the first time, Ryan didn't charge me for the additional application or service call.If you want great service, done right and at a reasonable rate, don't hesitate to call Ryan at Redwood (Pace) Chem-Dry.

I've used Ryan and Redwood Chem-Dry 2x now. The first time I was moving out of a small place and the previous company I had hired to clean the carpets made virtually no difference. Ryan came in and for less time and less money made the carpet look like new again. Very impressed with the customer service, short work and drying time, and reasonable prices. He's just now helped me get the puppy pee out of our carpet! We will always use Redwood Chem-Dry.

Ryan arrived when expected, gave me an accurate price for the square footage, and got right to work. So professional and considerate! He even had to work around the needs of a tenant by cleaning his room first. Cleaning included even areas with a bed in the way which Ryan moved to one side and back again. I have never used ChemDry before and was so pleased compared to the companies that soak your rugs with water so it takes hours or even days to dry. The product was safe with a pleasant citrus scent.
