I spent 20 minutes trying to find something nice for the .99 cent day, and I did! Unfortunately I only had a couple dollars on me and the shirt had a tiny green tag I didn't notice, indicating full price. Normally no big deal but they are quite adamant on their green tag prices. O well, there are plenty of thrift stores in town who are willing to work with you on the price. Thanks for nothing Miranda's Rescue.

Employees are so very friendly as well as inviting. This thrift store always has an amazing deal (Daily sales/discounts) on top of their already low prices. Each visit to Miranda's Rescue Thrift Store I find at least 1 item I can't seem to live without but, never knew I needed before heading into the store. A must visit!

We enjoyed finding all the little treasures. 1/2 price Sunday, loved the discounts. Plenty of parking, and right off the main street. No complaints here.

May be a great cause but super rude staff. Called ahead to see what they do not accept, manager said they take everything but baby/kids clothes and toys. Awesome, I had none of that. Then I got there and was told they wouldn't take half of my stuff, when I questioned the volunteer she had the manager come back to scold me. I literally called ahead to ask what they wouldn't take, then got talked down to because the manager's lack of proper communication? Cool...

Had a fun time thrifting while passing through Eureka. Found a pair of volcom shorts, they were an awesome deal too, $2.99 and it was on sale for half off! So I got them for $1.61What a steal....Worth checking out.

I thought this was a decent thrift store that helped animals apparently it is not I brought some donations very nice stuff dropped them off lady was kind of rude to begin with I guess cuz I wasn't there at the right time but after I drop them off I walked over to the Johns cigars as I'm walking back to my car I noticed that employee loading the stuff I just donated into their vehicle what's up with that what kind of place is this so I'm assuming that the donations I make may or may not get used at the store for to help the animals is that how this store works the employees take what they want first and then what's left over gets sold come on really.

I came in to donate some things that I had no room for after I moved. Some quality clothing and nice, small kitchen appliances. It was 3:00:30 pm when I told the lady I had a few things to donate. She told me they only accepted donations between 10-3 and would not accept my donations. I guess rules are rules. This bugged me because I knew what I was donating would actually be useful for someone unlike most of the stuff in her store. The only reason I gave it a two stars is because the thrift goes to a good cause. Unfortunately, I will not be going back.

I love this little thrift shop. It is located on mrytle Avenue in Eureka Ca. I just like looking and sometimes I find something good. It supports miranda's rescue in Fortuna Ca where I got my dog from. Meet Marley

Found a mr coffee 4 cup brewer for three bucks. No more boiling in a pot. Find stuff here more often than not. It's a good charity too. Found a Dale of Norway sweater like new (1994 Lillehammer pattern) for three bucks

They had 2 different prices on an item. They use white tickets & put green marker on it, then call it a green ticket. They need to mark things right at the Eureka store. They get defensive when I mentioned that the Mckinleyville Miranda's doesn't do this. Room for improvement.
