Great staff and doctors! I have been here many time for check up on my cats. They do a wonderful job and really care about your animals. They were there for us when our cat unexpectedly passed away and helped us on the spot with no prior notice. It’s nice to know our cats are in good hands.

Dr. Folden and staff saw our dog on the emergency vet service after she had a seizure. She was compassionate and kind, as were her vet techs and reception staff. She was able to get us a prescription to keep the seizures under control until we see our regular vet.

I no longer live in Eureka, but am looking for a new vet which made me think about how lucky I was to find Dr. Folden and her team when I needed her years ago. I moved across country with a sick dog that was undergoing cancer treatment. Dr. Folden took on the task of coordinating with our specialist so she could take over our pup’s care. With her help, we enjoyed some time in remission, and when it was time, her help peacefully transitioning our pup to the other side. I’ll always be so grateful for the care and dedication of Dr. Folden and her staff. We’re finally healed enough to welcome home a new puppy & I wish I could bring her to Broadway Animal Hospital.

We had to seek emergency vet treatment at Broadway for our dog over this past weekend. Our dog had to have continuing treatment over the next four days. Our sweet dog ended up crossing the Rainbow Bridge with the help and compassionate care of Dr. Folden and her staff. We are full-time RVers and it can be challenging to find vet care on the road. We highly recommend this vet practice. Thank you all so very much.

I've taken my animals here for I think 5 years now. Very compassionate and competent. I've had routine care and emergency care here and they have always done what was best for my fur babies and everything they can. They have made stressful overwhelming times immensely easier. I have never been frustrated with them just money in general because animals can be so expensive lol they are located on the south end of eureka, I've lived in Trinidad for 3 years now. When we first moved I looked into other offices closer to me and their prices are not as good as here plus I love the staff and their great with my spicy black Siamese Bagheera lol I'm happy to travel. Money is always due in full at that visit, no payments which I understand I do. They do understand that however and try to lower costs if they can without lowering care. I do recommend pet insurance or care credit, that helps so you can make payments that way. I really do love this office and staff. Thank you for helping me with my fur babies, I appreciate you all sooo much!!

Brought my cat here for emergency services over the weekend and was met with compassionate, kind, and professional treatment for my little guy. They helped me understand everything they were doing for my cat and made me feel like he was well taken care of. I felt like they were treating my cat as one of their own. Edit 5/25/2022Still the best, every aspect from start to finish is wonderful. Always calling to reassure us on how things are going with any procedure. Prices are always less than original quotes which is nice in these tough times. Dr. Bloom and her entire staff truly has love in their hearts when it comes to animals. We are so sad to leave our vet behind as we move cross country. The whole staff is just so wonderful! They even went above and beyond during our current cross country​ trip. We needed more Cerenia prescription meds for our cats (3) and they called​ several places to see who could fill it for us while we had lunch. Costco 2 min. down the road. They are wonderful and will be missed.

The only place I will take my pets! Staff is always friendly and helpful. The doctors are kind and take the time to make sure you understand everything discussed. And best of all, their prices are reasonable. I never feel pressured or guilted to spend more than I am able to afford! Highly recommended!!!

We took our 14-year-old cat who had wondered away from the house 2 days earlier in for emergency Walk-In. Unfortunately she was too far gone to help but the doctor and staff took really good care of her and we're very communicative about what was going on. We were very pleased with the care that our cat received and extremely grateful that they took us in and immediately evaluated and took care of her.

I cannot say enough about how well this hospital exceeded our expectations. We brought our dog in last minute while on a cross country road trip. They were able to schedule us in relatively quickly, especially considering none of the other vets in the area were accepting any new clients at all. Once our dog was in her appointment, we were contacted by the on-call emergency vet who gave us her recommendations and accurate price estimates for all tests and medications we discussed. She listened to everything we had to say, and was extremely patient with us as we explained everything that had been going on. After a couple of calls and tests, we were sent on our way with everything we needed. Their rates were much better than we ever expected as well! Amazing vet!!! Cannot recommend enough.

Dr. Bloom saved my dog's life. She recognized the urgency when it was needed and went above and beyond to call numerous Emergency Vet clinics in a 6 hour radius, finding two options of specialty surgeons equipt to handle my dog's life threatening issue. She also made several follow up calls/emails to check in on my pup and her healing progress. I'm grateful every day for the extended time I have with my girl thanks to the team at Broadway.

We had to bring our 4 year old frenchie, Kujo, here over the holiday weekend. He was seen the day before at Sunny Brea for an emergency, we thought he was having an allergic reaction to Gabapentin but turns out he picked up viral kennel cough from his regular vet on Monday. Dr. Folden was an absolute angel, much more through with his diagnosis and care. She spoke to me about her concerns and the costs and what I should do given there are no 24hr emergency vets in Humboldt county. I am beyond grateful to her and her very kind staff who showed me how to administer fluids at home. It was expensive, of course, as all ER vet visits are but the Dr was very direct about the costs and worked with me to figure out what I could afford. Highly highly recommend this vet office to anyone looking for compassion and accuracy for their pet.

We are new to the Eureka area and one of our first priorities was to find a veterinarian for our 2 dogs and 2 cats. We chose Broadway Animal Hospital based on reviews and their website. We also liked that they have an on-site lab. We chose very well - all staff, from receptionists to assistants to the doctors, are knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. We have real peace of mind knowing our little loved ones are receiving kind attention and the best care.

Great facility. My friends gave this vet a bad rap but the rumors were wrong. They take care and time with my animals. They made me, my cat and my boyfriend who was clearly freaking out for his kitty, feel at ease. Awwmazing. They gave me clear care instructions and even called me with follow ups to check in on my sweet kitty. Fairly priced and great customer service. i even had kitty emergencies and they got me in ASAP. Unfortunately the last time I went there I went on an emergency. My kitty was, now I know, going through liver and kidney failure. We check in and get him looked at, blood panel and feline aids testing. They claimed to me that they weren't sure what was happening or what was wrong. They didn't know why he was retaining water under his skin, and said they didn't think it was the shampoo we had just used on him the day previous. It was in fact the shampoo we used as it has clove oil in it, clove oil contains phenol which cat livers cannot process. I did not know this as I thought a cat product marketed toward bathing cats would be safe. The veterinarian's never gave me insight to what was happening to my baby. He passed later that day. Three weeks later as I'm writing this I have figured out what happened to him by MYSELF. Disappointed that they were little help and took all my money.

First of all they were 1 hour late for my appointment and charged me $469 for a check up and flea pills.😆 🤣 😂Then she called my dog fat and the receptionist is 300 lbs 😆 🤣 😂, disrespecting overpriced vet.Take your pet somewhere else.
