Started out helpful but then gave me the wrong batteries and wrong vape juice, had to argue to exchange batteries and he would not exchange the juice even though it was his mistake..I spent $150 and just wanted what I paid for.

I came here for years and the last handful of times I’ve come in I get nothing but a lousy attitude, impatience, and I walk out feeling bothered. I have spent so much money at this shop because I’m constantly having to return to buy odds and ends to repair I rig up the last gadget I bought the time before. So It goes without saying this place sells garbage products. Don’t waste your time, don’t waste your money go somewhere where your loyalty is appreciated because that’s a big deal to these privately owned shops. This place won’t even acknowledge that.

Used to be a decent place but quality of products have gone down a lot.Now there's so many sketchy characters hanging out around the backside between the fence in the building that I don't really feel comfortable walking in there with money anymore.I get it least five cardboard sign shoved in my face asking for spare.Change but hey everybody has a right to do that but I also have the right to take my money somewhere else and spend it where I want.

Rip off!!! Came in to buy some whipits. He told me i could get 2 exotic whip for $90. What a great deal, NOT! One of the bottles was 90% empty. I try calling ans the phone wont go thru. Dont go to this place he will rip u off!!

This place has all the stuff you would expect from a smoke shop the reason for only two stars is because ever time I’ve gone in there the guy working always is rushing me short on answering questions I have and he can be straight up rude as he basically pushes you out the door. So if you visit this place don’t expect to look around you on your time lol good luck.

Went in with a friend to purchase a pack of smokes and have been in several times prior and no issues till now. I asked to get help several times with only replies of I will be there in a moment. Well we waited for a good ten min. With no help. So we went somewhere else. I will never go there again. With that kind of service who needs it?

My wife and I shop here pretty regularly and the couple of regular cashiers that are there are awesome. Thier selection is large and unlike some other smoke shops they have quality merchandise. We appreciate the friendliness as well. They always greet us with a smile and a willingness to help that is kinda hard to find nowadays.

Beware! Bait and Switch in their prices!!!On many brands and items in their store there are signs, prominently displayed, and I do mean prominent, that advertise one price, yet they are actually charging you up to $2 more than the advertised price before tax!!!When I confronted the sales clerk about this and explained that I intend to pay the "advertised" prices instead of the jacked up price, the clerk became vocally perturbed with me and started blaming the price discrepancy on some proverbial, *"them"*.I stopped the clerk from continuing to blame a straw man and explained that although I do not know who, *"them"* is or are, I don't care, nor should I, because his advertised prices are up there on the back wall, just above the product, in 10" high characters, and that, according to the law, is the price they are obligated to sell the item for.At that point, the clerk made a phone call and then told me that I could complain to, *"them"*, but that he would not sell the item at the stated price, but would instead charge me two dollars more than their advertised price.When pressed, the clerk informed me that *"them"* was the Phillip Morris Company and that was who I needed to lodge my complaints with.Hogwash! Bait and switch! Illegal and a prosecutable offense. I'll be lodging a complaint with the city of Eureka on Monday!This establishment is awarded one swine and only one, for being completely dishonest and untrustworthy!!!🐖.

Cigarettes are sometimes well over a year old. This keeps the cost down but the taste is not so nice when they are so old and dried out. After 2 years there is no way to freshen these up but, you get over it.The staff are always pleasant if not overwhelmed at times. Great work guys.

I bought a vape pen, opened it and tried it out, then realized they had stuck a cheaper one (and different brand) in a box it doesn't belong in. It's clear I was ripped off. Going today to see if they will give me what I payed for, I'll update my review if I have a more positive experience.

I purchased a Puffco Peak atomizerFrom here and I brought it to my car it it didn’t work and so I asked if I could return it. He said no and then I walked out and decided to leave a review. The owner comes out and taps on my window and brings me back inside to let me return it. He took my card and put money back on it allegedly and took the device but I still never received any money in my bank account. Please don’t go here not in your best interest.

I get my smokes here because I told myself it must be cheaper than anywhere in Garberville. They have some descent dab stuff if you need it, some pipes and stuff; but if your looking for artistic glass move along.Once the owner or manager realize you're a regular he is very good to his customers.

Lot of interesting little toys in this place not a bad location either gets stuck right around those stop lights and just makes you want to pull over and buy some tobacco products. And the man behind the counter....... he so funnier.......... hesa make a-me laugh 😬.Definitely a place where checking out if you haven't been there

Had to buy a new vape when the old one died. They didn't have the 12mg juice I use, so the clerk called all the other local tobacco shops & found out who did, coming out to my car and catching me before I left to tell me the store by Safeway in Arcata had it!!
