We have been using Pampered Pooches to bathe our dogs twice a month for the last 8 years. She has made our dogs feel loved and comfortable while getting them squeaky clean! You can tell that the owner takes pride in her work and builds relationships with the dogs. I fully recommend them for your dog grooming needs.

Update: Bella is special, she sleeps under the blankets, my constant companion and is a superior bed warmer. It's been so cold and she works for food. I wouldn't trust her to anyone but Pampered Pooches.Two old lady pups that need maintenance on their paws and fur, knowing there is someone close, who is competent and kind is huge! Found it with Pampered Pooches.

The owner, Lynn, gave me great advice on how to groom my persian cats and what products to use. I tried the method she recommended as well as the products and the results were phenomenal. I'm still over the moon! Lynn is very kind and extremely knowledgeable. Her love for grooming is very evident. I highly recommend Pampered Pooches!

Love this groomer. My dogs are gorgeous on the inside but Lynn makes them gorgeous on the outside too. They get compliments all the time on their clean haircuts. Her shop is clean and she's incredibly fast and good with the dogs. They legitimately love going to get groomed. So glad I found this great grooming salon here in Eureka where I'm comfortable taking my dogs.

Have made several attempts to contact them and have yet to hear back from them, not very good customer service In my opinion.Calling to see how much they charge for grooming my 4 Chihuahuas and I can't get them to A) answer their phone and B) when I did leave a message as to what I'm looking for they can't be bothered to return my calls. Poor way to gain new business.5 days later I am in the area, I decided to give you another chance to see about getting my dogs groomed, and I am attacked at your front door and given a sob story, still no clue as to your pricing, and verbally attacked by you. I will make sure to tell everyone I know how you treat a potential customer.Please keep in mind that your attitude towards potential customers is probably why you are filing for bankruptcy, and NOT COVID-19.You apologized for not being available all of the time, but I would expect you to be available during your normal business hours, which is when I called your establishment while I was across the street at LoCo Fish Co.I would also like to point out that I too am a business owner and have NEVER blown off a customer, let alone a perspective client-in fact, that would be one of the first people I would have been in contact with. I left a very detailed message with you and you STILL blew off my phone call.You stated that your message states to leave you a text message for a reply, when,in fact, it states leave a message but for a quick response, text you. I waited a full week for you to return my calls before I put the first part of this review on, and the rest of my review after I inquired about your rate for grooming and you attacked me verbally. Had you been a little more business like and greeted me cordially, I would have gladly taken my original review down, but you thought it better to go on the attack right off get go so here you go.I wish you all the best.To Debra Erze, I gave the owner an entire week to get back in touch with me, which is, with most business communication plans, is an acceptable and appropriate amount of time to respond, before posting the first paragraph of this, and everything else less this paragraph, was made today, after she verbally assaulting me.I too am a business owner, have a family, a wife, and an elderly student pursuing 4 degrees, all at the same time, while caring for mine and my wife's extensive medical issues, and I wasn't the aggressor in today's confrontation, so SHAME ON YOU! Get your facts straight before accusing one of not being patient, it seems that you feel like you have to protect your friend for her poor customer service, which is the base of this review, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!Update:I now receive nasty and dirty looks from the owner/manager every time I go to LoCo Fish Company.Once again, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!I would recommend finding someone other than Pampered Pooches.Update:I was at LoCo Fish around 3:15 and saw the owners locking the shop up. Good to see your business is thriving so that you can call it a day so early in the day.Still wishing you all the best in your business endeavors.

Couldn't have been more satisfied with my experience here! With my ever changing schedule it is hard to stick with appointments. I called everywhere on a Thursday hoping to get a last minute weekend appointment and everywhere was so booked up! Called Lynn and she got him in the next day! I will definitely be bringing my Frenchie here again! He looks and smells great after a nice bath and clean up!

Lynn and Company are both Professional and friendly, and they go above and well beyond any expectations I have of a Groomer. She is beloved by my precious Girl (a 19 lb Terrier), and has even gone out of her way to help me out following a recent medical procedure. She is friendly, and her skill is everything you expect it to be. Specific or special requests are followed through on, and the results are remarkable, as my Girl looks amazing! Also, her pricing is competitive, though it never hurts to tip great service! (Btw, I'm picky, so I cannot understand the negative review here, UNLESS that person was extremely rude FIRST or failed to communicate, or who knows? My experience is that Lynn works hard and is always friendly AND upbeat). We will return again, and again.

To the previous post...Sir, maybe you should just have some patience instead of being impatient. Being mean to those working with the public during these challenging times is probably not the best thing especially when a business owner - especially women - have to take on the job as the mother, wife, and the business owner.Lynn does and excellent & professional service. April loves the grooming here. I used to pick her up after her spa day and she would be shivering at Pampered Pooches she is a happy girl. I really like the idea that she can be in and out in a couple of hours. Not stuck in a cage all morning until her turn comes up.

Came into town in an rv. We had been dry camping for a week up in the mountains. My pup had been playing in the river and was yucky. I called and she was nice enough to squeeze me in. Came and picked up a great smelling happy pup. With clipped nails and a shiny coat.Thank you thank

We loved pampered pooches, however recently we experienced a not so plesant experience. We had a scheduled appointment on a Saturday went to drop off our doodle and the place was all closed up. After 3 attempts all within the hour of the scheduled appointment no one was there. Several messages left. It was not untill the following tuesday that i received a text message at 7am. With no apologies just a if you would like to reschedule please call. Im sorry but poor customer service. I get things happen but don't disregard your loyal customers in such a distasteful disregard to there time and money. We will not be returning.
