The description of this place is very misleading. There were no local or organic items on the menu, as far as we could tell. We came for ice cream and coffee-- ice cream was same Dryers you can get at any grocery store. Coffee tasted like it had been brewed several hours earlier. We threw it out; it was so stale. Milk was regular whole milk from Costco. Nothing special. The kids did enjoy the sodas with boba. They have the good ice.

On our drive through the coast we stopped here to get some tea. What amazing people! They were totally willing to customize our drinks and they were so nice. We got 2 Italian lemonades, a Mexican mocha 1 pint of ice team and 1 sundae... YUMMMTotally coming here again!!! 💙

Their blended Thai tea is so tasty! This is probably one of the best tasting Thai tea in town. I was Immediately greeted by the employees, and was treated so kindly. drinks vary in cost between 4.00-5.00, the tapioca pearls are also cooked to perfection! Definitely 😁 recommend a visit here if your looking for milk teas, or are craving something sweet!Parking: Parking lot area.

Me & my husband went through the drive through & got a blended boba taro tea & a Thai tea with boba, soo yummy the taro tea is so tasty it almost tastes like the honey bunches of oats cereal& the customer service was amazing, super professional and very helpful!! I recommend this place 100%!!! Best boba teas I’ve had in Humboldt seriously on point & worth the money!!

I love that it's a drive up that serves ice cream! The flavors are so special and it's so nostalgic for me because my family and I used to always stop by and it was totally worth it. Super sweet; great place to stop for a sec during a hot day too. The staff has also been lovely throughout the years. For sure, I highly recommend this lil place. #happy <3

My hubby and I went on a walk this morning and our destination was here. We tried two of the Monthly Special coffees; Butter Beer Coffee (I think) and mine had Maple, Brown Sugar and White Chocolate...forget the name but it was really good. Staff was super sweet. Very knowledgeable. The drive-thru had quite the line and the two women working were great, efficient. For the 2 special coffees, both medium size, it came to $10.50. Not bad at all. Will definitely go to again. They also had pastries, ice cream and even cones! I love ice cream in winter!

Amazing taro boba to go along with the amazing people at Kool Beanz! I shared a large BOBA tea with my fiancé and it was a massive portion. We enjoyed that :) The location is also convenient and accessible to pull into. Thanks Kool Beanz!!

Absolutely love this place!! We always go thru the drive thru and they are super quick and always friendly. We highly reccomend their May flower drink!!!! when i came here there was only one employee who obviously hadn’t been trained properly. this is absolutely NO shade to the employee to be clear, he was doing his very best to be friendly and make our orders to the best of his ability, but he was struggling with a rude customer at the drive thru and two people in store. the management needs to make sure they properly train employees if they are going to leave them to run the store alone like this poor guy, or have someone else there to assist. he wasn’t even sure how to make certain drinks and took a long time to fulfill orders and obviously needed help

Yum. I drive by this place every day but dont really notice it....I think they need a big ice cream cone on the sign. Anyways my son had his wisdom teeth pulled and needed a milkshake and he suggested it. They are like a dutch bros in the way that they have a young person working that is super friendly. They do coffee also and have many flavors of ice cream and milkshakes. We got milkshakes and they were excellent. I will be back.

While they're coffee is a little too bitter for my taste and the wait can be a little long, they always have excellent customer service. They take their time hand-making your drinks, and they have a reward card for frequent customers. Their pastries are also really good.

Angelica was super! We were visiting the area from Washington, and she was so welcoming, kind, friendly, helpful, and made us the best espressos! Great ice cream service also. There was quite a line of customers. She was fast but never made any mistakes. And she made time to greet and ask each customer how their day was going, etc. Keep up the excellent work Angelica! 😁👍🍦☕

It's a funky little place on the inside, and the people working there are always friendly. I don't drink coffee, so can't comment on that. My kids love to go there to get an ice cream cone occasionally. They have a decent selection of flavors at very reasonable prices.

We waited 12 minutes while he flirted and fix two drinks for two women in a car in front of us and then help to Men on bikes when he got to us my phone ring and it was my Dr so I said to him I'm sorry I'll get off my phone very quick it's my Dr and I did get off fast I could tell it pissed him off. Just a reminder appointment Monday. I've been there before and there was a woman helping and she was wonderful this time it was a man big-time attitude. Mom just got out of the hospital so I wanted to treat her to an ice cream cone . Hers was huge mine was way smaller than hers. It's okay he didn't get a tip I always tip not this time.

A relatively unfriendly coffee shop.As if I was some sort of inconvenience for trying to be a customer & support local businesses.I’ll try one of the many other coffee shops in Eureka going forward.
