Oftentimes is a local crafter I enjoy walking through stores and seeing what new products they have. But when I tend to come into Michael's I seem to be followed harassed and talked about through the microphones and walkie talkies system that they wear. I feel harassed stocked and embarrassed by their store staff. It has put me off from crafting and taking some of the fun enjoy out of the little things in life. I no longer enjoy shopping for my crafting supplies. Especially the the newest she was harassing and stalking me through the store forno reason. Even ws I made my prchas she was watching to make sure i paid. It was a humiliating experience. It honestly is ruined crafting for me. I used to really enjoy it. But my last few visits the staff treatment has saddened my heart. I don't wish for anyone to experience that.

Best local craft store for everything crafting. They tend to have some great deals here as well. Make sure to check out clearance stuff when there are no sales going .

A little pricer than online but the selection is all time, everything an artist could desire including single colored pencils, good ones, for $2.68, I mean really and single gel pens, and single acrylic water and oil paints of many many versions and price points. Fake plants they got a ton of those too. Would score better except for prices I feel are high maybe I'm wrong

Twas strange to be in a craft store that had zero selection for fabrics. Perhaps I was trained by JoAnns and my expectations are unrealistic. Hence I only marked it down by 1 star. The staff was not knowledgeable, yet they were all very kind and did their best to find answers to any questions I had... and that counts for everything. Well done guys! Prices are expected for Michael's. Aisles were clean. Inventory was well stocked. No complaints.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. I went in for Christmas ornaments and I got what I needed. Then looked around for a bit and noticed they have lots of picture frames in this particular store. Which is great, because I need picture frames.

I had a horrible experience with Angie doing a UPS drop off. Angie “how much does it weigh” me “it’s under 35 pounds.. the return label says 45lbs tho.” I flipped the box around to show her the original label and how it said 35lbs.. she then said rudely “I need a label I can scan” I flip the box back around she says “it says it’s 45 lbs I need to see if we can take it, we have a weight limit” I then go to double check my label and it says this was one of the access points I could take it to. I go up to her as she’s reading a huge pamphlet and inform her that it says I can take it here. She says with much attitude “I understand can you let me do my job there’s a weight limit” this was new information and she acted like I had repeated it to her 1000’s times. She came back and said “our limit is 48lbs so I’M going to allow it… it’s not fair you ups costumers treat me so rudely” i then calmly said “I believe you’re the one acting rude” I can’t believe she works in costumer service..

The staff were great! They helped us carry several big frames to the front of the store and then to the car. They also knew where to find things and details about them. If they didn't, they got someone there quick. The prices were good, the stock was well organized, and we really appreciated the helpfulness of the staff. Bathroom was clean and they opened it quickly, for which we were grateful. 😉

The store was well stocked as usual. We bought some craft supplies and even went over board and got a Cricut machine for a friend's birthday. We had a small issue with the purchase and the sales team was very quick to help us out.

Good customer service. We didn't find the size picture frame that we were looking for. The custom frame seems a bit pricey. She said with the coupon it would still be 4-500 dollars. Will have to order online.

I was only browsing, because I haven't been in the store for a long time. There were After Christmas Sale items, which is always fun. Maybe because we just had Christmas, there were a lot of empty areas in the store; they're probably getting restocked now that Christmas is over.

The Eureka Michaels is a pleasant store. They are typically well maintained. In stock is unpredictable on regularly carried merchandise. Considering the current supply issues the Country is facing that could contribute. I was shopping for things in the floral department and I found it to be low of selection. Overall the store is clean, easy to shop and quick check out.

I'm a crafter & artist. Went in to get Prisim watercolor pencils. They didn't have many choices, most of the color slots were empty. I asked when they would get in more stock & was told they don't know, they get them whenever they're sent, can't really order them. Very disappointed they don't have a riding cart so couldn't stand long to shop as my back was hurting. Seems like they don't want the handicapped customers.

Purchased a tube of beads. Just out of curiosity, decided to weigh them. They were WAY SHORT.....Kinda irritating. The store is nice and clean. The prices are clearly marked. The employees are very nice and helpful. Still wish I wouldnt of gotten ripped off on the beads tho-.....

My sister and I come to Michael's almost every week. Now, with them expanding the resin crafts, jewelry, and the new addition of stained glass kits we both want to go more often. Ah, if only we had the money.

I had to pay for my items. Very disappointing. The paint section was fantastic. They carry approximately 102 shades of green, which was a real treat. Had to pick the lock to get into the bathroom - this place is rife with fun little challenges.

Great deals in frames and a very well managed store with a wonderfully clean showroom. This is a great place for frames, art and craft materials, and honestly gifts as well. Also as good as anywhere for party materials too. Perfect for a rainy day too!

I'm sad to see how much scrapbooking and planner supplies have decreased at my local Michaels. The staff here is always excellent when providing customer service and helping me find items I may be looking for.

Michael's was offering 40% off for online shopping/in-store pick-up, and I needed quite a few supplies for a project. I spent quite some time shopping Michael's for the supplies that I needed, and carefully checked each item to ensure it was in stock locally prior to ordering. I also took advantage of the discount offered to pick up some things that I was running low on. I placed my order for 15 items, and a short while later received notification that my order was ready for pick-up. Great, right? HOWEVER --- on the heels of that email came 11 more emails (yes, 11) stating "We’re sorry, but it looks like one or more item(s) in your Buy Online, Pick Up In Store order was not available. (We’re disappointed too!) A refund will be processed for the item(s) that weren’t fulfilled." . Every item showed "In Stock" at my local store before I purchased. So, I'm annoyed and am feeling a little miffed that there was no offer of shipping the out-of-stock items in order to get the discount. I know, I know, first-world problems. But it feels pretty shady, almost bait-and-switchy, as a way to get customers to come in, pick up the couple of sale items they were able to get online, and pay full price for the rest of the items needed. Anyway, I was able to get everything I needed for my project from Plaid online directly, from JoAnn and from Amazon. Which is really a shame, because I wanted to support our local shop and it's employees. I would have waited for Michael's, had an offer of shipping the missing items been made. Still waiting for the rest of my refund as well.
