These employees, well the lady's up in the front anyway, are always so rude and have the worst look in thier faces. One of your employees thinks she's loss prevention and loves to follow customers around all the time.. I only shop here when I absolutely must... Otherwise I'd rather not step foot in this store. Here's a tip for all the sour faces up front, If you hate your job and you hate dealing with the public so much, go get another job that you enjoy! Its simple..

I would give this location zero stars if I could. Always people with some form of mental illness lurking outside the doors and sometimes in the store as well. Moldy food everywhere in the produce section. Overpriced items on every isle. Poor customer service if you need to talk to staff. Overall avoid this location like the plague.

I had a very embarrassing and bit humiliating experience, while I take part of the blame too the cash register employee didn't need to be rude. I sometimes get confused on using the deals that are on the app and there was a 10 for 10 deal, I got my items and at checkout I asked the employee if the deal was applied, he said "no, you needed to clipped it on the app in order to make it work" I asked if I could still use it (haven't paid just yet), employee mentioned that he would need to cancel the whole transaction and start again, a bit embarrassed I asked if we could proceed as it was one of the reason I went shopping there. At that moment the employee got very upset and make sure people around us knew, he asked for help with other employees and told them I did not use the coupon and needed to cancel the transaction in a very frustrated voice, at one point I told him that I could change lanes if he wanted me too, he replied "no is ok." It was not really a pleasant experience I did apologize at the end but I left feeling very humiliated. I was in no way rude to the employee and kept it very polite.

Both butchers take their hour lunch at the SAME TIME, so many customers have to wait for 60 to 90 minutes while they both have their lunch at the exact same time instead of staggering it so that people can get the cuts of meat they need without just standing around waiting indefinitely. Very disappointing, very inefficient, a total failure of management.

Shop here often as only few miles from our house. Have always found it very clean with all shelves and counters very neatly stocked. Any time asked staff for location of items they always walk me to the item which really helps. Deli section is great and always had great service. Have special ordered steaks, kabobs, seafood items and never been disappointed. Only issue is pricing is a bit on the high side.

The manager that works in the evenings/nights has now on more than one occasion been very rude. Having been a customer for over 20 years, I had enjoyed shopping there up until the past 6 months. On a positive note, if not for the terrible customer service I may not have discovered how nice Ralph's is to shop at.

I like this Vons, it's nicely stocked and always clean and the staff are wonderful. I'm only giving it three stars though because it's insanely expensive comparatively to other Vons so I make a point to avoid it. If I'm going to spend that much money I might as well go across the street to Major market who actually have the specialty product to backup their prices. The Vons gas station though is amazing! It does get busy but they have consistently some of the cheapest gas in town.

Excellent pharmacy care and staff. Extremely good made-to-order Sammies at the deli counter. It may take a minute to get your sammich, but it is well worth it. Especially, The "ALL meat".

Same as a Safeway. The staff at this Von's did not greet me. I usually get a happy greeting from other sister stores (usually a Safeway, my area majority). However the staff did ask if I found everything. I had said good morning to two employees before getting into a check out line. I felt comfortable in knowing the products and most of their locations were predictable. I increased my rating because of the call out by Von's, I am feeling better that they are looking for more of a customer relationship when this is done. The store was clean but the carts were a bit of a mess. One of the items first seen. They did have wipes ready to go. 😃 I would return to this store.

This store is very unorganized. There are always lines down the aisles because they don't open enough registers during busiest times. It takes a long time to find items because their signs do not match what's in the aisle. There's a sign saying there are paper towels on aisle 8, but they're actually on a different aisle. Ridiculous. Update your store!

Great shopping center, Had lunch at Miguel's restaurant, service was perfect, food was great 👍. Only issue I have with Vons is they never seem to have enough check outs open 🙂

Quality inventory, well stocked. Their deli and bakery is among my favorites. They would get at least 4 stars if they actually provided enough human cashiers to meet customer traffic. How many times have I been in the checkout line 5-10 people deep with only one cashier working. Self checkout is as crowded, even slower, and can't be used when I buy beer wine, or spirits.

