Pharmacy was great, no complaints with them. They really pulled through in a tough situation. The other staff, though, verbally abused me just now. I have COVID, warned everyone, wore a filtered mask, stood well away from all people. I have no one to get medicine for me; I had to go alone,.but the only store staff there (UNMASKED, BTW), YELLED at me. I got out as soon as possible, but she made it harder to leave! I will be calling tomorrow. I hope she gets reprimanded, at the very least! I felt awful enough even going in there! Now I never want to go there again.

Julie was absolutely amazing! She showed me so much kindness, and went above and beyond her customer service duties. Being in her caring presence really made my day. Changed to this location that is across town from me because of poor service and trite attitude from staff at previous shop. Unfortunately, CVS as a whole has become so poorly staffed and unmanaged that I am unable to get medications filled even things that I request to be filled months in advance. You litterally have to be standing in front of them begging for your medications in hopes that they will keep you well or to treat sudden illnesses. emegencey medications will not be filled in time most of the time.Do your best to find other arrangements for pharmaceutical needs.

lol the old lady working literally was following us throughout the store while we were shopping. also she kicked 2 kids out who literally just walked in. we did self checkout & the guy was standing behind our shoulders. so if u wanna feel like ur a thief even tho u aren’t, shop here!

This establishment is an understaffed shabby glorified convenience store minus the potential for slurpies housing possibly the worst pharmacy and staff in the western hemisphere.In the time it takes for this CVS to fill your prescription you're likely to have expired from the malady for which your medicine was prescribed.

CVS: Shoplifters wet dream. I kept going there for their poorly stocked vegan hair dye, but I'll find it elsewhere.There wasn't a worker in sight as I entered. Looked up and down the hair section aisles for the color I need AND/OR an employee, didn't find either. I took the last tub of punky color to the front, hoping to ask when they restock... still no workers anywhere near the registers.Once I gave up, I called the manager to ask if, next time this situation happens, they have a call button/buzzer or something. He replied with "Weeell, there's two of us here RIGHT NOW." As if I'm just fu¢€ing blind. He goes on to say, "Well, did you SEE the SELF CHECKOUT??" Rude, unapologetic, and dismissive.So if you don't have enough workers to stay open, THEN DON'T. I could have shopped online if I wanted neglect. Myself and the other customers looking around confused for an employee could've just walked out with merch apparently, they would NOT have cared, based on the phone call.

Complete trash now. Pharmacy is a mess, one person leaves and the whole place goes belly up. Nothing is being filled, staff are slow and unhelpful. Sent in my prescription 5 days ago and it still isn't ready. 0 stars if I could.

This place used to be great. I have hopes it will be again someday. Called in a prescription refill over a week ago. I've stopped in 3 of the 4 days they've been open. (Sunday doesn't count any more).

Every time I use the automated refill they never have it filled. I typically wait 3 days. I wait 45 mins in store with my two autistic kids every two weeks . For acid reflux meds. Service here is absolutely stupid.

Got 4 texts reminding me of covid booster appt including 1 half an hour prior to appt.went through all the hassle of getting there only to be told the pharmacy was closed due to lack of pharmacist. Made another appointment. Elsewhere

This is one of the worst places for, wellanything. The employees are all rude and completely unhelpful. Every time I need to go there some how the customer service get worse. This time I watched three employees stand there talking as they refused to help me check out or even let me get a bag. This is definitely the last time I go there. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. Anywhere would be better.

Terrible pharmacy. Closed on random days, they don't fill orders until you're in front of them and then you'll have to wait 45 minutes for them to fill a scrip that should have been ready a week ago. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.

As a pharmacist your job is to have prescriptions filled it's amazing how every time the prescriptions are in process and need another 20 minutes to be completed that means you are not doing your job filling prescriptions causing every single one of your customers to have to wait and be inconvenienced due to your laziness incompetent non-caring attitude. Worst part is you know this and don't care telling people to go to a different pharmacy if they don't like it shame on you you are terrible at your job

I would give the store three stars and the Pharmacy none, but of course that isn't possible. Considering that this business is supposedly a Pharmacy first and a store second (and to be honest, it's basically just a big convenience store anyway), the best rating I can give them is one star.

Walk in vaccinations not allowed, no making an appointment in person, pharmacy never answers the phone, goes to waiting You need to go online, they can't even check if there is a vacancy. Go to Walgreens.

RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL PHARMACIST!! She was rude and nasty to my husband when picking up an RX there for the first time. A few months later, she was not only rude and disrespectful to me, she LIED to me about my RX. I spoke with the store manager regarding the two incidents, however, I didn't get the impression he really cared. I am a registered nurse and it is unethical for any healthcare professional to lie to a customer, patient, client, etc. And wrong to be rude and disrespectful as well. At the other CVS in Eureka, the pharmacist was very pleasant and professional.

Sheryl in pharmacy is a horrible employee. She always has a bad attitude and acted like she was unable to process my insurance (it’s worked everywhere else and eventually worked when someone else entered it in). She’s extremely rude and unhelpful, and acts like it’s such an inconvenience to have to help someone when I’m pretty sure that’s her job...correct me if I’m wrong!

Online when you search cvs pharmacy harris. It says the closing hours are 10pm. Drove there to find out that they close at 7pm. Have the worst cold of my life and needed an inhaler so I could breath. What I was told by the manager was I could call the corporate office. If your going to post the hours at least make sure there correct.

I waited on the phone for over 20 minutes and when I finally talked to a staff member they couldn't answer a simple question and then placed me on hold for 10 more minutes before I hung up.

The cold case floor is covered with MOLD...like dairy mold. Very disgusting.The cosmetics are sometimes months past there expiration date.
