Loved stopping in here! Wish I had known about it earlier. Great price range of lingerie, from $-$$$. The employees were super helpful and checked to see online availability to order online. The staff does their research on products being sold - I trusted their knowledge on various items asked about in store. Thank you, Good Relations!

went in a few nights ago before Valentine's day for the very first time with my partner after putting off getting measured for YEARS. I had outgrown my bras and heard great things about this store in the community for a long time. I was so pleasantly surprised when i walked in!!! So much to look at and super friendly vibes. But i had an objective.I approached a younger cashier to ask about measuring while she was checking out another customer and she so happily said she'd be with me in a minute and would be happy to measure me. extremely pleasant interaction. I walked towards dressing rooms where i assumed i'd be getting measured and approached an older woman who was working and asked if i needed help. I just stated I'd be needing to get measured, wondering if she'd help me since the other employee was with another customer. She asked me if i was going to buy anything and asked if i was looking for anything specifically. i said no. I mean, at least i was not expecting to buy anything in the moment. I entered the store with an open mind and the ambience in the store contributed immensely to my excitement to look at new bras and get measured. So I had an open mind. And wallet. Money is tight at the moment but I did need new bras and was hoping to shop in the store for some after getting measured. Like I said. I came in with an objective and after countless good recommendations from the community. The store had so much to look at and it was a little busy so I wanted to take care of measurements first before actually shopping.The older woman basically told me that they were not allowed to measure me unless I was going to buy anything and continued to matter-of-factly educate me on sizing and how different brands vary in sizes. I found myself feeling shut down and embarrassed. While the older woman was speaking to me, the younger cashier approached me with a measuring tape, to which the older woman told her was no longer necessary since I was not buying anything today.I left felt bummed out knowing that I probably could have gotten measured if I had not spoken to the older woman.My partner was also kind of upset; as he saw my mood shift and my unwillingness to keep shopping for bras or other intimate items afterwards. Valentine's was the next day and it would have been nice for him to also be present during my getting measured in case he wanted to buy lingerie for the next day.I was under the assumption that good relations would be willing to measure me without a problem / for free because other women in the community have been measured without a problem and recc'd me over to the store for this specific purpose.I feel like this was a fumble on the store's end. I was not planning to purchase anything in the moment but that very well could have changed if I would have just got my measurements in the moment. I wish I would have got the cashier's name. She was so nice and probably will eventually be returning for her service. I'll return with an update when I do.

Every time I go in this store I experience fantastic customer service. The staff are friendly, the right level of attentive (I'm one of those shoppers who only wants help when I want help. I don't want to be asked a bunch of times if I need anything, and these folks respect that). They're knowledgeable about all of their products, and if they don't have what you're looking for, they will special order it if they can! I've never had a bad experience when shopping at Good Relations and I look forward to my next trip!

I went in here yesterday for fun, not knowing what I wanted but knew I wanted to get something nice for myself. The woman who helped me was INCREDIBLE! So sad I didn't think to catch her name :( She was so knowledgeable and helpful. When she saw me looking at vibrators she asked me what I liked, let me see the product and test the vibrations when I told her my preference. She took the time to really listen to what I wanted and guided me. She didn't try to upsell the most expensive product either, which was awesome. She hand picked some samples of lube for me to try out and helped me with lingerie sizing. I can't wait to go back soon! Would highly suggest visiting.

Normally I absolutely love this store, and usually has amazing customer service! However, today I didn’t have the normal experience.. I needed some help but wasn’t able to, because the employee was busy greeting this other couple, and helping them, yet I was never even acknowledged and had to go up front and wait to ask for a room. My husband and I wanted to get toys and some help with what to chose, and because we never got help, we didn’t know what products would be best, so didn’t get to purchase one. Then after all that, I’m waiting up at the counter to be rung up, and this other girl walks up, gets helped and checked out instantly, completely ignoring I was even up there and had already been waiting. I get a lot of stuff from here not only because they’re the only place with plus size lingerie, but because the customer service is always amazing and on top of it, but I’ve never been so upset with the service, and feeling completely ignored. I’d love to come back, but not if I’m just going to be ignored.

I love this place! The staff are always super helpful and friendly. During the COVID crisis, they really went above and beyond with customer service - I got super spoiled being able to shop via social media and pick up my purchase curbside. And when I wanted to buy a pair of PJs to give as a gift, they went above and beyond to find some that fit the criteria I gave them. Humboldt's really lucky to have a store like this!

Good place to look around. Definitely not an intimidating place. They had a nice selection but since of their toys were not made of the best materials so I would watch for that.They did not have a huge selection of whips which is what I was there for. They were a little over priced for the quality.Their lingerie was very pretty though!And they seemed super friendly too

I mean what can a girl ask for. Local and woman owned. My favorite place to get comfy PJs. I am 5'11 and a size 12/14. During the covid pandemic I called over the phone gave my size and sight unseen purchased three sets of PJs for my birthday. They all fit perfectly! They even wrapped them up because it was my birthday. Great local shop with a great selection of both cozy and sexy. Do no hesitate to phone shop or in person shop. Either way you will get a great experience. Ask for Nikki if you can. She is a gem.

i walked in here tired of going to victorias secret telling them my bra is to small and they tell me to change the bandsize (because they have nothing bigger than dd and wanted my money) so after buying more that still didnt fit right i went to good relations. i walked in and told the staff what i needed and why. in five minutes she pulled out a nice selections of bras meeting what i was looking fore. NEVER before has bra shopping only taken me 15 minutes. i love love LOVE this store. from the helpful staff, good prices to wide array of sizes this place is awesome. looks like victorias secret lost a customer and good relations gained one. i am very pleased with my purchase wich would have cost me double at victorias secret and they had super cute styles which V.S. never does so it was really nice to feel acomidated.

Buyer beware!! They are only interested in your money not in making you look good. It took me a while to find a corset I liked, most of them there look costume and un-sexy. I went to try it on and the lady took 20 mins to come help me with it after she had asked if I needed help. When I was trying it on, it looked too big on me but the sales lady said it would fit fine once I tied it all the way up. I asked her too but she just pulled it a tight with her hands not cinched it up. I took it home even though I wasn't sure. I tied it up all the way and put the top on. It was way too big as I suspected. I went to take it back and they refused to give me back my money. It wasn't because I had tried it on at home either. They would let me have in store credit but not a full refund even though they had nothing there that I liked that was in my size.

This place is very deeply upsetting. very bad. So bad. I hate it. it is just so awful here. Its bad. So bad. never going back. It is so awful. There were'nt any rats. There was no infestation. how can you have any GOOD relations that don't involve COCkroaches. It was very bad. I will be returning but only to release rats. Look for me. i will be wearing a batman costume.
