Worse customer service ever. I talked to the staff about getting my Covid medication delivered and the rep indicated they can't confirm delivery until they have the prescription but they should as I'm in the area. They just delivered groceries that morning. Once they get the prescription THEN she tells me the delivery time is one to two days for this prescription. I asked if it were a different prescription it would be delivered same day?? She backtracked and said no. If she would have just told me that the first time I talked to her, I would not have sent the prescription there. Now I have to call my doctor and reroute. Total incompetence and lack of customer service.

Regularly does not have routine medications in stock. Understaffed. Consistently waits to fill prescriptions until you arrive, when they have had hours to fill. Poor customer service by senior staff. Limited hours of operation. Good for long term medications that they can handle at their own pace.

I was going to give up on this pharmacy untill the team of Jeff & Shawna came in!They are truly caring!! They take there time to explain things if need & bend over backwards to do what they can to make you happy. They have had a few assistance come and go and all ok.I adore Ashley she is truly a hard worker!!These people are busy and get a lot of heat not only from customers but they also get it from doctors doctors offices, pharmaceuticals the list goes on.They are also human so when treated badly by a customer that they have no control over is truly a challenge to keep a smile all day!! Cut them a break there caring and I have had more care from them than doctors!! Keep them here they are great!!Truly the best team I have ever seen in 15 years at this store!!!You guys are all awesome

Ha (sp?) is so nice and personable. She always treats my husband and I like we were part of the family. She even scolds my husband to get flu shots etc. 🤣 that's right, keep him in line!

Expect to wait here. Even if you're the only person waiting to pick up a prescription. They'll typically not even have it ready for pickup. If they do you must then wait for 10-15 mins for the pharmacist to explain the prescription, even if you've had it before. This wouldn't be a problem but the pharmacist is busy with measel or flu shots 90% of the time. Pick up prescriptions elsewhere.

Horrible customer service at the pharmacy, went by on Wednesday for a refill, they told me the prescription is expired and they will contact the doctors office and for me to go back on Saturday. So I went back today and they were confused, after looking at the computer they went thru some files and said, we faxed it over to the doctors office but they never replied so you still don't have a prescription, I asked them if they did any follow up, call the doc or even call me to let me know to contact the doc, NOTHING, THEY JUST DON'T CARE.SO STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