Today, new years day 2023. The store was "FREEZING COLD". We did mention it to the cashiers. They said indeed it was cold they had double sweatshirt, hat and gloves in their pockets. I asked if they brought in carts they said no that was not their job. It was just really cold I. The store. Maybe it will be warmer later.

Went to checkout and the conveyor belt was a mess. I asked the cashier if she would clean it and she said, "it's been non-stop for 4 hours I don't have time". I said, "well I guess I'll go to the self checkout". Not even a peep or I'm sorry I'll clean it, nothing. Not the first time employees at this vons have been rude. Too bad because it's a nice store.

Martha the cashier was extremely unprofessional. She gave attitude to all the customers there, and didn’t seem to want to help me when I asked for her help at the self check out. She said “well that’s why I put that there”, put what Martha? There’s no sign that said this self checkout didn’t work. Please put a sign instead of making your customers feel stupid for seeing there weren’t any food items at the self check out. If you’re the district manager at this place, please give her an early annual review. I’m extremely displeased at how many customers she mistreated yet everyone was awkwardly silent because they didn’t know what to say.

Very friendly and courteous. Always willing to help. And they come quickly when you need help. They make you feel like family almost. I never used to like Vons I always thought they were too expensive. Now I love them and don't worry about a few extra pennies.

Grabbed a late lunch there today. Store clean, deli guy was very nice and polite. Did self check out as I was walking out I got the look up and down from the girl over looking that dept. Arms crossed no smile just blank stare.. I am clearing out a storage unit near by, so no make up. In a sweatshirt, yoga slacks and flipflops.. I think I look fine. But this used to be my neighborhood store when it finally opened from a long delay from the housing crash.

This Vons location keeps going downhill and I blame management. This store is only half stocked and is always missing tons of common products which they blame on supply issues. I have gone to other Vons locations in other cities like Carlsbad and Carmel Mt. and all of them are fully stocked all of the time so supply issues are not the problem, it is Management's incompetence that is the problem. I hope they get a new manager soon to address the issues going on there or the store is going under for sure. They are all out of normal products for weeks at a time and have no full-time Baker or Deli employees or Butcher. At night they will have 1 checker at most so good luck getting out of there in a reasonable amount of time when the line backs up which it always does.

Unfortunately it's the ONLY game in town that's close in proximity to my residence at the moment. I do give Von's kudos for always having a fully stocked store and extremely fresh choices from the deli. The staff are knowledgeable and ALWAYS professional whether you see them in their comfort zone at work or walking around town. They are the exact same individuals both on and off the job...150% Professional

Curbside pick up always forgets an item I order 9/10 times. They say itd out of stock but when I go in, they have it on the shelves. Need better communication between workers because they always forget stuff from my list that I need and then have to waste time and go inside to find the thing I wanted for pick up. Which are literally on the shelves most of the time.

Overall this is a nice store. I’m only giving it 4 starts because there is always room to improve. There are NO complaints for this store.Improvements have been made to make checkout easier. Not only did they put in self-checkout lanes, they have also put in a system to let the person next in line know which lane to go to...sort of like the DMV but much better and faster.

I went for my COVID shot at this Vons. It went so smoothly and the man who administered the shot really did a great job. I didn't even feel it! I get really nervous with getting shots too. Very happy about that.Also, while there, my wife and I did some shopping and found this to be an overall nice store! The checker was nice and talked to us. I will be back no doubt! Good job to the whole team!

This was my first time in this store. I'm not happy about it..The electric chairs are not that safe to be use. I seen 3 of them they had crack foot rest and one had no foot rest. The first one I used it move while it's turn off that not safe getting in or out. Good thing my husband was there to hold it still. And it goes very, very slow. I had tried another one. The handle was loose and it kept shutting off. I see why no one else with a disability was using them. Don't get me wrong the staff was very polite and helpful. Will I be going back... No!!... Not till they replace ther electric chairs. I hope the ADA don't find out about this.

Just ordered my Thanksgiving Day Dinner (yes I'm that last and have an old oven). Ted in the deli was very polite, patient and gave great customer service. Hoping my meal to come is worthy of the 5 stars. Stayed tuned!Update: The prime rib meal was fantastic!! And great customer service at deli when picking up during all the holiday craziness.
